Diese neue und moderne Villa befindet sich in bester Lage, um Ihren Urlaub zu verbringen. Es liegt 150 m vom Strand von Torreblanca und nur wenige Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist und Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt nicht unbedingt ein Auto benötigen.

Die Villa ist brandneu und wurde in einem offenen Stil mit hellen Räumen voller Licht renoviert. Die Aufteilung ist praktisch und komfortabel und gliedert sich in drei Bereiche. Die Hauptzone ist die voll ausgestattete Küche und der Essbereich, in dem bis zu zehn Personen Platz finden. Hier finden Sie auch den Fernseher und den Sitzbereich. Alle sind hell und bieten einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer des Swimmingpools, sodass Sie das Gefühl haben, im Urlaub zu sein.

Auf der rechten Seite der Villa befindet sich ein Doppelzimmer mit Bad und Blick auf den Pool und das Meer. Auf dieser Seite des Hauses gibt es ein komplettes Badezimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbetten für 3 Personen, ideal für Kinder.

Auf der anderen Seite haben Sie zwei Doppelzimmer, eines mit eigenem Schlafzimmer und ein separates Badezimmer.

Diese Villa ist ideal für Familien, die zusammen Urlaub machen und ihren eigenen Raum haben möchten.

We had the best stay last week. The villa and the pool were incredible. Nati the host was also a pleasure to deal with. Everything was as described and the transport links were excellent. Torreblanca train Station is just two stops to Fuengirola. Overall its one on the best weeks we've had as a family of 6. I 100% recommend staying here you will not be disappointed.

Lovely villa, clean and spacious, great for groups of friends or family with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Also with a well supplied kitchen. The host very kindly left some complimentary groceries which really helped when we arrived. The host was easily contactable anytime and responded very quickly. Great location, with a 10 minute downhill walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.

We have just returned from a fantastic week here. Nati was the most helpful, communicative and responsive host; she went above and beyond to make our stay brilliant. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. It is so well designed and accommodates six adults and three children easily. There are four bathrooms and an excellent open plan living area. The pool was perfect for both children and adults. The terrace area and BBQ were an added bonus. The location is brilliant; just two minutes walk (if that) to numerous bars, restaurants and an excellent beach. There are also several supermarkets nearby. Thank you for such a lovely stay- we will definitely be back next year!

We had a fantastic two-week stay at this beautiful villa in Torreblanca. Our party of seven ranged in age from 10 to 77, and the villa was absolutely perfect for everyone.With four spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, there was plenty of room for us all. The villa is beautifully presented and maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Cleanliness was outstanding, and it was clear that a great deal of care and attention goes into the maintenance of the property and its internal finishThe location is excellent too – only around 150 metres from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the seafront while still having the comfort and privacy of the villa. For those with difficulty walking a taxi is only 5 euros to the sea front and easily booked .A special mention has to go to Nati, who was the perfect host. She was welcoming, helpful and attentive throughout our stay and made sure everything was just right for us.We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place for a family holiday. Beautiful accommodation, excellent facilities, fantastic location and a wonderful host.We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to families or groups of all ages. A definite 5-star stay!

Good overall family stay. A couple of issues noted on arrival, but Natalia responded immediately to sort. She was exceptionally helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. The villa was great for our group of 8 adults. The only thing that would have made it perfect was a queen bed instead of bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. The location was really great next to the Torreblanca train station and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was very good. We would stay there again.

Just a great place with excellent location

Very nice and modern villa with a great location. Just 2 min walk from great beach, cafe's and restaurants. And if you want to travel for example to Fuengirola or east, just walk 1 min to railway station. I can highly recommend this for families or friends groups. And a bonus, walking distance to the big padel centre... :)

We lived the villa, it's perfect for large groups/family holidays. Much nicer than the photos. Shops close by, easy to travel around the area. Pool was lovely, we chose to heat it and did not regret our choice as we used it constantly. Nati was easy to communicate with and everything was easy. Lovely Villa and really helpful and friendly owner

Spent a few days their with some friends and had a great time. The villa is really nice and has everything that you would need. Really nice owner who couldnt be more helpful. The location is just next to a railway line but the trains are not really noticeable and did not detract from our enjoyment of the villa. Ideally situated for the beach and also all the town facilities. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

Perfect family holiday

We are a family of 9 - 2 grandparents - 4 parents - 3 children - and the villa was absolutely perfect. We all had our own space and we could keep an eye on the kids in the pool at all times. The kid’s especially loved the pool and made full use of it. Communications were great. The location is perfect - adjacent to the train line and 5 minutes walk to as many bars and restaurants you need. Highly recommended

Excellent in all areas, i haven't got one fault with the Villa, apart from I wish I had booked 2 weeks instead of 1.Nati was available via whats app, checking in with us, as to how we were and for any questions I had and was so helpful when I had to change the times of our pick up to the airport, and when we had an issue with the filter on the pool and was remedied within hours.(Issue was due to our suncreams and derergents from our swimwear which caused pool to go cloudy). The pool was excellent and a good size with varying depths for all 8 of us Adults who all love the pool.The amenities within the villa were excellent and everything you could possibly want was there, and had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on whilst on holidays.I will definitely be booking again.

Great Property

We (group of 9) have stayed at this property before so we knew how great it was and how handy the location was from the airport and to the beach. Nati was a great host keeping in touch before our arrival and providing recommendations of places to eat etc while we were there. The villa is exactly as described and we also chose to pay to heat the pool which made a big difference since our last visit and was brilliant. Some small issues with the property ie a broken air con unit were advised to us on arrival but they didnt impact the enjoyment of the stay and I would definitely recommend to others.
