A large 165-square-meter villa, close to the beautiful and famous nightlife and bustle of Oura (“trotoir”—350 meters), but far enough away to maintain peace and quiet. Set on an exclusive 1,180-square-meter lot, with a large private pool, a barbecue area, a garden, and two parking spaces—one of which is covered. With an excellent location in Areias de S. João, between Praia da Oura (Albufeira) and Old Albufeira, on the avenue that also connects Forte de S. João and Inatel. Within 600 meters on either side are two beautiful white-sand beaches (Oura and Forte de S. João). The center of Oura is 450 meters away. The center of Albufeira is 2 km away. The villa is situated on a plot of land shared by 3 villas, enclosed and fenced. Spacious outdoor area. Restaurants are 50 m away on Oura’s Main Avenue (Av. Sá Carneiro) 300 meters, perpendicular to the avenue in front of the house, with bars, restaurants, shops, a nightclub, a pharmacy, clinics, a supermarket, and an ATM...<br>Please note that the prices listed are for a maximum occupancy of 6 people. For stays of 7 to 8 people or 5 to 6 beds, the rate increases by 10% or 20%. We may request payment for a portion of the water and electricity costs based on the number of guests and consumption. Gas is included.<br>25% of the rental price is due upon booking. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 15 days before your stay. The security deposit must be submitted along with the 75% payment. We do not accept checks. Payments must be made by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, 75% of the deposit will be refunded 60 days prior to the rental, and 50% up to 45 days prior to the rental. Any cancellation after that will result in a total loss of the deposit.<br>
