Newer bath and kitchen remodel. Open concept kitchenette (no stove or oven) , with refrigerator, Juicer, Keurig, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy strolls along the boardwalk with sunset views. Beach gear, bicycle, scooter, family-fun board games, and Yard games, WiFi & premium cable TV .

1 large flat-screen TVs, premium cable, with HBO, Showtime, and Xbox. 3 AC unit in the apartment for a cooling feeling.

bike, 1 Paddleboard, surf and boogie boards, and 2-person kayak, beach chairs & beach towels provided.

Parking offered, dedicated to Guests at the driveway (renting in area without a parking spot does pose issues).

We have an older beach house with minor quirks- creaky floors, fridge door sticks, misc other (please don't hesitate asking questions); this is 1st floor apartment and tenant shares deck/ yard. None of the beach gear should be used, without adult supervision or stronger swimmers
