Wunderschöne 3 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer Golf-Front-Einheit in der neuesten Entwicklung entlang der Golfküste von Alabama. Die Master Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 56-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und ein eigenes Bad mit Whirlpool und einer großen ebenerdigen Dusche mit zwei Duschköpfen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten mit eigenem Bad. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei große Betten und ein eigenes Bad. Beide Gästezimmer haben auch einen großen Flachbildfernseher. Dieses Gerät befindet sich in der 30. Etage und ist ca. 1.958 sq. Ft.

Das Anwesen verfügt über WLAN-Internetzugang, einen 70-Zoll-Flachbild-TV im Wohnzimmer und ein Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, Granit und eine Bartresen mit Eismaschine. Das vierte Badezimmer ist mit einer großen Waschmaschine und einem Trockner ausgestattet und verfügt über eine ebenerdige Dusche.

Die Wohnung Phoenix West II bietet einen spektakulären Blick auf den Golf und fantastische Annehmlichkeiten. Entspannen Sie sich im schimmernden Wasser des Lazy River, während die Kleinen sich an der Wasserrutsche oder dem Splash Pad erfreuen. Schwitzen Sie im voll ausgestatteten Fitnessraum mit Sauna den Stress ab und kühlen Sie sich anschließend im geräumigen Innenpool ab. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten zählen überdachte Parkplätze, ein Außenpool, ein Kinderbecken im Freien und Tennisplätze.

Beach view was beautiful! Facility and amenities are top notch and well worth the money to accommodate our large family. We all absolutely loved almost everything about our trip. If I had to say anything negative, it's that we did have a tough time getting on the elevators. We had several 30 minute waits to get on and off. I would also recommend that they provide one extra set of sheets or a blanket. We needed an extra set for one of our kids that stayed on the couch and were told they would be delivered. They were not ever delivered so that was kind of a bummer. He used a beach towel. But overall, we had a great stay. The actual rooms, kitchen, and supplies were good. Pools are great and loved the new restaurant addition.

Beautiful well maintained property. Very family friendly. Grandkids loved the lazy river. Only downside be prepared at peak times to wait up to 15 minutes for an elevator.

Fun place to stay

Check in was so easy . Room was ready hours before check in time . Fun place to stay on the beach with slides and pool lazy river . Also indoor pool with hot tubs. Only complaint , dryer in room took a long time to dry towels and at night lazy river had some trash floating around. Snack bags, ziplocks, bandaids.

Excellent Condo

This was a great condo for the 11 of us. Loved being so close to the beach and the amazing views. The amenities this condo offers were great. We had an issue with the dishwasher when we checked it, but it was quickly addressed and we were delivered a new one just two days after we called. As some of the other reviews have stated, the elevator situation wasn't the best on Saturday at check-in, but we didn't have any trouble after that first day. Overall it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Family vacay

We had a great time in gulf shores. The condo is very nice! Just an FYI you need to bring everything (coffee, filters, salt). Also, be aware the pools are not heated so March and April they are pretty chilly. Great access to the beach. Great location. There is also construction right now. We were woken up every morning but one with pounding at 7-7:30AM.

Wonderful!

Loved our stay at Phoenix West Ii. The condo is spacious and lovely. The beds were comfortable. Loved having a separate Ice maker in the unit. The kitchen could have been better stocked with cooking essentials. Being on the 30th floor is great for the view, but we did have a longer wait for the elevator at times. We plan to go back!!

Beautiful views

We loved the condo. The views are spectacular. We rented during peak season. There are not enough elevators to accommodate the building and long lines to get on at the lower floors. Also, with that many guests, cell service is terrible even with wifi. I would definitely return, but not during peak season.

Everything was great and had all the amenities, however, it would be nice to know that the air conditioning shouldn’t be turned below 70 degrees and it doesn’t cool fully unless the condo next door has their AC turned down. Serviceman had to come twice before it worked properly. One of the dining room chairs was broken upon arrival. One of the sheets had blood and bubble gum on it upon arrival. Dish network didn’t work in bedroom TV’s. Maybe have different color bands for the 21 and over pool area. My 23 year old daughter and friends were asked 5 times in one day with the same bartender to see their ID. All bedroom fans were unadjustable and stuck in one setting.

Great Condo!

This condo is clean, well stocked and convenient to the beach. The only negative comment I have to make is that the elevator situation at this property below acceptable. It can take hours to get up and down from the 30th floor. This issue needs to be addressed by the property because it can ruin a vacation.

Busy place

Condo was extremely nice. There was a lot of burnt out light bulbs that we had to replace, but I'm sure the owner would have done had we contacted them. Plenty of room and well decorated. The location itself had a few downfalls. There are only about 8 elevators to service 32 floors and the wait time can be 30 minutes plus on check in check out days and when it starts raining. The beach service that you have the option for paying for does not have beach front access so people are allowed to set up tents in front of you blocking the beach view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. The elevators had a lot of traffic, and it would take a long time to go up and down the floors. There needs to be more elevators available. Also, we had to pay for 2 parking passes on top of what we had already paid for the condo. They only allowed 2 parking passes, but we had 3 vehicles. When you stay in a condo that allows up to 15 people, you would think they’d allow more than 2 parking passes.
