Neap Tide ist eine geräumige, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern auf der Westseite von Looe mit eigenem Parkplatz und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hafen von Looe, der Altstadt, Restaurants und Stränden entfernt.

Dieses Apartment mit Blick auf die alten Wälder von Kilminorth Woods und den West Looe River bietet alles, was Sie für Ihren Aufenthalt in Cornwall benötigen. Nur eine halbe Stunde von Plymouth und mit Fowey und Charlestown (berühmt aus Poldark) in der Nähe des Eden-Projekts sind nur 45 Minuten entfernt.

Es gibt 34 Stufen vom Parkplatz zur Unterkunft und weitere Stufen, die Sie zur Straße führen, auf der sich die Unterkunft befindet.

Die Wohnung verfügt über Wi-Fi, TV, DVD & Chrome Cast. Stilvoll eingerichtet mit 3 x 2-Sitzer Ledersofas. Offen geschnitten mit einem Esstisch aus Eichenholz für 6 Personen.

We had a wonderful stay at Neap Tide in Looe, Cornwall. It’s a lovely three-bedroom flat, beautifully decorated with a charming beach theme. The apartment is cozy, bright and welcoming, with large windows offering a lovely view of the river.The beds were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms, both with bathtubs, was a real bonus. The kitchen has basic cooking facilities with a good selection of pots and pans, which was perfect for preparing simple meals. We also loved the outdoor seating area — a lovely spot to sit and relax.The location is excellent, with the beach and Looe town centre both within easy walking distance. Having a dedicated car parking space was another big advantage.Overall, a beautiful, comfortable and well-located flat that made our stay in Looe very enjoyable. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a lovely place to stay in Looe!

Neap Tide is an attractive, spacious and well equipped apartment and we appreciated very much the outside garden spaces. We discovered the lane below leading to the riverside and the short walk to Looe town centre. The nearby nature reserve woodland is beautiful and very accessible. Another bonus was seeing the young owls in the wood below the apartment. Great swimming down at Looe beach.

Lovely property sleeps 6 adults perfectly all that you need. Not for the elderly, infirm or young babies. 2 little tiny niggles no toilet roll on arrival & no black bin bags to put our towels in, so sorry dirty towels were left in the bath. But excellent for our needs thank you

Whilst the property itself was lovely, there were a few issues that coloured the stay for me. We thought that the outside area could benefit from some attention, as some of the hand rails were a little loose and could do with a lick of paint, also the patio furniture whilst usable had signs of rust.The only issue we had with the apartment itself was the kitchen bin, which was way too small for five people, and it seemed like we were constantly topping up the outside bins.My main gripe was the parking space, which was difficult to get into when there were cars parked both sides of the allocated spot, so quite often I ended up parking further down the lane. One part of the lane is quite badly rutted, and I would imagine a car with poor ground clearance might struggle to drive it.

Beautiful location, lovely hosts. A few details fell short. There was a mold problem in the master suite which needs addressed. Some plumbing fixtures were missing in the second bathroom. The decking outside needed attention (rotten in places) and the undercarriage of the car was damaged to the point of needing a mechanic using the lane where the parking is accessed. There are not enough hand rails for the stairs. The laundry has no dryer and everything takes forever to dry. Take toilet paper- there was none at the location after we arrived off a 20 hour journey.

Relaxing stay

Had a lovely week at Neap Tide, owners made our stay very comfortable it was like a home from home. Everything has been thought of to make your holiday relaxing from the minute you walk through the door. Just a short pleasant walk into Looe, highly recommend Daisy's cafe for a proper cooked breakfast. I would recommend this accommodation and I would stay here again if we were looking to stay in Looe again

The property was well sized, clean and well furnished. Although access to the property might be difficult for less abled people there were no concerns for us. The location was excellent for getting into the centre of Looe. Would return again in the future.

A great holiday apartment, Neap Tide. .

We spent a week at Neap Tide. Spacious apartment, very well furnished. Great location and surroundings. Ideally located. Easy access to the quaint little town of East Looe and the beach. Great for kids and the whole family. I will surely come back again! Fantastic holiday.

We enjoyed our stay but parking was an issue as couldn’t see which was our spot and the places tight. Everything we needed for our stay was in the property.very close to walk into looe which was great.steps up to the property would be difficult if you have any mobility issues as quite steep

Firstly about the parking- although there are markings on the wall and the ground, people do tend to miss these. We are working to make visibility easier even in the dark Secondly about the steps- I think it does clarify that on the website but I will make sure it is there. Lovely, light and airy apartment in a quiet, private location, a short walk from the main public car park. The parking space is down a steep, narrow lane, and there is a steep slope and 30 steps from it up to the apartment. However, I managed it with an injured knee, and it is worth the climb!

Very nice apartment

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Two baths were perfect. No car needed for any activity in Looe. Location was perfect to do trips further down to Cornwall (e.g. Fowey or Truro) as well as Dartmoor visits. Communication with landlady was always very polite, helpful and with quick responses. We would come again to Looe.

great place to explore the south east of cornwall

My family, 4 kids and dog had a great stay in neap tide, it was a good size to accomodate us all and lovely views out onto the trees and river. It had all the things one would need to enjoy time away from home and feel comfortable. The hosts were also very prompt to communicate with us. There are stairs to go to the property, but we expect that in coastal villages along the Cornish coast, so to be mindful if you have mobility issues. It's also a great location to walk into town and pick up provisions.

Neap Tide is an ideal property with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped and stylishly furnished.

It is situated in a quiet location, but is a few minutes walk into town with the beach, harbour, shops and restaurants.

It has the benefit of private allocated parking and has a lovely garden where you can enjoy overlooking the ancient Kilminorth forest and the West Looe River.

You are also in a wonderful part of Cornwall with many beaches and places of interest within a few miles drive.

One well behaved pet may be permitted (subject to conditions). They must not be left unattended in the property at any point. Please inform me prior to confirming your booking you have a pet as there will be a £25 surcharge due to increased cleaning charges.

The location of Neap Tide - River View Apartments is around a 10 minute walk into Looe for the town, harbour, beach, pubs, shops and restaurants. Many properties in Looe cannot offer parking, but we can. You can enjoy sitting in the garden and hear wide variety of birdsong.
