Bringing a boat? Enjoy convenient on-site boat and trailer parking, with the Clearlake Oaks public launch approximately a six-minute walk away. Oaks Beach Park and lake access are also about a five-minute walk from the home, helping you spend less time driving and more time enjoying the water.

Inside the cottage

The home sleeps up to four guests with a California king bed in the bright, window-lined bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Guests also enjoy 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, drip coffee maker, keypad self check-in and a stocked collection of games.

Warm wood ceilings, lake-inspired furnishings and a cozy fireplace create a comfortable place to recharge after fishing, boating, wine tasting or exploring Lake County.

Outdoor living

Relax on the covered deck, enjoy a meal overlooking the surrounding hills, gather around the outdoor fire pit or play a round of cornhole. Beach cruisers and a fishing cart are provided for trips toward the park, launch and shoreline.

The cottage is close to local dining, groceries and wineries. Please note that the home is near Clear Lake rather than directly waterfront; lake and launch access are located nearby. Guests have private access to the entire cottage, deck, outdoor lounge and designated parking areas. A unique keypad code will be sent before arrival. Boat and trailer parking is available on the property. Please include the approximate combined length of your vehicle, boat and trailer when booking so we can help confirm the easiest parking arrangement.
