The guest contacted us with two concerns during their stay: Fireplaces not working – Upon inspection, this was user error, as the fireplaces were functioning properly once operated correctly. No hot water in the upstairs shower – This was a minor issue caused by a valve needing adjustment. Our team responded, and it was resolved quickly. We want to emphasize that there was only one genuine issue, and it was corrected. While unexpected things can occasionally happen in any home, we addressed the concern and worked to ensure the guest’s comfort. It is not accurate to suggest there were multiple unresolved problems during the stay. We value honesty in reviews and wish the guest’s star rating had reflected the reality of the situation and our response to the one minor issue. Our commitment remains to provide a smooth, enjoyable experience, and when small issues arise, we act quickly to remedy them.
