Wonderful stay

Even the fantastic photo on Vrbo doesn’t do the view justice. The vista over the bay is breathtaking. There’s a lot to do and Loutraki is a place you can shop, eat and take in the weather.

Absolutely loved the apartment, the view is stunning and the place is very clean. Katerina was a great host, extremely friendly and communication was very open and easy. Although it's close to the beach bar of the hotel, it IS a steep hill to climb so a car is a must to get around, especially if you have children. That was the only downfall to the location of the apartment, everything else was great!

Wonderful holidays

The apartment is lovely, the view onto the sea wonderful. Everything was well organised, Katerina gave us a very warm welcome - it was nice talking to her. In the apartment there is everything one needs to enjoy a comfortable stay. The centre of Loutraki is not far away and the Hotel Pappas is near to enjoy the beach and the beach bar ;) .

Relaxing stay

My wife and I are very much enjoyed our stay. The check-in process and communication was great, and our host provided many of the basics for our stay, including water, coffee, and some food items. The place itself was very nice and as advertised, clean, comfortable, with beautiful vistas of the sea in a quiet area, but close enough to get to town or some of the sites. In short, we would very much recommend this property, we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you.

Family holiday

My family & I had a great stay in this lovely apartment- we found it to be clean & spacious with a breathtaking view from the balcony and the apartment was well equipped, even with things one wouldn’t expect (plenty of loo paper, shower cream, bin bags, honey & six large bottles of water on arrival!) Check in with Rose was easy and she was super friendly & helpful, towels and bedding got changed during our 10 day stay & the owner Katerina was also super friendly & helpful when we chatted on the phone. Loutraki is a busy, lively town with some great places to eat/drink (our favourites being El Niño & Omega III on the seafront & the apartment is also handily placed for visiting Athens & the islands of Hydra, Spestses & Poros as well as the Corinth canal. All in all we had a wonderful family holiday & would like to thank Katerina & Rose for their welcome & help. The Tarpy Family.

We had a wonderful 8 day stay in Loutraki - Katerina is a fantastic host and couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The apartment is spacious with stunning views. It is exceedingly well equipped and Katerina has thought of everything. The pool is much bigger than we expected, beautifully clean and the children loved the slide - just be ready for the stairs down and it being closed 3-5:30pm. There aren't any sunbeds but there is shaded seating and in the apartment there is a sunbed / sunchairs that you can take down.Hotel Papas is just down the hill and is such a lovely beach - perfect for children as, unlike the town beach, there is some sand and it is easy underfoot. Beach bar for the parents, jetty to jump off and heaps of fish to snorkel round for the children. Glorious.Loads to see round the local area - we went to Ancient Corinth, Ancient Mycenae, Nafplio and Epidaurus for some culture and had a couple of lazy days at the stunning Limni Vouliagmenis (not to be missed!).The apartment is a 25 min walk to the centre of town (some on road and some on pavement, but it felt safe) and if you can't face the hill back, there is a taxi rank in the middle of town. Loutraki isn't the prettiest, but loads of really reasonable restaurants along the promenade (in particular we would recommend Taverna Filipas in town and Panorama, a 5 min drive in the other direction)There are also lovely bars on the beach to finish off the evening.Would thoroughly recommend

Great property in a fantastic resort

Check in - So easy. Property owner and manager stayed in touch, and Manager (Rose) was waiting for us and helped us to find it (it was 10.30pm and very dark). Manager / Owner - so nice, friendly and there if needed (which we did, but it was our (stupid) fault!!!). Nice welcome and goodbye messages, and quick replies when needed. Apartment - was very clean, in great shape and matched the photos on site. We loved it. Location - Easy 25min walk into nearest end of town, which was perfect as we found the better restaurants were at this apartment end of town (beach front / promenade were more cafes and bars). Walk into town was down a slope (not really a hill) and was 90% paved, all very well lit by street lighting, and mostly along a promenade along the bay. Very safe. Up a slope on the way back, but quite gentle. Still hot though!! Small beach (Hotel Pappas) in front of the property (across the road) was lovely, and you were able to swim in the clean, clear shallow water. Loutraki - lovely resort, with lots to do and see nearby. Lots of restaurants, nice beaches and lots of shops and supermarkets. A very easy motorway drive from Athens Airport. All around a great place to stay and I really recommend it. Of four of us, absolutely loved Loutraki and the apartment.

geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet

Wir waren mit zwei Teenagern eine Woche da und konnten uns wirklich ausbreiten. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist nicht immer ganz leise und den Pool darf man leider zwischen 14:30 Uhr und 17:30 Uhr nicht benutzen, aber wenn man das vorher weiß, plant man seinen Tag halt entsprechend. Die Wohnung ist sehr individuell geschnitten und eingerichtet und die Küche enthält außer einem Gemüseschäler wirklich alles, was man braucht. Dank Rollos, Markisen und Klimaanlagen kann man alle Zimmer kühl halten; die kleine Loggia im Untergeschoss ist ein wunderbarer Sonnenplatz. Super freundlicher Empfang und große Hilfsbereitschaft die ganze Woche über bei Fragen zu Ausflugszielen etc. Loutraki hat uns viel besser gefallen als Korinth; ein Highlight sind die in der Nähe Richtung Perachora gelegene Badebucht am Hera-Tempel sowie der Salzsee und das Panorama-Restaurant. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

nice apartment in nice location

Vary nice apartment with beautiful view, enough space for a big family. Swimming pool is clean and well managed. Reserved parking spot for apartment but also enough free slots. I can highly recommend open gym area near to apartments, we were there every morning. We visited different locations around Loutraki, easy to find. The owner Katerina is unbelievably nice and you can ask her anything.

Felt like coming home :)

A huge apartment located at the outskirts of Loutraki. Because of the high location at a mountainside, it has an amazing view where you can enjoy the beautiful sea and the boats passing by all the way to the Korinthe canal. The owners were very friendly and gaves us a warm welcome, it felt like coming home. They have done their best to make us as easy as possible. The two storey apartment is fully equiped, very homely. Above there you'll find the entrance, living room, kitchen with all equipment and a small bathroom, downstairs you will find three bedrooms and three bahtrooms. Both floors has a big balcony/terrace. W've got WIFI access, cleaning twice a week, our own parking plot and an common swimming pool (where we were mostly alone). At front of the condominium there is a small beach but mostly very crowdy. We often go to lake Vouglameni, about 15 minutes car drive where you can find sunbeds, umbrella's and nice restaurants. On a 10 minutes drive you can find a supermarket (in the centre of Loutraki) and next you can find a 24-hours open bakery. In the surrounding you can visit old Korinthe with the castle, Nepflion and Epidaurus. Its also worth while to visit an performance for instance a Greek Tragedy in the ancient Greek theatre of Epidaurus. We thank Katerina and her husband for their hospitality.

Felt we never left home

Excellent apartment with an amazing view just outside Loukraki. The owners were very friendly and helpfull and gaves us a warm welcome. The apartment is big and has two floors, one for the living room/kitchen/bathroom and downstairs one for the three bedrooms and three badrooms. Both floors has a balcony with a amazing view to the sea. The kitchen is fully equiped. The interior is not like a common "hotel room" and feels very comfortable with all stuff you need during your stay. There is a nice common swimmingpool downstairs. In front of the building there is a small beach but mostly very crowdy due to the hotelguests. Car is essential if you want to visit the surroundings and the restaurants. About 15 minutes drive by car there is a nice lake /inland sea called Vougliameni with are a lot of beach facilities. Please avoid the weekends because its also very popular spot for Greek people. Downtown Loukraki you will find a big supermarket and next a 24 hours open bakery. Also worth while to visit is a real greek tragedy at the ancient theatre of Epidaurus and Nafplio.

I am a warm person who loves to host family and friends. This goes for whoever stays in our apartment. Their visit in Loutraki ( especially our apartment) I like to believe, will be comfortable and enjoyable. I have lived in many countries around the world, due to my fathers job. Therefore, am able to communicate in four languages Greek, English, Italian and Spanish.I have tried very hard to make this apartment as comfortable as possible. I enjoy decorating as well.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Every year, for many years,Loutraki has been the perfect place for our holidays . Here my family parents, husband, daughter and brother's family who( always joined us from the states) had great gatherings. We enjoyed our boat trips to far away beaches.The children in the afternoon loved to swin in the clear waters of our shared pool. In the evenings, we opened the bar and enjoyed long drinks on our beautiful balcony whilst watching the spectacular sunset. Then dinner, with good Greek wine and music. It is here, that friends have visited us and every time they come the view from our balcony makes them want to visit us even more each time. I wish for you too,that this beautiful spot over the Corinthian bay can bring you and your family the joy it has for us. ENJOY

This apartment has the most beautiful view. One can only imagine it through the photos. The reality , is by far something totaly different!There is never a dull moment as the weather changes the mood of the sea and one can watch the changes for hours. The colour of the water below differs from one moment to another. On a clear day,just opposit, even ancient Corinth with its mountains become closer and suddenly you can depict giant figures of ancient Greek Gods lying there.
