Great apartment, great host, great location!

Vincente and his family went out of their way to provide a comfortable apartment for us. The location was perfect, and we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit and found some wonderful restaurants within 5 minutes. This was our 4th apartment to stay in during our visit to Spain, and I must say I highly recommend this property!

Great host

Vicente's place was immaculate. Although he was unable to meet us upon our arrival, he arranged for his adult son to be at the apartment and give us a tour of the facility. My wife says that this is the best equipped place we have ever rented and we have stayed in well over 30 vrbo rentals. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Great location in the old city!

Absolutely perfect apartment everything needed for a stay in Valencia.Host Vincente was amazing. We loved our apartment in Valencia. It was in a perfect location, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood but very easy to walk to restaurants, shops, museums and parks. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and Vicente is the perfect host! He was in contact with us before our trip and helped us figure out how to get there by train, and then checked in while we were there with suggestions of restaurants and things to do. Great apartment in Valencia

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment, which is centrally located so you can walk anywhere, but on a very quiet street. The owner was kind and generous and very helpful with suggestions of what we should see and do in Valencia. The apartment is very clean and comfortable, and fully stocked with everything you need. There was even coffee, wine, milk, and other food and drinks waiting for us when we arrived! We would recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Valencia, and will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing stay in Valencia!!!

The reviews were spot on about the apartment and super host Vicente!!!! He is very accommodating and communicates before, during and after your stay. The apartment is exactly like the pictures and has everything you need for your holiday. The washer was much appreciated! It is in a great location and easy to walk to everything in city center. The transportation system is easy to get to and can take you anywhere you want to go! Again Vicente is an amazing host who makes great recommendations and is available for any of your needs. I highly recommend staying here if you’re ever in Valencia!!!

Great apartment in the center of city

I stayed with my friend for 3 days in Valencia. The apartment was great, perfectly located and really clean. Just 2 corners away and you are in the center of nightlife in Valencia. Nice little shops and restaurants are all on walking distance. Vicente (the owner) was very kind and helpful. He really puts an effort to make it all really cozy. We found apartment full of everything you need, from fruit and juices to pasta, cookies, coffee, milk....And not to mention that in November in Valencia you can easily swim!! It was 26 degrees on 3rd of November!!! Great!

A lovely loft indeed

In januari 2016 I stayed with my 3-year old son in the appartement. It was in one word: great. The appartement itself is clean, beatiful and cosy. It is situated on walkingdistance of allmost everything you want te see. Next to that: supermarket, pharmacy, park, busstops ...it's all sort of around the corner. Vicente welkomed us when we arrived. He is very helpfull and gave a lot information about the city, he was also very easy to reach during our stay. By arrival we found some lovely fruit in the appartement, coffee, tea and some slices of terrific ham. And for my little one we found three suprise chocolat eggs in the fridge. How thoughtfull can you be? That was really nice. I really recomand this appartement. Love to come back one time.

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment in Valencia

This beautiful apartment, in a good location in Valencia, is as shown in the photos and as described on the website. In fact, it is actually better! Having rented more than a dozen apartments in Europe, I would say this was the one of the best equipped and most comfortable with many thoughtful amenities and gestures from the owner such as water and cold drinks in the fridge, local fruit such as those great Valencia oranges, a bottle of wine, and coffee pods for the Tassimo coffee maker. Vicente, the owner, was very hospitable and genuinely wanted us to enjoy his city. He was quick to respond to emails and answer questions. We were in Valencia the week before the big festival of Fallas and it was interesting to observe the various characters and structures being built in each neighbourhood for the upcoming parades and bonfires. For us it was the perfect location to spend a few days between bustling Barcelona and noisy Madrid! Many thanks again Vicente!

Best accommodation ever!

