We are Joaquin and Marisa:
Enjoy your holidays and feel as if You Were at home. I will pick you up from the airport to take you to the apartment for free.
Lovely and new apartment 160 squared meters. Perfect place if you are looking for a center but quite location. Near Central Market, museums, best restaurants and shops. Next to public transport, 9 minutes walking from the beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom.
I can help you in organizing activities such a winery tour, a visit to famous parks, shoes tour,... Just ask me for!
We will give you any information you need at check-in time.

Pets and parties are not allowed. The peace and quiet of neigbours must be respected.
Smoking is not allowed at the apartment. However, you can do it in the gallery.
We request to responsible consumption of electricity and water.
It will take you 30 minutes to reach the apartement from the airport, by taxi or bus; A bus public transport is available at the airport (3.85 euros): Go up to the second floor, take blue bus 6C line, and get off at the bus-stop called Mercado, in Alfonso X El Sabio Street, 75 meters far from the apartment,. I will be waiting for you at this bus stop.
Trip. Accommodation:
The apartment is in the heart of town, 75 mt far from the main streets Alfonso X and La Rambla, in a lively Neighbourhood. Modern, charming, with luxury items. Bedrooms are located in the back side of the apartment. There are no traffic and it is very quiet . The apartment is surrounded by Shops, central market, restaurants and entertaiment ..... everything is so close that you can walk everywhere with no need for a car.
Trip. Services and common parts:
The apartment is located in the second floor, with elevator. Full equipped and enormous kitchen with all the household and small appliances (dishwasher machine). There is a water purification system, so you don't need to carry bottles of water. New memory foam matresses made of visco: You will sleep like never before !. Of course bed linen, towels, soap, champoo, iron and hairdryer are provided. A private car park close to the apartment makes a discount to our guests

Negotiable check-in and check-out hour. We will be waiting for you at the apartment to give you keys and all information you need. We can be in touch by using WhatsApp.

Quiet and lively Neighbourhood, 75 mt from main streets. Close to the Central Market (beer or wine to enjoy open-air), and just 9 minutes to the beach and harbour area. Nearby you can find the famous Santa BĂĄrbara castle , a place to visit and perfect for jogging. If you prefer nightlife, you can find "El Barrio" 5 minutes by walking , full of pubs and restaurants. And, of course, one of the best icecreams you can taste in Spain.
Getting around:
Although the best way to get around is on foot Alicante, there is Also a cheap, comfortable bus service in the city. Besides, in front of the apartment there is a Tram station, Which will take you to The nearest beaches and cities, as San Juan, Campello, Benidorm, Denia, ...
