We agree that the location of this condo offers a great view of the sand and the surf and the sunsets! The location also allows for easy access to the pool area with hot tubs, beach, and bar/outside dining......just take the elevator down to S2 level, walk a very short distance across the garage and there you are! Come back again for a wonderful time in this beautifully appointed and well stocked condo!

We met in Virginia Beach, Virginia, married, and moved to Albuquerque, NM. Our love of the Southwest has only grown over the years but we knew that someday we would want to be somewhere close to the water again. Several years ago, friends brought us to Puerto Penasco and we spent the weekend looking at all resorts here on Sandy Beach. We had never been to Rocky Point before but ended up buying that weekend! That experience
was many, many sunsets and moons ago and we love it here. We hope that your time here on the incredible Sea of Cortez will result in wonderful memories for you as it has for us! Albuquerque is still our home with spectacular sunsets but Puerto Penasco has surely tied for first place with awesome photography opportunities of sunsets as well!
