Die Dolomiten liegen im Herzen des UNESCO-Weltkulturerbes Dolomitenberg und gelten als eine der attraktivsten Berglandschaften der Welt. Die unverwechselbare Landschaft ist zum archetypischen Winterwunderland geworden, wenn es schneit und im Sommer ein Paradies für Naturliebhaber. Das Casa Zilli befindet sich im schönen, sonnigen Dorf La Villa in der Region Alta Badia in Südtirol, nur 24 km von Bruneck und weniger als 100 km von Bozen entfernt.

Das Anwesen verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und einen Aufenthaltsraum für 8 + 2 Personen. Moderne Schlafsofas stehen bei Bedarf zur Verfügung

Der Wohnraum ist ein großer offener Bereich mit Blick auf die Berge nach allen Seiten. Es hat einen fantastischen, modernen Kaminofen, der auch im Sommer den Raum in den Mittelpunkt stellt, und einen angrenzenden offenen Küchen- und Essbereich. Das offene Design ermöglicht es jedem, der an Ihrem Urlaub teilnimmt, zusammen zu sein, selbst wenn das Abendessen zubereitet und serviert wird

Bequeme Ledermöbel, massive Sitzsäcke und Schottenkaro-Stühle laden zum Entspannen am Hauptkaffeetisch ein
Der Hauptspeisebereich verfügt über eine antike Holzverkleidung und versteckte Beleuchtung. Passende Ledersessel sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Es ist ein ganz besonderer Ort, um zu trinken, zu essen und einfach mit Freunden und der Familie zusammen zu sein

Küche: sehr gut ausgestattet, eine Freude zu kochen und hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um ein fantastisches Essen zuzubereiten.
Im Wohnbereich haben wir WLAN, einen Fernseher und einen DVD-Player sowie zusätzliche IPod-Lautsprecher für den Fall, dass Ihnen die Zeit zum Reden ausgeht.
Beide Bereiche haben schöne Parkettböden.

Der Garten ist in zwei Bereiche unterteilt:
Der Hauptbereich des Gartens besteht aus Baumstammstufen, die mit einer hölzernen Veranda zur Haupttür des Grundstücks führen. Angrenzend befindet sich eine große gepflasterte Terrasse, die im Sommer eine echte Sonnenfalle ist. Eine zweite Reihe von Holzstufen führt zur Rasenfläche und zu einer kleineren Terrasse, auf der Sie im Freien speisen und trinken können. Diese Terrasse ist ideal, um die Aussicht auf die Skipiste Grand Risa und die massive Felsformation von Santa Croce zu genießen. Am frühen Abend haben die Felsen eine spektakuläre Farbe
Die Gegend, in der Sie mit dem Auto anreisen, wurde kürzlich von Monos gesperrt, um ausreichend Parkplätze für alle Gäste zu schaffen.

Great accommodation with enough space for the family

We were there with the whole family. The accommodation is very nice and big. Enough space for everyone. The access to the flat via the garage is very convenient. The access to the slope is optimal. Very friendly and always approachable hosts. The owner took great care of our needs. We will be happy to come again, thank you very much.

Ok place, but not a full house

In the description on-line there is no mentioning of 'a neighbor' and only once you have paid it becomes clear you have not rented 'a house' but only a part of it (and not even the nicest side), and that you are supposed to be very considerate of the 'very private' neighbor. The place is in itself ok, and certainly the bed- and bath rooms and kitchen are fine. I do not understand the fuss about protecting the table and floor in a place you rent out most of the year, but that could be just me... Yet for summer renters please note: the terrace is a bit of a disgrace. Right on the street (you feel like you are sitting on it), no real view (unlike the pictures on the website) and all you get is two (for a place that sleeps 8!!??) uncomfortable deck-chairs and no umbrella. All in all, an ok place, but no value for money.

