Traumhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Der Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus wurde durch den Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft von Mr. Luccio ein Traum. Einen von ihm organisierten Pizzaabend (Pizzaofen ist im Außenbereich des Hauses) mit ihm und seiner Frau empfehlen wir unbedingt. Da wir fĂŒr eine Woche mit 10 Personen keine Fahrzeuge hatten, hat er sich um die Transfers zum Restaurant gekĂŒmmert und bei einem Boots-Tagesausflug entlang der Amalfi-KĂŒste ebenfalls um den Transfer zum Hafen.

extrem schön

Eine liebevoll und ĂŒberlegt ausgestattete Unterkunft , großzĂŒgiges Raumprogramm, ruhig gelegen abseits des großen Verkehrs, in gepflegtem Terrain; wir waren sehr damit einverstanden, dass Parkmöglichkeiten ca. 50 m unterhalb an der Straße liegen - direkte Auffahrt lieber nicht. Bei Fragen oder Problemen kĂŒmmert sich ein sehr netter Verwalter.

Traumhaus mit einem kleinen Fehler

Also...vorweg. Das Haus ist ein echter Traum. Platz ohne Ende, ĂŒberall Sitzecken und ein traumhafter Ausblick auf den Golf von Neapel und die Insel Ischia. Draußen FrĂŒhstĂŒcken mit der Sonne im RĂŒcken - einfach wundervoll. Im Turm zu wohnen ist noch einmal eine ganz besondere Nummer und einfach nur zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lĂ€sst ebenfalls keine WĂŒnsche offen. Es ist alles und vor allem ausreichend vorhanden. Lucio und seine Crew sind immer erreichbar und halten das Haus in einem tadellosen Zustand. Die ganze Crew ist sehr freundlich, fleißig und hilfsbereit. Wer hier meckert ist selber Schuld. Der Pool ist etwas klein und war uns einfach zu kalt, aber dafĂŒr gibt es ein Jacuzzi auf dem Dach. Bloß - die Zufahrt zu diesem Haus ist eine echte Herausforderung. Wir hatten einen Fiat Tipo Kombi - eindeutig zu groß. Egal mit wie vielen Leuten ihr anreist. Nehmt Euch kleine Autos. Selbst mit einem VW Golf ist es fĂŒr einen nicht geĂŒbten Fahrer ein Abenteuer. Ohne Auto geht irgendwie gar nicht, weil der Weg in den Ort und vor allem zurĂŒck doch anstrengend ist. Aber wie gesagt - wenn man erstmal angekommen ist, ist alles gut. Der Ort Massa Lubrense ist nicht so ĂŒberlaufen wie die anderen Orte. Es gibt alles was notwendig ist und das Essen, aber vor allem das Panorama im Restaurant il Cantuccio sollte sich niemand entgehen lassen. Im Hafen ist ein Bootsverleih und außerhalb der Saison ist der Preis fĂŒr einen halbem Tag verhandelbar - wir haben fĂŒr ein Gommone100 Euro zzgl. Benzin bezahlt und waren einmal `rund CapriÂŽ. Sehr zu empfehlen, da alles vom Wasser aus noch einmal anders aussieht. Wer allerdings auf Strand und Baden steht ist an der gesamten KĂŒsten nicht wirklich gut aufgehoben. Wie in allen ReisefĂŒhrern nachzulesen ist die Region sehr `angesagtÂŽ. Es ist ĂŒberall viel Verkehr und niemand meckert mehr ĂŒber deutsche Motorrad- oder Rollerfahrer, wenn links und rechts auf den engen Straßen die Dinger an einem vorbei pfeifen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa Torre del Giglio nur empfehlen. Lasst Euch nicht von dem Hund und der Katze nerven. Ein eingespieltes Team mit viel Schmusebedarf und großer HartnĂ€ckigkeit.

Vackert hus med fantastisk utsikt. Lucia var otroligt hjÀlpsam och svarade snabbt pÄ alla frÄgor. PizzakvÀllen, bÄtturen och födelsedagskalaset Lucia hjÀlpe oss att anordna blev mycket lyckade. Enda nackdelen var att det var lite lÄngt att gÄ ner till havet men det kompenserades av allt annat som var positivt. Rekommenderas varmt!

