Accommodation at the Pestana Gramacho resort is a great experience for every golfer. The house was clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped, and the owner Steve was helpful in addressing all our questions. The price/performance ratio is very good - we recommend it!

My wife and I stayed at Steve's for two weeks in early September. The apartment is more than adequate for two adults and would comfortably accommodate four.
The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all very well equipped and the living room is spacious and comfortably furnished.
Situated in a great position, the terrace gets full sun all day. The swimming pool, clubhouse and supermarket are all within easy walking distance.
We have stayed at Gramacho many times over the years and this is one of the best apartments we've used. We will definitely contact Steve again.

Excellent apartment to spend a few days of rest in the Algarve. Away from the hustle and bustle (the use of a car is mandatory of course) the apartment is located in a very pleasant, safe condominium with all amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court or golf. The house has all the conditions and is well maintained. The host, Steve, is very available, responsive and polite.

As the year before in spring and autumn we stayed this time again with our daughter (19) in this great apartment.
As we know the area for almost 20 years now, it is like coming home for us.
The apartment was more than spotless clean upon arrival, just perfect. The owner invested a lot in new curtains,
bed covers, pictures, furniture. The change of furniture gives the living room much more space, well done!
Even we had on the first day a problem with the oven, the owner solved it together with the maintenance team of Pestana within the same day. The owner Steve is always more than helpful and friendly.
We have already planned to come back to this place this autumn.

We have visited Carvoeiro many times but never stayed at the Pestana Golf Resort. Arriving on Friday the 1st Sept 2017 to a beautiful ground floor apartment walking distance to the reception area. The doorbell rang & there was Steve (the owner) with a welcoming bottle of wine.
The facilities in the apartment were superb and Steve passed on some very useful information and advice.
It was so peaceful, just what we wanted and we soon relaxed as we lounged around on the lovely grass area immediately in front of the apartment. The tree provided welcome shade when you needed it to.
The pool, just two minutes walk from the apartment was both immaculate and quiet...a pleasure to swim in.
The golf facilities are first class and highly recommended for those who only play occasionally without handicaps etc.
We would highly recommend this lovely apartment and want to thank Steve for his advice. I hope we will be able to return in the near future.....

We had a fabulous holiday. The apartment is really well equipped and is perfectly placed to enjoy golf, relax by the pool or enjoy lunch at the clubhouse. The owners were really helpful and provided all relevant information prior to our break. We will certainly be returning soon.......

This beautiful ground floor two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment ideally suited for a family of 4 or 2 couples is located in a block of 3 apartments and is set amongst superbly maintained gardens and within walking distance of the resort's facilities. Furnished to the highest standards, guests can enjoy a truly relaxing holiday, whether playing a round of golf or relaxing by one of the communal pools. You will find every amenity you need in this apartment. The large open plan living room comes with two sofas which were renewed in 2020. and a dining area for 4 guests. TV offering Sky and Premium TV and movies and also fibre optic Wifi. The spacious kitchen is fully fitted enabling guests to prepare anything from a light snack to a gourmet dinner. There is an electric/gas oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are two bright and airy bedrooms that are tastefully decorated. One bedroom offers twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, the second has a king size bed. There is also a family shower room. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs for outside dining. There are also sunbeds. Our apartment does not have air conditioning but fans are available. We have stated we have a strict cancellation policy but there is flexibility, please contact us for further information.
