Diese 1.500 sq. Fuß Penthouse Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock mit direktem Blick auf das Meer liegt, treten Sie auf Ihre 1.500 sq. Ft., Möblierte Terrasse, hinsetzen und beobachten Sie die Kreuzfahrtschiffe segeln. Dieses 2 Zi, 2 Bad verfügt über Granit-Arbeitsplatten ganz. Die Gourmet-Küche ist mit "Profil" Edelstahl-Geräte, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Mixer. Die Küche ist komplett mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr, Gläser, Schüsseln, Kochutensilien, Martini-Gläser etc. bestückt Einheit eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, Bügeleisen, DVD, Liegestühle, Sonnenschirme und Badetücher. Entspannen Sie sich im Wohnzimmer und versinken in unserem italienischen Ledersofa. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Latex-Matratze. Gail's place in St. Martin is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location and view can't be beat. The place was better stocked than any VRBO I have stayed in. Everything was super clean and in perfect working order. Gail had excellent communication and was great to rent from. For anyone considering renting a place in St. Martin, you will have no regrets if you stay here! It's the best VRBO I've ever stayed in.

The extra patio and rooftop was great to have and relaxing to grill at home. The view was amazing and access to a great beach was fantastic. Our hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs. Their instructions made it easy to find and we had everything we needed.

Great place to stay in Saint Maarten. Beach is down a stairwell and can be a little rough for younger children. Also not much room but usually wasn’t crowded.

We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse! The property is very nice. We stayed during off season, so it was almost like having a private pool and private beach. It had all of the amenities we needed: towels, games, beach chairs, coffee! We interacted with our hosts once during the trip and they were very kind and very helpful. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures.

It was I believe our 5th time staying in this amazing condo and we are already planning our next trip back. The ocean views and sunsets are spectacular from either of the 2 terraces. The condo is always clean and well stocked. The host is amazing and very communicative and any small issue we have ever had has been taken care of immediately. We love the ability to stay in and grill/cook when we do not feel like venturing out and spending a relaxing day on the terraces when we need a break from the beach. The pools are clean and refreshing and we have met many lifelong friends who live in the complex. If I could rate this condo higher than 5 I would! Cannot wait till next year!

Great place for a weekend getaway.

Booked the property for a weekend getaway with my wife. We were absolutely blown away by the location, amenities and views. Loved the easy beach access, and Gail was a phenomenal host with clear and easy check in instructions. Would 100% stay here again.

Paradise in the Sky!

We are back in SXM! We stayed here last year in April and loved it again. Our flight got cancelled so we only had 2 nights here but the wonderful gracious host (great communication and super nice) and fabulous property made it all worth it. We are staying at Sonesta for 2nd half for friends wedding. We showed them the penthouse and they may want to rent it one day. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is at the very top of our list. The view, the accomodations, the extras (wine, beer, beach chairs, snorkel, etc), and the private beach with caves make this penthouse unbelievable! Stay here on your next trip for sure!!

Absolutely spectacular!

We had a wonderful spring break and couldn’t have been happier staying at this condo! This was our first time on the island and we were a little nervous to stay outside of a resort, but Gail put our minds at ease and we were very comfortable. The beach was spectacular and practically secluded, the condo was extremely comfortable for us and our teens, and the outdoor spaces were the cherry on top! I would highly recommend!!

An amazing property on Cupecoy Beach. Exceeded all of our expectations..and they were high to begin with.The location is perfect and the condo is awesome. 3 levels with spectacular views. All the amenities you could ask for and more.Having a washer and dryer was terrific.. nothing worse than going home with a pile of dirty clothes.Gail was a great host..very quick to answer any questions we had.We look forward to returning in the future

We chose this property because of it's location and the relaxed feeling it has and nothing beats being ocean front! Throw in a huge furnished terrace with great views...you can't beat it! Cupecoy & Mullet Bay beaches are just steps away. I don't like walking through a lobby in order to enter your condo. It feels more like a home to me...like a small community, yet still private.