Ultimate Sorrento Coast house

What can I say? If I could give this house a 20 star review I would! We are a group of women in our sixties and the house was perfect for us! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and amenities were fantastic! The owners, Maria and Carlos were wonderful! They even helped with a booking problem (different owner and company) we were having on our second leg to Rome. They even reached out to us to see if we arrived in Rome safely and were able to access our house there. The caretakers, Lucio and Lucia were the kindest people I have ever met! They cooked dinner for us the first night and another night they gave a pizza party! They absolutely make the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Lucia arranged a driver for us everyday to Sorrento, the public doesn’t seem to be very reliable

Very nice authentic villa at walk distance from the center of Massa Lubrense, with full privacy, surrounded by lemon and mandarine trees. Lots of space, fantastic view to the seeline from the roof terras.

We stayed at villa torre del Giglio. The walk up the road was a little more than we expected at first, but we learned to love that also. We walked into town and caught the bus to Sorrento and spent time all over the Massa Lubrense area. We took a private boat to Amalfi, we hiked the path of the gods and so much more. Irma and Lucio were simply amazing! Communication was A+! They made dinner for us one night and it was fantastic! They helped gut our luggage in and out of the Villa too! There was even a gift from the owner at checkout. 100% would recommend and stay again. Massa Lubrense itself is also lovely. Don’t miss out on that.

Amazing Vacation Villa

My husband and I booked two week with friends and family coming and going. For two nights we had eleven people. Those two nights we had Lucio and Irma cater our dinners. One Pizza Night and Pasta Night. Magical. We all felt so at home and couldn’t believe how fortunate we were to be in Italy staying at this beautiful villa. Lucio & Irma are amazing hosts. Highly recommend!

Amazing villa in ideal location

This villas far exceeded my expectations for our family of 12. It could not have been more perfect indoor and outdoor spaces. All rooms had their own baths and so many outdoor areas to enjoy. The foosball table, pool and hot tub were a big hit. The villa felt very safe and secure with walls, gates and fencing allowing our 4 kids some freedom. Location was perfect, out of the crowds of Sorrento but close enough to enjoy and so close to the small town of Massa Lubrense. We walked many times just down the hill for coffee, pastries and the market. We were welcomed by store owners and invited to watch an Italy football match with the locals. The villa owner, Irma and Lucio our contacts, were available for all our needs and a pleasure to work with. We also took advantage of Gaetano’s car service for our transportation needs, always prompt or early. Our family would have no hesitation staying again at the amazing villa again. It was a dream!

This was our second visit to this beautiful villa and we’ll definitely be back. The villa is roomy with plenty is space to spread out. There are multiple outside areas to enjoy. There is room for a small car. The only possible negative is that the hill to the villa is quite steep.

Unforgettable villa

We had a wonderful time at the villa. Lucio and Irma were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The villa was beautiful and kept very clean- we had a everything we wanted and all the amenities were really good quality. It was great having the cold water in the swimming pool (in may) and then the hot tub as well. The beds were all very comfortable and lots of bathrooms for everyone! Massa Lubrense had all essentials within walking distance but was a little off the beaten track so much less hectic than other more touristy places- which we were very pleased about. The only thing I would say is if you hire a car go for the smallest possible- there is parking at the villa but the space is very very tight - although you can easily park in the road. I would absolutely recommend this villa - who knows we might even be back

A Slice of Heaven

This Villa is beautiful and comfortable and has the most amazing views. It is very roomy with so much outdoor space. Irma & Lucio are wonderful hosts who were available for anything we needed and to answer any questions
. Fresh flowers,Easter candy, 2 surprise breakfasts
 we couldn’t have asked for more. This is a fabulous find that I highly recommend. Massa Lubrense is a charming town as well, just above Sorrento. Just lovely

