Diese Glocke 'Wohnung befindet sich in einer Oase des Friedens und der Ruhe gelegen, trotz Wurf vom historischen Zentrum und in der Nähe der Viertel Trastevere mit seiner Folklore und sein Nachtleben einen Stein zu sein.
E ‚besteht aus einer‘ großen, voll ausgestatteten Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Herd mit 4 Kochplatten, Backofen mit Grill, Waschmaschine, Toaster), ein Wohnzimmer mit Fernsehern extraflache Wand und Schlafsofa für zwei Personen, zwei Schlafzimmer : eines mit einem Doppelbett, das andere mit Doppelbett und Stockbetten. Zwei Bäder, eines mit Dusche und zwei Waschbecken, das andere mit Badewanne mit Dusche. Klimaanlage (nicht im Mietpreis enthalten: 6 Euro / Tag), WLAN-Internet keine Grenzen. Auf Wunsch können wir (kostenlos) ein Babybett mit Schienen bieten.
Der Preis beinhaltet: Zentralheizung, Stromverbrauch, Check-in und Anfangs- und Endreinigung.
- Bettwäsche ist nicht inbegriffen, können Sie es bringen Sie, oder wir können es uns zur Verfügung stellen. In diesem zweiten Fall ist der Preis: Bettwäsche und Kissenbezüge + Paar Handtücher (Badetuch + Gesichtstuch) 6 Euro pro Person.
- Die Kurtaxe beträgt 3,5 Euro pro Tag pro Person (nur für die über 10 Jahre).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Untergeschoss (aber nach Süden, so sehr hell) in einer Villa aus dem frühen '900 in einer kleinen Straße ganz aus Villen mit jeweils eigenem Garten zusammen. Die Stille und Ruhe sind daher versichert.
Zur gleichen Zeit ist das Gebiet sehr zentral gelegen und die Wohnung ist sehr bequem und gut verbunden. Die Fenster mit Blick auf den Garten, in dem es gibt auch einen Platz für Gäste mit Tisch reserviert und Stühlen zum Essen im Freien (ein sehr nettes Feature zu entspannen, wenn Sie im Urlaub sind). Die Wohnung wurde gerade renoviert (2016), so dass alle Einrichtungen und Einrichtung sind neu. Auf Anfrage ist es möglich, einen Parkplatz (geschlossen mit elektrischem Tor) zu reservieren. Die Parkplätze sind begrenzt, für ihre Nutzung bitten wir um einen Beitrag von 5 Euro pro Tag. Die Bettwäsche ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen, Sie können es zu uns bringen, oder wir können es zur Verfügung stellen. In diesem zweiten Fall sind die Preise:

Great location in the heart of Rome.

We enjoyed our small stay. 10 minute walk to the metro. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Safe and secure home in quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is the somewhat complicated checkin process.

Was met at check in and had all questions answered. Did inquire about the listing stating it was 6 min from Colosseum by vehicle which really was 18 min and not walkable. The neighborhood had a great grocery store next to a very nice cafe. Several blocks away were bus stops to quickly get you to anywhere in Rome. Although originally slightly disappointed with location it is actually a nice clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Look at fine print - if you want too use AC it is an additional 10E daily.

Not super happy with this place Charged extra for air conditioning 2nd bathroom a joke, only a small child could fit in the shower. Check in was difficult as Ms. Luna had to travel across town to let us in. An automated system would have been much easier with written instructions inside. Very high tourist tax. Lot’s of loud upstairs noise well into the early morning hours.

