Apartment for 2- 5 persons with 1 double bed,1 double sofa bed and 1 single folding bed.
A beautiful and spacious apartment, 2 minutes from Aliados Avenue.
The apartment is ideally located, less than 50 meters from "Trindade" metro station in the city center of Porto. Very quiet place with every possible comfort and tastefully decorated. Fully renovated with a recent reconstruction.

Perfect to visit the city's cultural center, make the boat trip on the Douro River, visit the Port Wine cellars and enjoy the regional cuisine of Porto.

I am sure you will love our city because it is really pretty and interesting. People are very friendly and you will see how easy it is to obtain information on the streets or even make a little conversation.

An entire apartment for you with a kitchen fully equipped (Dishwasher, Fridge, Microwave, Coffee Machine, Oven and Stove, Toaster and Washing Machine), 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom.
We also have Air conditioning in the apartment.
There is also TV and FREE WIFI. Bed linen and towels are included.

On your arrival I will be very happy to welcome you, give you a map from Porto and very good tips to enjoy the best of our charming city;)

Such a convenient location- near the Metro, large grocery store and restaurants. As well as being in the City Center where all the sights are walkable. The host provided everything we needed and more!

Great location

Non-touristy location with good access to Porto's attractions. Clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet for such an accessible location. Hosts were understanding and patient especially when we were delayed having to check in at midnight and as first time visitors to Portugal.

Wonderful!

We’ve stayed in many areas around Porto and this is the best thus far! The location is close enough to “the action” just far enough to ensure peace and quiet. Things to love: location, space, elevator, natural light, air conditioner, comfortable furnishings.

Convenient and safe

Enjoyed the apartment. Easy walking distance to everything we needed. Hosts were helpful and very quick to respond to any concerns. Soaps provided were about 90% water, but everything else was lovely.

Excellent location

The apartment was perfectly located, one street from the metro and in an area of shops, groceries and restaurants. Our hostess was fantastic and was instrumental in helping us get back on a quick trip to Lisbon for a passport problem. The bedroom is spacious and very quiet. We truly enjoyed our lodging and the beautiful town of Porto.

We loved staying here. Minor problems would be the difficulty with pulling out the couch on the living room, would have appreciated instructions for coffee pot and apartment door was difficult to unlock. However we would recommend the place strongly.

Completely as seen in photos- smaller but well kept and clean. Nice added touches-towels and slippers first rate. Stay here as neighborhood within 2-3 blocks has flurry of nice restaurants. Host were very cordial.

Nice apartment - good location

The apartment had everything we needed and was just as described. We slept really well, thanks to the roller shutters and the quiet area. It's a few minutes walk from Trindade train station - a major rail hub. A return ticket to the historical centre of Porto only costs £3.20 Euro.

Spacious apartment in convenient location.

From the moment we booked our host was helpful and timely in all communications. The apartment was very spacious and clean, with all that we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We were able to walk to many places of interest as there are lots of places within a 15 minute walk. We also took trips to the Douro Valley, Braga and Guimaraes. We ate in a few nearby restaurants and did grocery shopping at the nearby Pingo Doce when we ate in the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home and the city and day trips. Thank you

Perfect Porto

Joanna was a wonderful hostess, providing a hand detailed map for all the various activities/places to see in Porto. The apartment was very convenient to Metro and we enjoyed our easy walks around Porto from the apartment. The seperate bedroom was ideal for a couple allowing for early or late activities in the kitchen/living room without disturbing sleep.

First visit to Porto

All went smoothly. Valentim showed us where to park for our 3 nights although we did end up parking at a small car park on the street for 14 Euros a day. If you park for 2 days the 3rd day is free. Apartment was clean and all kitchen utensils supplied. We ate out as the restaurants in Porto are fabulous.Joana was always available to answer any questions and both she and Valentim suggested many places to eat out and places to visit. We had a great time.

The apartment was clean and generally well-maintained. The air conditioning worked very well. We also appreciated the detailed guide provided by the property manager.That said, there are a few things future guests should be aware of. The sofa bed in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping. Noise is another issue. The living room faces a busy street, and even with the windows closed, traffic noise can be heard late into the night. On top of that, the sound of footsteps from the unit above is very noticeable, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.Lastly, there were no basic toiletries such as shampoo provided, which is something we typically expect in a short-term.

Perfect Location

We stayed at this apartment for more than five weeks. Being so close to the main Trindade Metro was perfect. One easy train to and from the airport was amazingly convenient. Conveniently close grocery stores, and just a short walking distance to all the main points of Porto. Easy access even to outlying areas like the beaches at Foz or Matosinhos by train or bus. Our dealings with Valentim and Joana were very smooth and professional. They were cooperative and quickly responded to any questions we had both prior to our visit and while we were there. During the five weeks, a couple of small issues came up, and they immediately responded to solve them. The apartment was clean and the towels and linens were great. Lots of light in the apartment and it never felt cramped even after weeks. The bathroom was great, the shower is huge compared to a lot of other European showers (tiny is the norm) and had good water pressure. The AC (and heating) worked beautifully and we were very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is better internet, it dropped off in the bedroom, and in these days of virtual meetings, it made Zoom difficult. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in Porto, and enjoyed Valentim and Joana's recommendations for restaurants. Thank you both for making our stay in Porto so wonderful.

Großzügige, sehr sauberere Zimmer. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Innenhof, daher ist es ruhig dort. Der Kontakt zu Valentim lief klar und sehr freundlich über Whats App, die Schlüsselübergabe war genau wie verabredet.Super zentrale Lage, 3 Min bis zum Bahnhof Trindade und 15 Min zu Fuß bis zum Dioro. Perfekt.

Wunderschöne Wohnung nahe des Zentrums von Porto

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt sehr zentral im wunderbaren Porto - in 10min ist man zu Fuß in der Altstadt, von wo aus man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen und unzählige Restaurants und Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden kann. Es war alles vorhanden, was man zum Leben und Wohlfühlen braucht, ideal für Paare oder Freunde. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super, wir haben sehr viele interessante Tips und Vorschläge für Unternehmungen, Essen & Trinken, Ausflüge usw. bekommen. Um die Ecke gibt es ein privates Parkhaus, in welchem man günstig parken kann, wenn man den Name der Wohnung angibt. Wir kommen jederzeit gern wieder und können die Wohnung herzlich weiterempfehlen!
