The beach access is fantastic, and the beach cart was such a great amenity to have. The beds were comfortable and clean, and there were plenty of towels provided. The home could really benefit from some minor updating and better organization throughout. Towels, kitchen supplies, cookware, and other household items felt like a bit of a mishmash and were placed in different cabinets and areas without much rhyme or reason, which made it difficult to find what we needed. Some of the pots and pans were also older and rusted and could use replacing.The living room furniture and pillows are showing quite a bit of wear and would benefit from a refresh or deeper cleaning. The bedroom layout is also a little unusual, with the main suite feeling better suited for children and the only king bed downstairs with a smaller, basic bathroom.There is an outdoor hose for rinsing off after the beach, but adding a nozzle would make it much easier to get the sand off beach gear.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially loved the incredible beach access, which was definitely the highlight. The home has a lot to offer!

Great host makes for great stay!

The house was perfectly clean upon arrival and has everything you need during your stay. The host is excellent, easy to get in touch with and very accommodating in every way! It’s always nice to stay in Brigantine but staying here makes it even better! Will definitely be staying here again this year and highly recommend this property for any couples or families.

Relaxing vacation

The beach was close and so was the bay. We enjoyed the balconies on both sides of the house throughout the day. Lots of room for us and the newborn.
