Prefect property for our week long stay going to Disney. Close to stores and restaurants for anything needed. 25 minutes or less to each attraction. Will stay again!

Awesome rental

My family and I have rented many properties throughout the last 14 years. This rental was by far the best we have ever stayed at. Many ammenities, quick responses from the owner, clean, and quiet. Would definitely rent here again!

Fantastic

Excellent location for Disney trips and other activities(just an hour away from cocoa beach which was super nice for the kiddos). Great home, superb communication with owner, definitely would recommend. House rules and expectations are clearly posted. We did our best to treat it like our own and left it wishing we could stay longer. Hope to be back again soon.

It was great. We didn’t spend much time at the house. We for the most part just slept and took showers. Cause everyday was either at Disney or Universal from open to close.

Simple and convenient - as described

Descriptions are accurate. Everything was as described and it was completely sufficient for our 10 day stay. Some minor problems included burnt out bulbs in the lamp in the kids room, and the light switches didn't seem to connect to anything (just turned lamps on manually). Also, the air conditioning won't go below 72 degrees - which wasn't quite low enough for us on some hot days. The kids loved the pool. It was a great way to cool off after a long day. We ate dinner on the patio by the pool some nights. The kitchen is furnished with everything we needed for basic cooking. We had to buy extra trash bags and toilet paper after the initial supply ran out in 2 days - a stock of that stuff would be nice. Same story with the laundry soap. Location was great - it was set in a small residential neighborhood, but very close to the main road with stores and easy access to our daily destinations (disney and universal). Price was more than fair, and we would stay there again.

Tolles Haus in guter Lage

Wunderschönes Haus. Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der einzige minuspunkt ist, daß man die Temperatur im Haus nicht selbst regeln kann dafür muss man immer den Vermieter oder Hausverwalter anrufen.

Translation ....Beautiful house. Very quiet and central location. The house is very lovingly decorated. The only minus point is that you can not regulate the temperature in the house itself, you must always call the owner or landlord. Many Thanks for your review we are pleased that you enjoyed your stay and hope you will consider us again. All reviews are important to us. Although it can be a little inconvenient with the temperature been controlled via the internet, We are only an e-mail away, this is only a percussion due to PAST guests (not your self) leaving patio doors open and the air conditioning drifting out the doors which is then very expensive. having the internet controlled as enabled us not to have increased our rental costs in over ten years.

Absolutely no complaints about the owner or the property! Everything is just as listed and shown. We only used the house to sleep since we had 5 days of parks out of our 5 days there, but everything anyone could want was available.

Nice place

Everything thing was very nice. The only issue was the TV in the bedroom doesn’t work and the bathroom shower water doesn’t stay hot, but overall it was a great visit.

Temperature too hot.

Was not really pleased with how the temperature was regulated. The first 3 nights were miserable sleeping because the temp got up to 80 degrees. After emailing the owner twice it was finally put to a comfortable temp. There was tiny little bugs in the kitchen and master bathroom everywhere. The TV in the kids bedroom did not work either and the TV remote in the living room did not work. The screen was ripped in the pool area and lizards and bugs came to visit. The upkeep could be a little better overall.

Thank you for your review I am sorry about the way the ‘Nest’ thermostat works – it is designed to learn the behaviour of guests. I believe the issue was because during the day the patio doors & the inside garage door was at times left openby your children (stated by your self). The thermostat then turns off the air-con thinking it is not needed. We do try to inform guest with the notices up in the villa about the doors been open to prevent bugs entering. Both the TV & remote will be dealt with now that I know of the issue. Wishing you a great summer.

Centrally located

Our visit was interrupted by Covid-19 so many main attractions were closed. This did provide us an opportunity to get creative and find other activities all over the state of Florida to enjoy. This property being centrally located was a great help in doing this. The pool was amazing and our family enjoyed it every day from the time we woke up until we went to bed. We stayed the end of March so having the pool heated helped in using it early morning and later at night. The house is adequately stocked with everything you need and even had some basic food and snacks to get you started.

Wonderful Villa

Villa was beautiful and clean, it actually looked exactly like the pictures posted. We had some A/C issues but they immediately remedied the situation. Villa was well stocked with sheets and towels. i will definitely return again and recommend to family and friends.

Really enjoyed our time at this property. Close to all the major attractions and still lots of privacy. Marie is a wonderful lady for providing you with all the information needed and answering all your questions, even when you email her during your stay. The home is well maintained with lots of charm. All you could ever need ....

Stayed on this estate before as location for the Theme Parks is perfect. 15 minutes to Disney and the Premium Outlet Mall and about 25 minutes to Universal. Walmarts and Target close by, plus lots of good restaurants on the W Irlo Bronson Hwy. Marie was great when helping us to book the Villa and provided lots of information before we went to help with our Vacation. Villa had everything you would need and would definitely stay there again. Unfortunately didn’t get chance to use the pool as we were out all day, but it looked good !! On a separate note, if you go to Universal Studios City Walk you MUST visit The Chocolate Emporium for one of their Milkshakes. Best Ever !!

Our family of two adults and 6 children all enjoy Florida and have been enjoying it for well over 15years now.. There is so much to do and see that we never seem to have time to do everything.

We have now brought another villa and really do hope that our guests will enjoy their Florida vacation. We also help another 3 owners to book their villas giving us 4 on this fantastic development.

Our villa is like a second home to us and for many of our repeat guest. We do many updates to ensure that it is a very family home and want our guests to get the best out of their holiday. It is the perfect location for all the attractions that you need while in Florida!
We have a local 24 Hour Walmart at Marker 14 on the highway 192, and many nice restuarants and fast food places along with shops. (within walking distance)

Our two villas and our friends two villas are all on the same development close enough to everything but still hidden on a small development of only 144 homes. It is often known has the 'Hidden Jewel of Kissimmee'.
