I am really sorry to read this review... At your arrival, i spoke you about the history, and i give you the best suggestions. You have booked the same day a wine tour, where your daughter ate something that made her so sick, so next morning at 08.00 you called me to ask for a pharmacy and for a dr. I suppose that you ate all the same things... This inconvenience destroyed all your days in Oia, and in ifestio villas, so that everything was negative for you. I asked you many times if you need something, if you want suggestions to go to the best/safe restaurants and visits, you always said no. You were closed in the villa almost all 3 days, and when you were leaving, i came to say goodbye, and the yang couple said me that everything was perfect and that they had a wonderful time. Even your daughter said thank you for everything. You and your wife were always negative. We put always bottles of water in the villas, i told you that the water was good to cook, to make coffee, even to dring, cause in Oia we have the most modern unit of desalination. Here the locals drink only this water. Nobody had problem !! About the cleaning, i told you, that my excellent housekeeper was pregnant, and in the middle of the season i founded another housekeeper that later i see that was not so good, you have right. After a week she left cause i called my super-excellent housekeeper from Athens so villas are again shining. I told you all of them, and i asked sorry... Unfortunatelly even if it is rare for summer time, we had a strong south wind that days, that brings dust and leeves everywhere...it is something that depends of the weather, not from us ... As about the hot water in the sink of the kitchen, the button of the heating was under the sink . I use to tell it to my guests. Thank God i have more than 300 reviews that everybody speaks about the excellent service and the very clean villas, so you are only one. So people can understand.. No problem. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to answer ! Thousands of guests loves me, and all, except these people are so happy to stay in ifestio villas ! If guests are as these guests, i do not want them in my villas. They think that we are slaves, they are always demanded maybe because they believe that we are of the lower "casta". Please if you are people like them, do not come !!! I did my best for them, everything they need, i organize everything they want, but they destroyed my villa, they never respect...OMG !!
