Wir haben diese funky private "Effizienz" von 450 Quadratmetern mit Vintage-Hollywood-Porträts gefüllt, die im Laufe der Jahre gesammelt wurden. Es ist komplett renoviert mit einem großen Spülbecken auf dem Bauernhof, einem U-Bahn-Fliesenbad und einem gemütlichen Federbett mit herrlichem Blick (vom Bett aus) auf den Berg Konocti. Es befindet sich im Zentrum der Innenstadt von Kelseyville und bietet einen einfachen Spaziergang zu Geschäften, Restaurants, der Brauerei und fünf Weinverkostungsräumen. Easy check in and very clean!

Kathy’s place is much nicer and cleaner and more relaxing then nearby motels. The studio is walking distance to restaurants, Studebakers Coffee and a town market. Very easy check in.

Portrait Gallery in Kelseyville, Ca

My husband, small dog and I moved into the Gallery for an entire month while we waited for our new house in Ukiah, California to close. Prior to taking the Gallery, the owner let us know that the space didn't have a full kitchen, but would be willing to put a convection oven into the space to allow us some cooking options. This helped tremendously! The space itself is charming, clean, quiet and in a great location. Great area for walking, people are super friendly and close to great restaurants. Studebaker's across the street is not to be missed for breakfast! Close to great wineries and the lake. It was the perfect place for us and would recommend it to anyone for great weekend getaway, or a longer stay.

Great Stay!

I stayed at this location for 5 days in May 2016. The description of this listing was accurate. It was a quiet location that was within walking distance to a variety of shops. A small market, a variety of smaller restaurants, a bakery, pizza restaurant and even a laundromat just a few blocks away. The owner, Kathy was very attentive and pleasant to work with. She gave me her cell # in case I had any questions and was responsive when I did reach out to her. There are neighbors, but all were pleasant and quiet. There is also a recycling center in the parking lot close by, but there was never any noise or issues with this taking place.The unit was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely recommend and stay in this establishment again in the future! Thank you again Kathy!

Fortunate in adversity

Unfortunately the television service was not working properly. The seating was old and not arranged in #8. Thx to the management team for allowing us to move into another unit. The place was quiet, cool, and clean though. Also close to good restaurants, and within short drive of the Casino.

The Gallery apartment was so cute and just the getaway we needed!

ADORABLE!

I travel up to Lakeport often and in the past have stayed in some pretty scary hotels. I don't know why I didn't think about VRBO sooner! I use it all the time for other trips. In my search I came across this apartment. It was a perfect retreat after working in the cold rain for 12 hours. It is the perfect size for myself and my canine who was traveling with me. The apartment was spotless. Prior to my check in the heater was turned on and had a warm cozy atmosphere. It is walking distance to different restaurants and shops which with my work i wasn't able to check out. The only noise I ever heard was the rain hitting the windows. The apartment is very quiet. I spent my evenings on the couch, enjoying hot tea, and movies on the flat screen TV. I can't wait to stay again but might try the other apartment, the Loft.

Great Location in Downtown Kelseyville

This is the perfect alternative to renting a hotel in Kelseyville or Lower Lake. This clean and modern JR. 1 bedroom has all the amenities to spend a weekend away from the city, a coffee pot and access to great restaurants and wine tasting. Saw Shop is two blocks north and boasts the best modern California cuisine in all of Lake County. Kelseyville Brewery is located downstairs which has tasty brews. There are 4 wine tasting rooms within walking distance of downtown. If a little local flair is more your speed, across the street is Pogo's Pizza is next door to the Brick Tavern where everyone knows your name. Very clean unit, Kathy and Brian keep everything working and tidy. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is up to date. Kathy is very accommodating, while staying here, the coffee pot broke and by the next day Kathy had a brand new replacement. Great for a weekend getaway in the County of Lake!

Hidden treasure!

This hidden treasure was more than we expected to find. It was clean, well taken care of and perfect for our visit to see family and friends. It's was convinent to all areas of the lake. There is great wine tasting in walking distance, a brewery and a local coffee shop across the street! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lake County.

Great Alternative to the Local Hotels

This is a clean and comfortable efficiency studio in downtown Kelseyville is a great alternative to the over priced and dingy local hotels. I've been staying in Lake County for the past 6 months, out of all the available places I have stayed solo, this is only second to the Loft property (also owned by the same person as this property located next door). The bathroom is clean and a decent size. The kitchen comes with a coffee pot (definitely a necessary), a mini fridge, and a table top oven to heat up leftovers. The size of the entire studio is big enough for a couple on vacation, but not too comfortable for more than two people. Everything inside the apartment was clean and well maintained. Kathy was very responsive and even gave me her cell phone number to text if there was any emergencies. I would recommend this studio for the weekend. The proximity in downtown Kelseyville has an abundant walking options, The Saw Shop is the best food in Lake County ($5 appetizers on Tuesday and half priced bottles of wine on Wednesday), Pogo's Pizza is also great for a slice of pizza, and of course The Brick is my favorite bar in Lake County. This location is a short drive to Steele Wineries which is awesome for wine tasting. There are also wineries within walking distance but after twice visiting the stuck up Rose d'Oro and being insulted both times by different family members who work there, I avoided them. I never checked out Chancewater but I hear that's good.

We updated the entire building - this Guest Apartment has sweeping views of Lake County's iconic landmark - Mt Konocti. It is completely remodeled and fresh, the exact kind of place we would want to stay when visiting our quaint, quiet country town.

We are in the little quiet country town of Kelseyville which is centrally located on the West Side of Clear Lake. You are a 15 minute drive to over 10 wineries with tasting rooms and walking distance to 3 Tasting Rooms (Fore Family Wines, Smiling Dogs & Chacewater). You can walk out your door to find almost any service you need. Clear Lake is 5 miles to the East around the Mountain for water and boating activities. Clear Lake State Park and its hiking trails is 3 miles away and Lake County's NEWEST outdoor trail the WRIGHT PEAK SUMMIT TRAIL with it's breathtaking climb 1,649 ft up to the top of Mt Konociti is 2 miles from your front door.
