This stunning, custom-designed, luxury vacation home is located on the Sturgeon Bay channel, just steps from Lake Michigan and the Bay of Green Bay. Port Haven South sleeps 18 with 5 bedrooms including 1 king, 5 queen, 2 twin beds and a pull-out futon. The chef's kitchen, spacious living room and 10-person dining table look out to the channel with stunning sunset views. 3500+ sf of living space that has been meticulously designed with families, groups and friend gatherings in mind.

A Private 160 ft dock is available with boat launch pad on site! Guests may bring their vessels to launch, or pontoon rentals are available by contacting your host. The location on the channel gives you quick access to Lake Michigan and the Bay of Green Bay.

When you arrive:
Guests will be greeted by Premier Host Bill or if preferred to have a contactless check-in and will have access to the finished two car garage. Parking for up to 6 cars is available. with extra parking on out lot .

The Space:
Port Haven South has many amenities to please! A large fireplace graces the open concept living area, where there are comfortable arrangements to relax in front of a cozy fire. The large professional chef's kitchen has everything your group will need to prepare meals during your stay, including a coffee station with drip or Keurig, gas stove, cookware, glassware and more! There is a large dining table which has seating for 10 and a 12-foot kitchen island with plenty of seating for gathering and meals. A large patio off the dining room is perfect for relaxing while enjoying a majestic sunset over the Sturgeon Bay channel.

The main level has the master bedroom with a king bed and luxury spa bathroom. The living room provides spacious seating with two couches and two recliners. The kitchen/dining room and laundry room with brand new high-capacity front load washer and dryer are also located on the main floor.

The upper level provides 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each and 1 bonus room with 3 queen beds. A large bathroom with tub and shower provides a relaxing oasis after a long day.

The lower level features a gathering place paradise, including a large 65" UHD 4K TV, bar, pool table, Foos' ball table and more! Two twin beds and pull-out futon are located on the lower level as well as a luxury bathroom with walk in shower.

Supplies:
At Port Haven, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. If you run out, please let the host know. We provide:

dish soap and dishwasher tabs
antibacterial hand soap / bars of soap
laundry pods
toilet paper
garbage bags
paper towel
bath towels (beach towels not provided)
coffee filters
gas grill and a charcoal grill for your use during your stay. Charcoal is not provided.


The Neighborhood:
Port Haven South is centrally located within Door County on the waterfront of the Surgeon Bay Channel. It is just minutes from all the Peninsula has to offer.


Wi-Fi and Televisions:
We offer free high speed Wi-Fi internet access for all guests. The 400 Mbps Wi-Fi supports fast streaming and internet throughout the house, so all guests can remain connected without any internet or streaming disruptions.

Smart Televisions are provided for guest viewing. 55" 4k UHD TVs are located in the main living area. A 65" 4k UHD TV is located in the lower-level living area. Guests are welcome to login to their own streaming services during their stay (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+).
