Loutraki is a small well organised town, just 1 hour drive from Athens city and the El. Venizelos main Greece's International Airport. You can find yourself experiencing the cuisine of the various restaurants, traditional taverns, enjoy your drinks in clubs and coffee places.
In the past it was renowned for the Thermal Spa that all high end Athenians have been visiting for relaxation purposes. Nowadays, an absolutely modern renovated Thermal Spa, can give you the stress free environment that you are looking for.
The flat
Penthouse two storey flat, is located on a seafront location. A beautiful space ready to accommodate from one to five people.
What makes the residence unique is its exclusive details and features, varying from its abundant exposure to the sun and the sky, the stunning view from all sides of the flat.
The apartment is divided in 2 floors, 3rd and 4th level. In the 4th level, you can find the living room with open plan kitchen, one bedroom and 1 bathroom. The 3rd floor consists of a big room with one double bed and 1 bed sofas, 1 bathroom and a study place. The view from both floors is amazing!

The location of the house gives you the opportunity to visit some of the most renown archeological places of Greece such as the ancient theater of Epidavros, the most famous theater in Greece with the best plays that can be found in the country. Apart from archaeological sights, someone could also visit Nafplio, Ancient Korinth and get to know more about the modern life in Greece. Don't forget though to visit Vouliagmeni Lake, Heraion temple, Isthmos Canal, the Monasteries located in Geraneia mountain.
