Haus mit privaten Garten. Komplett renoviert und entspannende Umgebung. Die Besitzer sind nicht vorhanden, aber sie sind verfügbar Hilfe / Beratung auf Wunsch zu geben. Blick auf die Alpen und den Hügeln des Monferrato.
Haus sehr hell ist. Möbliert Garten in Frieden und in Kontakt mit der Natur zu entspannen. Gut ausgestattete Küche für diejenigen, die Kochen lieben.

Excellent accommodations and services nearby

Well appointed property. We were 3 adults and a dog and the house was large enough and comfortable.The town of Cocconato has restaurants and grocery store all walking distance from house. A good base for visiting all the major towns/villages of Piedmont. Excellent communication with host.

Superb property in a lovely village

We loved staying at Karen’s place. We’ve been 4 adults and our two dogs. It was perfectly located to do trips of any kind and we also loved to stay in the private garden. Cocconato and its citizens are lovely, too. Karen, your host, is a super friendly and supportive lady.

Highley recommended, you will have a great time!

Loveley location, with a great view on the hills and with Cocconato nearby (walking distance). A loveley village good for shopping and with great restaurants for a drink or dinner. Karen and Ugo are loveley host and make you feel at home. We had a great time.

A wonderful place

Another excellent stay, having decided to return after really enjoying our week here last year. The view from the house and garden is breathtaking: a perfect location in which to enjoy the lovely scenery all around. There is so much to see in the area, both locally and further afield. Karen is a fantastic host: knows everything about the area, available to answer any question, nothing is too much trouble. We can fully recommend Ca' Ginota for a wonderful holiday.

Fabulous view

Karen was a very friendly host and had lots of very helpful recommendations for us. The house is perfectly located with a fabulous view. You can see the hilly landscape and the impressive alps behind. Also it is only a few minutes walk into town. Cocconato is a lovely place with bars, really good restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay very much and can highly recommend this place and Karen as a very caring host.

One week in September

We had a lovely week in Cocconato. Especially as there were local festivities the weekend we arrived. The house was terrific and with a view which we will remember for a long time. We had a wonderful week at Cà Ginota in Cocconato. We were very well welcomed by Helen and Ugo and the house is even better than the pictures suggest. A real bonus! Cocconato is a small vibrant village a footstep away from the house. A coffee, a pizza or some groceries, all within a 5 minute walk. Super! Pretty sure we'll come back.

A perfect holiday at Ca' Ginota

The house has all the facilities one needs to enjoy a stay here, but the outstanding feature for us was the beautiful view from the house and garden which we never ceased to be amazed by. The garden is also very pleasant to sit and relax in and, as it is fully enclosed, our dog really enjoyed the freedom to wander around it. The location of the house, within easy walking distance of the village of Cocconato, is excellent. It well deserves its designation as one of 'i piu belli borghi d'italia'. It was definitely our favourite village, but you can choose to visit any of the many hill-top villages in the area and find lovely churches, narrow cobbled streets, lots of character and scenic views. We also really enjoyed our visits to the towns of Asti and Casale di Monferrato, both of which have many sights worth going to. From first booking through to our departure, the owner was really helpful, providing us with so much useful information. In summary, we found Ca' Ginota an excellent property and we would thoroughly recommend it for a holiday stay.

A place to unwind

The location of this house is just perfect. It is far enough from the center of the village to be quite, but it is not too far to buy buns in the morning. Cocconato itself is a beautiful village that, unlike other villages in the area, is full of life and you can get everything you need for your stay. There is a market in Cocconato on Thursday and on Saturday. The location of Cocconato is exceptional. It is located on a hill and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. The same view is offered from the living room of the house and the garden. We particularly enjoyed the garden in the morning, when it was still cool. Having a relaxed breakfast with that view is just great. We enjoyed this peaceful time every single day. As we stayed there in August, it became quite hot in the afternoon, so that we hardly used the garden in the afternoon as it is directed towards the south. The house itself is clean and fully equipped. Since we like to cook when we have enough time to do so, we enjoyed the kitchen, which offers all possibilites. The house is equipped with an air condition, which is a bit noisy, but is essential when it is really hot ouside. The windows are equipped with moscito screens, which is very important as you can leave the windows open over night. There are not too many sightseeing spots in the immediate vicinity, which prompted us to visit Torino several times. Karen is a very caring and helpful host. Communication with her was no problem at all.