Beautiful villa with vista views

Villa Torre del Giglio is a beautiful villa that has been tastefully renovated, modernized and decorated. It sits on the side of a hill overlooking the small town center of Masse Lubrense and the sea below. Stunning views from the expansive roof deck. Two buildings, the huge main house and the old tower which is a living area and bath downstairs, and a second floor bedroom and bathroom with the best views! Plenty of space for our group of 7. We walked in to the town frequently to visit the cafes (called "bars") and the restaurants which were all amazing. We also went to a few of the markets to get food to cook ourselves. Just be aware there is a steep stone driveway that can be a bit slippery going down and heart-pumping going up, as well as stairs leading up to the villa. But let me say after catching our breadth each time we returned it was worth the climb! Since we were there off season in March, there were several businesses still closed until April 1. But, we found some great places that were open and it was nice having the attention of all the business owners to ourselves! They all treated us special. The owner Maria, was very responsive (off site) and the two local caretakers, Irma and Lucio, were fantastic. They reached out every day to see if we needed anything and had recommendations for restaurants and a taxi driver which we used to bring us to a couple of excursions. They even brought us pastries on our first and last day, and a gift from the owner. Amazing!

Amazing Holiday

Stayed with my family over the Christmas holidays. Lucio the property manager was very hospitable and welcoming. He gifted us with some amazing pastries when we arrived and again when we checked out. Villa was perfect for the 6 of us. I would love to come back in season and visit again.

Birthday treat

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa , plenty room for everyone to spread out . Everyone had there own bathroom . We had the large bedroom with balcony on first floor , very comfortable cool and quiet . Facilities were good . Only one thing the kitchen was pretty small for the size of the house , plenty eating areas inside and out and the view from terraces was wonderful. It was a nice quiet area you felt part of the town . Saracan tower very interesting and different . We were a family of 12 . The managers could not do enough for us, so kind . They met you at bottom of track and transported your luggage up to villa . Steep incline to villa but managed with buggy ok. Managers gave us a gift of pastries on day one and our last day and gave us some jars of homemade lemon marmalade to take home . So kind , they were always on hand to help . The owner of villa had flowers sent to myself and my niece in our birthday . A wonderful gesture . We found the town very nice not touristy locals with all the shops you need and restaurants and loved the nearby harbour with fantastic restaurants and views . It was only 15 mins on a bus from town to Sorrento so easy to get about . You don’t need a car . Enjoyed everything so much we Definately would go back . Thanks to everyone great communication from all x

Absolutely Stunning Villa!

We cannot express enough how amazing our stay was at the villa! We arrived after a long flight to Lucia and Erna making us a fabulous pizza dinner! We loved the villa and Lucia and Erna were exceptional! They took care of our every need! The villa was beautiful inside and out! We look forward to booking again in the future and meeting our new friends Lucia and Erna! Exceptional!

Fantastisk hus

Vi hadde ei fantastisk uke i Massa Lubrense. Huset svarte absolutt til forventningene. Alt var perfekt. Lucio stilte med italiensk frokost ved to anledninger. Han og Irma arrangerte pizzakveld med nydelig mat og drikke. Filomenia sÞrget ogsÄ for trivelig mottagelse med omvisning i huset. Vi kunne ikke fÄtt et bedre overnattingssted. BÄde smÄ og store har fÄtt gode minner.

The villa offers an enchanting view of the Gulfs of Naples and Massa Lubrense (harbor of Marina della Lobra) and olive trees, lemon groves, terraces and fields surround it. It is full of very colorful and scented plants and flowers. The villa is subdivided into two separate units: the main house and the Saracen tower. The Villa is located on the coast of Sorrento: one of the most beautiful land that managed to remain intact over time. It is also often referred to as the "Gentile" (the nice one) for its lovely climate, the goodness of its towns and the hospitality of its people.
The Saracen towers are amongst the most interesting and significant historical and artistic buildings of the area. They are symbolic of the defense system of the coastal areas of Sorrento because they safeguarded the shores from the attacks of the Turks.
This area is blessed by the sun and it is always fully appreciated by tourists and travelers; a favorite destination where one can admire one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. It is full of wine and food and it has a fabulous seascape.

The villa is located in a well-served area; full of natural and historical wonders that can be visited thanks to the trips and excursions that can be organized on foot or by boat.
The ancient fishermen's village, in the bays of Nerano, Recommone and Jeranto, can be visited on board of the typical Sorrento boats. The reserves of the Galli Island, Positano and many others are only but a few of the wonderful surprises that await you in the surrounding areas of the Villa.
