The kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy and access to the balcony with charcoal barbecue. The lounge has plenty of seating with 2 settees while in the dining area there is seating for 4. There is a balcony off the lounge, the kitchen and the master bedroom with patio table and chairs with pool view. The swimming pool is totally private for the residents and guests. There are restaurant, supermarket and bars just 5 minutes walking.

Application of the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax):

Guests who fall ill during their stay or are subject to a physical impediment, requiring inpatient medical care, as well as in cases of force nature, natural disasters, or other similar situations.

Tax Amount:

From 1st April to 31st October, the municipal tourist tax is €2.00 per person, per night.

From 1st November to 31st March, the base amount of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) is €1.00 per person, per night.

The tax applies for a maximum of 5 nights per person.
The payment of the municipal tourist tax (City Tax) by the guest will be made at the check in.
