Great time at the beach! The palm trees have grown so view of ocean is obscured, however, the property was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted/needed to cook. It would've been nice if the bedroom had space to store folded clothes. It had ample space for hanging clothes and the closets provided had 1 or 2 shelves, however, those were full of extra bedding.I would most certainly recommend this property.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo is in great location with beautiful views. Condo was very clean. Only recommendation would be the pull out sofa mattress needs replaced. But otherwise perfect condo for our group.

Verbesserungswürdig: Lage

Absolutely loved the condo and Breakers resort, it was perfect for my wife and I. We've been coming to HHI for about 15 years. coligny has become a problem, won't stay near it again. Music being blared at all hours (including the early mornings !), marijuana smoke all over the place, young adults cussing and worse. That part was a real departure from year's past. We'll be staying further north or south going forward.

Nice location

Great location! Right on the ocean and close to restaurants and shopping. Unit is just as listed and good for 2 people.Kitchen was stocked with all you need to prepare meals. Loved having coffee and cocktails on the lanai. Would stay here again.

Our favorite vacation spot.

My wife and I have stayed at the Breakers several times in the past. This unit is probably our best experience so far. We were there for 5 days and only used our car once to go out for dinner, pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. The unit itself is well maintained with anything you might need, and is very clean and comfortable.

Winter getaway

Property is great for a couple. The unit itself has everything you need (although use of the TV was a little confusing) and was very comfortable. Also, it is walking distance to a little mall and some nice places to eat. Hope to go again sometime.

Relaxing stay

We stayed at this condo last year also We love the condo . It is very nicely furnished. The balcony chairs and table are super nice. We spend a lot of time on the balcony The view is somewhat obsured by trees but very private. We will stay here again if it is available. It is so convenient to the beach ,pool and the stores and restaurants. Our only issue was the remodeling nextdoor but I know that cant be helped. I recommend this property .

Mostly a Good Experience

The unit is small but well kept. We’ve stayed in other units at the Breakers so we expected this. The location is great for easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. And on-site parking is a great convenience. The only negative is that the Breakers sits right next to the public beach entrance. Hilton Head has added a ton of public parking nearby and it has led to a much more crowded beach. And now the rental beach chairs and umbrellas extend as far as the eye can see. Beach goers are squeezed in tight at high tide. But in general, it’s a very nice place to stay.

Great stay in Hilton Head

Property was located right near Coligny Plaza and extremely easy access to the beach. Wash stations were conveniently located coming off the beach and worked well - we did not have any sand in the villa like we've had on other beach vacations. The room was a little tight for my family, but we knew that and spent a lot of time on the beach or riding bikes. My boys are 9 and 11. The view of the beach is obstructed by some palm trees and dunes, but was also a great view (if you wanted to easily see ocean straight out, the 2nd floor might be what you are looking for). It was also convenient to rent beach chairs, umbrella and bikes. They were all there when we arrived and easy to turn in at the end of the week. My family and I had the vacation we were looking for in HHI!

Kitchen floor dirty, sliding glass door dirty, refrigerator dirty. Stove top dirty. Coffee pot . Legs on purple lounge chair looked like they were to break(reported to Vacation Company rep who said property manager would contact me-did not happen) Sliding door needs maintenance since wife could not open. No dresser in bedroom. Old wooden structure so upstairs noise louder than expected.Need better instruction for TV remotes, Spectrum did not have channel menu for programs.

Not a good unit to rent

TV in living room was a disaster. Difficult to operate, tv would speak the channels which would slow everything down considerably. Dialog kept getting out of sync with picture. Had to reset alot. Finally just stopped using it Bed was too small. Needs to be a king. Only second time in 15+ years of staying in Breakers was the bed not a king. Unacceptable. No dresser foe clothes and closets had no shelving. Making them useless. Furniture in living room very uncomfortable. Overall the worst unit i have ever had at Breakers. Will not be renting this unit again nor will i recommend to others.

Great location

Property was very cute and clean. Our only issue was that the ice did not do produce more than 3 cubes in over 24 hours. We ended up having to buy a bag of ice.