Zentrale Lage, sauber, aufgeräumt, ordentlich, insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Eine automatische Kaffemaschine fehlt; zwei italienische Espressobereiter sind vorhanden. Nicht im Inserat beschrieben: 1) trotz toller Lage keine Aussicht, da hohe Bäume direkt vor dem Haus 2) es wurde das gesamte Haus zur Miete angeboten; tatsächlich ist die Dachgeschosswohnung vermietet. Es wird nach Buchung darauf hingewiesen, dass peinlichst darauf zu achten ist, den Mieter nicht zu stören, da er sehr sensibel und zurückgezogen sei. In der Umgebung sind sehr schöne Wanderungen möglich; 10 Höhenmeter weiter oben gibt es eine Gaststätte mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Kreuzkofel. Fazit: Insgesamt ein wenig enttäuschend, bei dem Preisniveau

Delighted you found Casa Zilli well equipped, we make every effort to ensure it has everything you require and it is spotlessly clean. As we are strongly opposed to the use of throwaway coffee capsules we've found the Italian Moka coffee machines we provide, not only make great coffee, but sustain a cleaner, greener alternative. The house is extremely comfortably for 8 / 10 guests, over 2 floors, with large living and terrace space. We simply try and respect the privacy of our upstairs neighbour, in order to encourage his respect of ours. The large garden and outside sitting and barbeque terrace to the main area at the front of the house gives a magnificent view to the principal mountain group of the Sella and Piz La Ila , with the only large trees delineating the parking spaces and providing privacy from our other neighbouring house down the hill and being of no impediment whatsoever to the fabulous view across the valley. The accommodation is one of the few in the area that provides enough space for large groups. Other self catering options for large groups would incur the rental of 2 properties, at considerably higher expense, we feel that our property more than justifies the price. Our high percentage of returning guests and our fantastic guest reviews are testimony to the quality and value for money we hopefully provide.

Das Haus "Zilli" ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Unsere Gastgeber hatten alles perfekt vorbereitet. Vielen Dank an Ker und Lizzi. Der große Wohn- und Essbereich garantiert einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt für Familien und Gruppen. Wir haben uns hier sehr sehr wohlgefühlt. Von unserem Haus aus haben wir schöne Wanderungen unternommen und auch die sportlichen Möglichkeiten in La Villa (z.B. Tennis) genutzt.

Leider nicht alles gehalten, was versprochen wurde...

Wir, eine Gruppe von 8 "Bikern-and Hikern", waren Anfang September in dem Haus zu Gast. Obwohl die Umgebebung mehr als atemberaubend war, hat das hochgelobte Haus nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Trotz der expliziten Entertainmentbeschreibung des Hauses auf der Homepage von Fe-wo direkt ( mit Fernseher, Stereoanlage ) gab es weder einen Fernseher, noch eine Stereoanlage im Haus.Dass es zudem nicht einmal eine elektrische Kaffeemaschine gab, setzte dem ganzen noch die Krone auf.Leider reagierten die Vermieter auch nicht, als wir das Fehlen des Fernsehers sofort am ersten Tag monierten.Mit dieser kärglichen Ausstattung hätten wir das Haus definitiv nicht gebucht.Ansonsten war das Haus jedoch in einem guten Zustand, deshalb 3 Sterne.

The perfect chalet with to spend time at the Dolomites.

The Casa Zilli offers an authentic, spacious and fully equipped house to spend your stay in the Dolomite mountains. Either during winter (a ski lift is next door) or summer (you bike right into the famous Dolomite Passo's - you walk straight into the hiking paths). The owners are most lovely and always there to help or advise. Recommended !

Fantastic house on a beautiful location in Val Badia

We (family of 4) enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful, comes fully equipped, it really has everything you need, and more. The location couldn’t be any better, close to two lifts, great restaurants (a very nice one at a two minute walk from the house!) and shops. The owner was extremely helpful in answering any questions (using Whatsapp) we had during the week. All in all a great experience!

Perfect mountain retreat

The villa was perfect for our two families making the most of the beautiful Badia ski area with easy access to the stunning Sella Ronda in the heart of the Dolomites. The villa is very nicely furnished; modern and stylish with an open plan lay out that makes for a lovely, sociable and relaxing area after a hard day in the mountains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Villa and can not fault it. We especially loved the close proximity to the ski slopes, a perfect ski-in/ski-out location.