From our first email exchange, Vicente was an incredibly attentive host and obviously cared very much about making our stay comfortable, easy and full of fun. He provided us with directions, lots of info and many helpful suggestions. The apartment was even better than described, and was ideal for us. It was in a perfect location for exploring the city - it is just a few minutes walk from a bus route, but we walked everywhere, even to the zoo, the football stadium, and the City of Arts & Sciences. It is also very close to the park, old town/Plaza de Carmen and all the attractions. It was extremely clean, tidy, welcoming and well-stocked. Vicente had even bought us some food for our stay, including fresh Valencian oranges, drinks and treats for our daughter. He was in touch with us constantly to make sure everything was OK - which it was. Besides a bit of street noise, which is to be expected in any city, the apartment was pretty quiet at night, as it is not on a street with very many bars or restaurants - but just around the corner is one of the best vegetarian restaurants in Valencia. The beds, towels, TV/DVD, kitchen appliances, bathroom, all were very new and nice, which made us feel like we were in a cosy hotel. Highly recommended!

Thank you for making us feel like family

We were on our 4th week of visiting Germany, Italy before adriving in Valencia Spain. While we traveled, we stayed exclusively in VRBO. Some of the stays met our expectations, others not as represented. When we arrived in Valencia, Vincente met us at the airport even though it was midnight. The following morning, I dropped my tablet and the screen shattered. What to do...I called Vincente for advise. He insisted, picking up the tablet for repair and returned the tablet later in the evening, advising me that the tablet could not be repaired in Spain. We tried to pay him for the ride from the airport and for his service and time with the repair of the tablet, he refused. By far Vincente's hospitality was awesome, making us feel like family rather than people renting his apartment. The apartment was extremely clean, very well apointed and a great location. I can tell you this is the very best place for you to enjoy your Valencia holiday Vincente, thank you for such a memorable time.

Awesome location in the old Town but still silent environment

The landlord is amazing. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations or public transportation. The flat has everything you can imagine (makup towels,tabs for washing Maschine/dishwasher, sun umbrella....). The only thing missing is a scale for luggage because there are sooo many nice things to bring home 😊. At night it is very silent it is even possible to sleep with open windows. Thank you very much for our lovely week in your apartment.

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt im Stadtzentrum / Herzen von Valencia und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Markt ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch die Innenstadt folgend nicht viel weiter. Die Wohnung war super sauber und perfekt eingerichtet. Außerdem war alles super sauber und man hat sich sehr heimisch und wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Anbieter ist wirklich super, war Vor und WĂ€hrend der Reise immer erreichbar und hatte super Tipps fĂŒr eine schöne Zeit parat! Vielen Dank fĂŒr diesen Tollen Service!

HĂŒbsch, gemĂŒtlich, zentral gelegen

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt zentral, diverse SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, eine BĂ€ckerei und SupermĂ€rkte sowie viele nette Restaurants und Bars sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen, und der nahe gelegene Turia-Park bietet tolle Jogging-Möglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig, sehr sauber, hĂŒbsch und sehr gut ausgestattet - bis hin zum Hacken-Porsche und zum Sonnenschirm. Der Vermieter Vicente ist ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit, hat uns pĂŒnktlich erwartet, uns zahlreiche Tipps gegeben und sich wĂ€hrend unseres Aufenthaltes mehrfach erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Als Krönung hat er uns am Abreisetag um 5 Uhr morgens zum Flughafen gefahren! Ich kann diese Wohnung ohne Abstriche fĂŒr eine StĂ€dtereise empfehlen.

Perfect location, central and still calm, and very bright owner

The flat is perfectly located to explore Valencia, very central and still quiet. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (really nothing missing), a bedroom and a bathroom, all very nicely furnished so that one can really feel being at home. The owner is very polite and obliging. He not only gave us very valuable tips where to go for sightseeing, which metro and bus lines to use and which restaurants serve good meals at very reasonable prices, he also had the fridge fed with butter, marmalade, milk, all sorts of soft drinks, beer, a bottle of wine, chocolate, and provided a full loaf of bread, olives, chips, spaghetti, tomato sauce, olives etc. so that we did not need to buy any food. He was very attentive and responsive, we just can say a big THANK YOU to Vicente: You made our stay in Valencia a perfect holiday! When we will come next to Valencia we will certainly ask you if your flat is free.

Hi, friends! My name is Vicente and I was born in Valencia in 1966. I'm married with two kids. I'm very fond of classical music and -specially- of classic and flamenco guitar, of classic cinema, photography and jazz, and I'm running a beautiful jewelry with my family (www.joyeriabiendicho.com). I'm delighted with my new 'job' renting this apartment.That allows me to meet very diferent and lovely people from all over the world, making it a very enriching experience.
