• No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property, including balconies and all outdoor areas. Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited.

• Starter Essentials: Includes 1 roll of paper towels, 3 kitchen trash bags, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, dish soap, a sponge, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, and travel-size body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup remover cloths.
• Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