Incredible Vacation in an Incredible Apartment

My family (wife and 4 sons - 3 young adults and 1 9 year old) stayed in this apartment in the Trastavere area of Rome. We stayed in Danila's beautiful apartment that was roomy, clean, and well maintained. All 6 of us fit comfortably in this apartment that was even better than the description provided. It was roomy, had linens/towels, comfortable beds, and the kitchen was well stocked - we had breakfast there most mornings. There is a supermarket about 400m up of the road. Danila, Mirella, and Ada were all very helpful and prompt in their responses to me - they thought of everything with an email that described transportation, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, ATM, and more. When we arrived, Ada was already there even thought our flight was delayed 3 hours that morning. As for activities, we thought the location was perfect. The Trastavere train station is a 5 -10 minute walk, the N. 3 and 8 Trams are only 5 minutes and will take you to almost anywhere you want to go or at least close to a Metro that will. We frequently took the No. 3 and were dropped off at the Colloseum and would walk or take the Metro. The N. 8 will take you across the river and drop you off 5 minutes from the Pantheon which is close to Piazza Navona. One thing to keep in mind, while the N. 8 train runs late, the N. 3 stops running at 10pm --- which we found out the hard way. Fortunately, there is a taxi stand 50m from the Colloseum stop or the N. 75 bus stop is around the corner by the Metro, both will take you back to Trastavere. We took a taxi which was only 12E. On the few days where we didn't get up early to see the city, we found things to do locally that are very nice. In just 5 minutes you can be at the Tiber River, and can go for a run on a nice running path that goes along the side of the river. The Villa Doria Pamphili (largest park in Rome) is less than a mile away, so we ran there and played soccer on a soccer filed that we found nearby. You can also just walk around Trastavere. Most of the time we spent sightseeing in Rome with the traditional attractions and going on a couple of day trips to Pompei and Firenze (both highly recommended). We took the high speed trains out of the Termini train station and it was great. Overall, this was an incredible trip and our apartment was the perfect place to come back to at the end of a long day where we could take a hot shower (2 of them), plan for the next day, and sleep in the comfortable bed. Perfect!

Apartment zu einem gutem Preis.

Die Wohnung ist schön. Guter Kontakt mit dem Mieter bei der Buchung. Am Tag der Ankunft ging die Dame nicht ans Telefon oder antwortete, was stressig war. Die im Angebot enthaltenen Fotos sind veraltet. Die Möbel in der Küche sind abgenutzt. Das Wohnzimmer sieht tatsächlich viel schlimmer aus. Das Badezimmer erfordert ein Minimum an Auffrischung – Reparaturen am Strom- und Abwassersystem. Die Handtücher im Badezimmer waren sauber, aber sehr alt. Die Gartenmöbel waren nicht sauber und der Garten war etwas ungepflegt.

Gut gelegen um Rom zu erkunden

Souterrain Wohnung mit schöner Terrasse davor. Küche gut ausgestattet, hätten uns nur mehr über einen Geschirrspüler als über eine Waschmaschine in der Küche gefreut. Wir waren zu 7 in der Wohnung. Bäder waren okay, eine Dusche war etwas eng, eher für schmale Gäste. Leider gab es weinig Möglichkeiten Handtücher im Bad auf zu hängen. Der Supermarkt in 5 min Entfernung hatte alles was man brauchte. Bahnhof Trastevere 10 min entfernt. Ruhig war es in der Nacht. Netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Ihrer Assistentin vor Ort. Unserer Romreise war ein toller Trip!

L'appartamento è ben arredato, adatto a una famiglia con bambini. Ci sono due punti negativi però. Il primo: c'è una sola finestra nella camera da letto principale, che dà nell'esterno ribassato, le altre camere sono buie. Ciò non viene comunicato nell'annuncio, quindi uno si trova di fronte a una brutta sorpresa. Il secondo punto sono i costi in più, scritti in piccolo (biancheria a pagamento) o assenti (check in maggiorato). Il sito fornisce una comunicazione ingannevole.

points negatifs:appartement très sombre sauf si tout est allumé - manque de vaisselle et de plats de cuisson -pas de micro-ondes pourtant indiqué dans l'annonce... -canapé vieillot avec couchage usé et absolument pas confortable -chambre du fond exigüe,non lumineuse -la seconde douche est minuscule! -dans la "seconde chambre" impossible de dormir,on entend le moindre bruit que font les occupants de l'autre appartement. -seul point positif:la localisation de l'appartement près du tramway pour se rendre en ville.Petit détail d'importance: beaucoup de moustiques dû à l'arrosage quotidien.

Airless basement appartment with a lot of mosquitoes

Rome is expensive, but in this basement apartment you have to take into account extra costs for the necessary air conditioning in the summer months and parking inside the walls. We had chosen this apartment because of the possibility to sit in the garden. That wasn't possible, unfortunately: we were stung incessantly by the frequent amount of mosquitoes. The garden was green, because it was irrigated every day, but the water went to a stationary water, where the mosquitoes could fully reproduce. The air conditioning is good to keep in this fairly airless basement apartment. We then noticed the extractor was not working. According to the male steward, he was probably "broken." But we saw it wasn't installed at all! The noise of the apartment was another disadvantage. With the adjacent basement apartment, the conversations could be heard literally. Children running on the higher floors are also disturbingly audible. The double bed is good, the other beds are less good. The access via public transport to the center is best via tram line 8. Two supermarkets are close by. All in all, we would not choose this apartment for a second time.

