Our free skier shuttle to Beaver Creek runs seven days a week to the Riverfront gondola for quick and easy access to the slopes. We also have a free skier shuttle to Vail as well. We appreciate the feedback and are happy you enjoyed your stay. Always nice to have a "real fireplace" in a mountain condo, stocked with wood right out your door. Nice to hear the kitchen was well stocked with the items you needed to make a meal at home. The bathroom along with the condo is definitely a "standard" condo and is priced to reflect that. We do indeed have over 60 condos available for short term rentals, so lots of options in price and size. Parking is one vehicle for each bedroom so yes this one bedroom condo gets one vehicle as mentioned in the listing. Glad to know that you enjoyed your stay in this basic, well stocked condo which is close to everything in town. Sorry to hear about the late arrival and no time to go to the grocery store. The late packed that was on the door, asks all guest to come to the front desk in the morning to sign in and get a parking pass. Sounds like maybe you were not able to go to the office as we have coffee and Town of Avon maps available. We have live staff, unique, I know, that can answer all of your where can I get or what is the best hiking trail, bike ride and so on. My apologies that, that was not clear. Jake has been at the front desk for over 17 years and is very helpful answering all kinds of questions. We hope you were able to get out an enjoy Nottingham Park and Lake as they have some great walking/biking paths that connect up and down the entire valley. Thank you very much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the condo that you reserved did not meet your expectations. We have shared your feedback with our management, housekeeping and maintenance teams to address the issues mentioned. Our maintenance staff person was sent to your unit as soon as you called about your propane tank being empty. He arrived with a full tank and set it up for you, so again thanks for letting us know it was empty so the next guest doesn’t have to call it in. Also I checked on the bathroom doors and the laundry doors that were off track and wanted to thank you for fixing them during your stay, because those were back in place. We have asked housekeeping to take care of any cob webs and to snap back the screen that was loose. We have also ordered a new screen door, so thanks for letting us know there was not one in the unit. We will have maintenance fix the kitchen drawer that was lose and check for any other issues. Thank you for making us aware of these issues. I'm thankful that they were all easily resolved, but disappointed that a few of the issues were not brought to our attention until after your departure. We have discussed it with our entire staff to ensure we improve this process in the future. Also we would love for you to come back for a return visit and give us another opportunity to make your stay an enjoyable one. You booked one of our standard condos and we would like to offer you an upgrade to one of our many deluxe or premium units at a discounted rate for your next visit. Hello and thanks for your comments on the Beaver Creek West unit F2. We appreciate the feedback. I am sorry this economy priced condo did not meet you high end expectations, but in the future let us know as we have many more higher rated condos available for rentals at Beaver Creek West. Interestingly enough the mattress was replace with a brand new one just two months ago. Perhaps you read an old review and it fueled these comments? I am disappointed that you were not able to make to the front desk to properly "check in" as I have over heard Jake's check in speech many times. I have heard it so many times it's funny that if you heard it you would know that he states that if you need anything such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and so on just give us a call at the front desk and we can have someone bring it to you. Sorry that wasn't possible, but that is why we highly suggest it. We do not supply personal items such as shampoo, toothpaste or deodorant, but that is stated in the condo information on Vrbo, for all who take the time to read the information given. We will consider purchasing some new cookware and had housekeeping make a list of other items that might be needed in the condo. Glad you enjoyed several aspects of this popular condo such as the great access via FREE skier shuttle to the Riverfront Gondola at Beaver Creek and you got to enjoy the awesomeness of the wood burning fireplace with ample firewood. That is why we have three option on the property., so that one is available at all times for our guest to soak in during pool hours. Hello and thank you for the nice four star review on our Beaver Creek West F2, one bedroom condo. Glad to hear you enjoyed your stay here and got to play in Nottingham Park a bit. There is so much going on in the park it's a great amenity, just out the door. Nice lake, sand beach, water toys to rent and all kinds of concerts and events. Sounds like the mattress was not your cup of tea and how nice the maintenance crew was able to repair the light, right away. A bit of information, is that about 98% of all lodging in the mountains doesn't have air conditioning. We are located at about 8,000 feet above sea level and the nighttime temperatures are in the comfortable mid 50's during the summer....we open the windows and enjoy the mountain air. If you are headed to the mountain again give us a shout. Cheers and safe travels!
