From the moment you enter through the grand courtyard entryway, you are greeted with soaring ceilings and elegant architectural details throughout. The open concept floor plan flows effortlessly through the main living areas, where natural light pours in through oversized sliding glass doors, seamlessly connecting the indoors to the serene outdoor oasis.

The gourmet kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring high-end appliances, custom cabinetry, a walk-in pantry, and a generous waterfall quartz center island with seating that borders a formal dining area and an inviting family room that overlooks the resort-style backyard.

Guest Access:

The home is set up with a smart lock for your convenience & safety. We will provide you with a Personalized access code a few days prior to arrival. Use your unique 4-digit code to enter the home. The code is active starting at 4pm on check in day and will automatically deactivate at 10am on check out day.

Is smoking allowed?

We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside, there is a $250 fine plus the cost of remediation.

If I leave something it be sent back to me?

We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $50 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.

What kind of coffee machine do you have?

We have a keurig plus a standard coffee machine in the home.

What is the nearest beach?

Lido Key Beach & Siesta Key are equidistant to the house. They are both roughly 5 miles away.

What beach equipment do you provide?

We provide beach chairs and a wagon for our guests. If there is additional equipment you need you would either need to bring it or rent it.

Please note: No child or baby equipment (such as cribs, high chairs, or safety gates) is provided at this property. However we will provide recommendations and a link to local area companies for rental of such accommodations upon request!
