The photos of this apartment donât really do justice to the sizeâŠ. Itâs much bigger than we expected. The kitchen is small and not really geared towards cooking big meals but this is pretty normal for ski apartments weâve stayed in before. We took pre-prepared meals and there is plenty of fridge space to store these and the a full size hob and oven to heat them. The living space is perfect for 6 people to lounge about in comfort in the evenings. There are plenty of comfortable beds tucked away on the mezzanine and small rooms in the eaves. Pierre was always on hand to answer any questions we had. The Canal subscription on the TV means you have access to hundreds of films and tv shows. The heated, covered parking was a godsend for the week we stayedâŠ. Biggest snowfall in 50 years left many people digging cars out for hours. Nowhere is perfect⊠the apartment doesnât have an oven tray for chips (which the kids had a hankering for one evening!) and itâs clear you are staying in Pierreâs longstanding family home which is filled with an odd assortment of crockery and random things tucked in cupboards and drawers! We loved this place, the location is almost ski in - ski out (across the road). If we came back to AdH in winter or summer, Iâd book here again in a heartbeat.