Unglaublich erholsam mit Fernblick

Das Haus liegt ruhig am Ortsrand mit uneinsichtigem Garten. Die Einrichtung ist freundlich und es fehlt an nichts, insbesondere ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, was keine Selbstverständlichkeit ist. Der Ausblick aus dem Panoramafenster ist atemberaubend und mit einem Bild nur unzureichend wiederzugeben. Ich konnte viele Naturbeobachtungen vom Fenster aus machen; ein Mal kam sogar ein Steinadler in unmittelbare Nähe. Es ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt zu Besichtigungen im Piemont. Karen ist eine ausgesprochen freundliche, hilfreiche und diskrete Gastgeberin, die den Aufenthalt perfekt macht. Jederzeit wieder!

Gemütliche und komfortable Wohnung mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt auch in der Küche an nichts, falls man sich auch mal selbst versorgen möchte. Das Highlight ist der Erker mit großen Fenstern und wirklich traumhafter Sicht über die Hügel und Weinberge. Man kann dort herrlich verweilen und den Ausblick genießen. Es sieht in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Auch der Garten ist herrlich zum sitzen. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, was für unseren Hund sehr vorteilhaft war. Man ist ungestört und für sich. Die Vermieterin Karen ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer mal wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist ,wie es uns geht und hatte viele Tipps für Ausflüge. Auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank für alles! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir möchten auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Erholung pur!

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt perfekt! Ruhig und mit fantastischer Aussicht. Der kleine Ort bietet alles, was man braucht in kürzester Distanz. Die Gastgeberin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurzum: Hier fehlt es an nichts.

Traumurlaub

Das Haus ist in natura noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Vor den Fenstern sind Moskitonetze angebracht, so können nachts die Fenster offen bleiben und man spürt angenehm die kühlere Nachtluft. Der Wohnraum verfügte zusätzlich über eine Klimaanlage. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und man ist in wenigen Gehminuten im Dorfzentrum. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, ist mit allem ausgestattet (auch Stabmixer) und verfügt über scharfe Messer. Karen und ihre Tochter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und Karen erkundigte sich ob bei uns alles in Ordnung ist. Karen ist eine tolle Vermieterin. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Cocconato!

Das Haus ist hat eine schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Die Ausstattung vollkommen ausreichend und funktional. Man kann mit dem Auto auf dem Grundstück parken, es ist sicher umzäunt und somit auch ideal für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Gut gefallen hat uns das kleine Willkommensgeschenk und dass weitere Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher für die zweite Woche des Aufenthalts bereitgestellt wurden. Auch mussten wir uns nicht um den Müll kümmern. Karen wartete am ersten Tag an der Wohnung auf uns, wir hatten das Gefühl, dass wir und unser Hund sehr willkommen waren. Auch danach war sie bei Fragen oder Problemen (nicht nur die Wohnung betreffend) unkompliziert und sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, einzig die Küche hatte etwas "Luft nach oben" - was wohl daran liegt, dass es der einzige Bereich des Hauses war der vom Mieter endgereinigt werden musste. Cocconato hat einen Supermarkt, eine Metzgerei, ein Käsegeschäft, einen Bäcker, eine Bank, eine Tankstelle, zwei Weinhändler und mehrere Restaurants - die alle hervorragendes Essen anbieten. Wer viel im Piemont unterwegs sein möchte sollte allerdings bedenken, dass auch vermeintlich kurze Autostrecken lange dauern können. Superschönes Ferienhaus, werden wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

We are pleased that you all had a good holiday. The Monferrato area is unspoiled, hence the often narrow and winding roads which add to its character but can be slow to drive along! We will keep our eyes open on the kitchen area, thanks for pointing it out. Thank you also for underlining the garden which is ideal for children and pets, as well as for sunbathing in privacy!

Wunderbarer Ausblick

Schon mehrfach haben wir Frankreich besucht. Mit den Unterkünften waren wir zufrieden. Dieses Haus ist dabei ganz oben anzusiedeln. Die Ausstattung sehr umfangreich. Es fehlt nichts. Der wunderbare Ausblick aus dem Wohnraum, entschädigt für die lange Anreise. Als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen ideal. Turin ca. 30 km, Sacre St. Michel, Bardolino – Gebiete, etc. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. An dieser Stelle nochmals Danke an die Gastgeber. Wenn 10 Sterne zu vergeben wären, würden wir diese geben. Wir können dieses Haus, die freundlichen Vermieter eingeschlossen, sehr empfehlen.
