Dieses erstaunliche Haus hat Decks auf 3 Seiten mit Chalk Creek, einem Grüngürtel und den schönsten Gipfeln in Colorado. Mit vier Schlafzimmern, drei Königen und einem Queen-Size-Bett haben acht Personen ausreichend Platz, um in ihren eigenen Zimmern zu schlafen. Es gibt jedoch auch drei Schlafsofas im Haus und zwei Doppel-Luftmatratzen sowie ein tragbares Bett Krippe. Lovely home perfectly located on the river

Highly recommend this stay. Large, comfortable house is located a short walk from Mt Princeton and nestled right on the river. Our group enjoyed the house and the area. Very nice host answered all my questions. I will likely rent this property again.

We loved the central location with our favorite activities: Salida, Buena Vista, St.Elmo, Chalk Creek/Lake. Nice kitchen, sitting areas inside and outside with the fire pit and sitting area by the creek. Very roomy house for everyone to enjoy without feeling cramped at all.

Great Location

The property is in a great location right on Chalk Creek. Really enjoyed the multiple decks and outdoor space. Plenty of room in the house for our group and beds were comfortable. Close to Buena Vista and right next to the hot springs.

This is our family’s second year in a row at this cabin; we love it! The cabin is spacious and well equipped to handle a group of all ages. The property was beautiful, exactly as pictured. The outside areas were stunning. Very upscale appliances, every single kitchen tool you could possibly need was there. Very clean andcwell put together. The one thing is there were no mirrors in the bedrooms. But really a fabulous property. I have never had to pay the entire amount at the time of booking, and i booked this last November, so they had my money for nearly 8 months.

Amazing location. Right on the Chalk Creek. The kids fished and had plenty of water time. Kids loved the pool table and it got plenty of use. No A/C, but the attic fan makes it more than comfortable. Kitchen is pretty well stocked for your needs and the grill was in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend and we will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! Renee was fabulous to work with! Any issues were handled promptly, with great communication! This was the perfect place for our extended family of 15! Ages from 18mos to 66! The kids loved the game room and the creek to fish in. The hot springs are just down the road and close to BV and Salida! Great wildlife watching and peaceful. Thank you for having us!!

Beautiful Spacious Home!!!

The house was perfect for our group of 8. We brought our buggies to ride the area trails and were not disappointed!! The house is located just a few miles from several of the trail heads which accesses hundreds of miles of trails. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone to pitch in and make meals. The decks were awesome and we found ourselves sitting out by the creek each morning for coffee and each evening after riding. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Awesome location!

The location and house itself were great! We enjoyed the updated kitchen and the location on the creek. There were a few minor things that would have made this property a 5-star all around (old wash cloths - very rough, busted screen doors on the sliders to the deck, and lack of adequate lighting in the kitchen - no bulbs to replace halogens and venthood light not working). In spite of these things, we had a great time at the house and would rent again. Renee was helpful with info on the hot springs resort as well as trails in the area. The hiking trails we found were spectacular, and the restaurant at Mt. Princeton Resort was a favorite (be sure to ask for Randy as your waiter - he kept us laughing all evening).

Nice location

We really enjoyed our stay here from the comfy cozinessof the cabin to the nature scenery. From the moment we arrived it was beautiful and breath taking with everything available to us. The only thing that we were not happy with was that our vehicle got stuck in the driveway full of snow and ice. The driveway was not plowed or treated to have our vehicle to be parked downhill in the driveway. My only recommendations are for obviously one to have a 4x4 vehicle when renting in this location. Also getting a notification that the driveway was not treated or a warning that weather conditions didnt allow a 12 passenger rental van to be parked in the driveway.
