Out the back deck and onto the beach. Enjoy the abundant sandbar and beautiful views as you sit on the upper or lower deck. This house is a 10 minute walk to the park or a 10 minute drive to the town green and restaurants. The house is equipped with all the amenities you will need while at the beach.
The updated kitchen and open floor plan allow you constant views of the water and beach. A great way to spend time near the water.
During the cooler months enjoy a nice walk on the beach or enjoy the views from inside while reading a nice book by the fire.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The cottage was even more spacious and even closer to the water than we expected. Our days were full of fun in the ocean and our nights were extremely quiet and peaceful. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

A Great Time

We had such a great time in our one week stay at this property. We were lucky enough to have our homeowner staying in the house next-door. They were so attentive to any concerns we had and it turned out, we made new best friends.

Beautiful spot!

This beach house was perfect!Literally right on the beach, great views and plenty of room. The master suite on the second floor was amazing! Everything we needed was available from dishes to linens to ample parking. We will definitely stay again, and highly recommend Jonathan’s beach house.

The best location, perfect stay

Amazing location on a nice quiet kid friendly beach. Our kids loved playing on the beach all day. House was nice, clean, everything worked, no issues. Would highly recommend. And Milford has a lot of nice restaurants which we enjoyed.

90th birthday at the shore

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. It did not disappoint. You can’t beat right on the beach!! We celebrated my Moms 90th birthday. She grew up in Conn and loves to come to the shore every year.

Nice place good views

We had a good trip overall, only big concern was the outdoor seating. Flimsy plastic chairs on the deck including one that broke while sitting in it causing cuts on my back. Kitchen was well equipped and the place was clean.

Cozy little stay! With epic views

House is perfect for a nice little getaway. Clean. Incredible views. Amazing tub. Extra perks - lots of towels. So needed for me 😂 bath salts for the bath. Put out games and snacks. Kitchen was really nicely stocked. Nice cute touches the host had! This house is literally perfect. Give it a 10/10 host is great too! Only one thing I would improve is longer lasting hot water. I’m a very hot bath kinda girl and tub was so big that before it’s full the water got cold. But I still enjoyed it.

Spectacular Views

What a gorgeous beachfront location with sweeping views of the ocean and surrounding coastline and stunning sunrises and sunsets. The porch this time of the year was chilly but still inviting. Exactly as described and plenty of amenities. Unfortunately, the coffee maker did not work which is what we had hoped for as we were visiting family nearby for Thanksgiving and only in the house for morning coffee on the porch and late nights. Told the owner about the broken coffee maker on day 2 and would have loved one for our last morning but never arrived. Also unfortunate that the house next door is just starting major construction and the workers arrived at 7am on Fri and Sat with a crane and major equipment thus waking up our whole family which is hard with teens. I can imagine the noise will continue for some time. I would, however, stay again in the future as the place is lovely and the access to the ocean and sounds of the waves is something that is really hard to find in a VRBO in this area.

Absolutely Incredible

Stayed at this remarkable beach house for 2 days as a surprise for my wife's birthday. We've always talked about getting a beach house some day, so when we pulled in she near broke out into tears. The house is a perfect size, very clean, and as you can tell by the photos, the location is absolutely amazing. We had perfect fall weather, so were able to sit on the two decks and enjoy some drinks, snacks, and walks on the beach, while watching breathtaking sunsets. What can be better than waking up to the sound of gently crashing waves. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we could ask for. Jonathan, the host, was incredibly responsive to any question I posed. We couldn't have asked for a better 2 days, they will never be forgotten!

Short relaxing weekend

Rented this house for a relaxing weekend to veg out with the girls. We were looking for a place near the water with a deck to hang out and do nothing all day. Bonus was the proximity of the adorable little town along with delicious food options. The sunrise and sunsets were incredible. It got very windy at night but by morning the calmness of the sound was everything we wanted. The house was clean and well equipped. They even had the softest blankets to relax on the deck with. Can’t say enough great things about it! Hopefully will be back one day!

88th birthday celebration!

We travel every year to the shore to celebrate my Mom who turned 88 this year. She grew up in Conn. and loves the shore and sitting at the beach. This house did not disappoint. Everything was just as pictured and plenty of extras thrown in. Jonathan responded immediately with any questions or concerns we had. The beach was awesome and we enjoyed swimming and walking every day. Thank you for the wonderful weeks stay.