We enjoyed our stay at rome. Ir was a very nice appartement and it is good situated, only a few steps from the tram and near to the old town.

Could have been better and more welcoming.

Could have been better. I stayed at three different locations and this was the priciest and the least impressive. We had to pay for the sheets and towels and the tourist rate was higher than required by law. The couch was very old and we used bed covers to cover it because it felt very dirty. It was close to the Tram which brings you to many attractions which was good and the basement villa was enclosed and had a nice patio.

I'm sorry to know that these guests have not been completely satisfied, we always do our best for our guests, but we respect everyone's opinion. I would just like to clarify two points: by first the one concerning linen and towels. We try to offer the best conditions to our guests, so, we prefer to offer a lower rental-price. Than they’ll can decide if to pay something more (anyway, just the price of the laundry) or to bring linen and towels from their home. We decided to do it to permit to our guests to save some money and, anyway it specified in the description of the apartment ON THE ADVERTISING so, they know it BEFORE to book the apartment. The second point is the one concerning the tourist tax: Tourist tax is a contribution that the Municipality of Rome asks to all tourists. You have to pay for it whether you go to a holiday home, in a bed and breakfast or a hotel. Anyway, it is not always the same, it is different from a kind of accomodation to another (I mean: hotel, B&B, apartment...) we ask exactly the price we must pay to the Municipality of Rome as "house for holiday": 3,5 euro/day per persn. Everybody can check on the internet by typing "tourist accomodation tax rome" on the web site "Roma Capitale".

Bella Casa, in una posizione strategica vicino ai mezzi e alla stazione e con tutti i comfort

Abbiamo trascorso un week-end con i nostri figli e i nostri cagnolini in questa bella casa...comoda pulita e con tutti i comfort. Inoltre la sua posizione vicino alla stazione ti permette in 5 minuti di essere in piazza S.Pietro e col tram in 15 minuti si é già in centro. La gentilezza poi della signora Mirela ci ha davvero soddisfatto. Sicuramente ci torneremo appena ci sarà possibile!

A few touch ups and would be perfect

I rented this apartment over Thanksgiving weekend 2017 for eight of us with four children. Location is great ....it is very residental. The house ed comfort able for eight and included all The necessities. I would have liked a few guidelines like how to lower The heat. It was hot in There. The sofa bed and The full Size bed were quite beaten down. We slept fine but more for exhaustion than comfort.

Beautiful property and location

Everybody was very nice and helpful during our stay, if I had anything critical things it would be the air flow within the apartment was lacking and the French bed was very creeky made lots of noise when moving on it. The construction would have been nice to know it was going on before booking. However it was a great price and location.

I can not always meet my guests in person (I divide my time between Rome and Tuscany, where we have a farm), but I personally answer to their questions, take care of their request and organize their sojourn. I’m glad when people decide to spend their vacation in our beautiful country, that I love so much, and I try to help them making the best of it!

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This villa has belonged to our family from a long time. This is a part of Rome where still live the "Romans", a beautiful residential area, quiet and 'true". In 2016 we completely renovated the villa and we have obtained this independent apartment where our guests can enjoy a holiday in the green and quiet a few steps from animation and folklore of Trastevere. It is designed and furnished like a real home, with all the amenities and with all the comfort our guests can need.

Das macht diese Unterkunft einzigartig

Rome is among the most beautiful cities in the world (I would say the most beautiful, but it is my home, so I am a little partial!!).
However, it is a large city, with millions of people and, like every large city, it has its problems; noise traffic and pollution are unfortunately a major issue, and you have to be a little careful with your purse, in some areas.
Our district, however, is completely different, and that is why we love it so much. It lays on a small hill, close to the center, but, being exclusively a residential area, mainly made of detached houses, it is noise and pollution free, and it is very safe. When you get here it feels like you stepped in a village inside the city. We all know our neighbors here and stroll around in perfect safety night and day. It is also a very green area, there are two beautiful parks and many houses have their garden, so in spring you can hear the birds twitting and, when the trees are in blossom, a wonderful smell of flowers fills the air.