Fabulous property in a great location.

Un superbe chalet familial très bien situé !

Une maison dans laquelle nous nous sommes très bien sentis tout de suite ! Décorée avec goût et raffinement, chaque détail est bien pensé et reflète la passion des propriétaires pour les lieux. La situation géographique idéale entre Cortina et Bolzano nous a permis de découvrir les Dolomites et de nous adonner à un de nos sports favoris : la randonnée. Et pour terminer, une prise en charge parfaite et personnalisée du début jusqu'à la fin des propriétaires !

Excellent base for exploring the Alta Badia

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday based in Casa Zilli The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and in a beautiful location. We have already recommended it to friends and relatives.

A Perfect Family Summer Holiday in the Dolomites

Casa Zilli was just right right for our three generation family of six (grandparents, parents and two young teens.) The chalet has every amenity we needed including three bathrooms, a fully equipped laundry room, and a kitchen that felt like home -- also excellent wifi that worked for multiple simultaneous users. The two levels with two bedrooms up and two down ensure ensured adequate space and privacy while the open plan main floor is spacious and comfortable. (Note: It may be more challenging for a family with very young children because of the stairs and decor elements in the main room) La Villa doesn't have much of a village feel but it has everything needed including an excellent supermarket and every kind of shop from pastry to sports gear. The best thing about La Villa is its central access to a broad range of hiking locations with many lifts and refugios open for the summer season. A few more were scheduled to open July 1. Getting there is a bit of a challenge over serpentine roads (we came via Bolzano) but it is worth every kilometer. Lizzie and Ker provided everything we needed to plan and derive maximum pleasure from our trip. They couldn't control the weather but, after a long stretch of wet and cold weather with a forecast for more of the same for our week, the sun broke through 20 minutes after we arrived and never left for the entire week! So we thank them for that bonus as well.

Beautiful Property- just a few comments

This is a beautiful, comfortable home. Just have a few suggestions. Need a house number or Villa name on the house. The washer and dryer work very differently from those in the US. Please leave detailed instructions for how to use them for &#%*! Americans. The treats were lovely but a few bars of soap would be nice. These are some picky details- this truly is a wonderful home and we appreciate how responsive the owners were. Enjoyed our stay immensely!!

Delighted you enjoyed your stay. We'll have a sign made ready for the post at the end of the garden, great idea. Instructions for the washing machine and dryer are available, perhaps they were not put out for you beforehand re your arrival. Soap is also supplied in the soap dispensers on each wash basin but we could of course add soap bars in the showers although most guests bring shower gel. What's more important is that you enjoyed the property, it really is quite special and the surrounding area, quite spectacular..please come again

Very nice and comfortable place in Alta Badia

We stayed with 5 people. Provided a very comfortable base for cycling. Good beds, very nice bathrooms, cosy living and a big garage with enough space for our 10 bicycles.

Fabulous location for cycling in the Dolomites!

We stayed five weeks in this wonderful house which was perfect for us! We are cyclists and the house was ideally located for us. There is a large living room with a very nice dining room, all the bathrooms are clean , modern and well equipped. We also very much appreciated the large laundry room, being there for a long time the use of a washer and dryer was very useful. The kitchen is very beautiful and well displayed. The house is close to the Main Street with the grocery shop , pharmacy , bakery etc..very nicely decorated with wooden floors and rustic look. The garage was very useful to us to put our bycicles and everything related to cycling. We rented this house because we wanted space and privacy. We really enjoyed our stay , we also appreciated being in touch with the owner who responded very quickly to any question we had. This region of Italy is absolutely magnificent and the view of the mountains are incredible. We also did some hiking which provides a different look on the mountains. This was one of our most memorable cycling trip !

We are The Russell family. My name is Ker D.O.B 12/10/64, married to Lizzie for what seems like an eternity, but still unbelievably happy (most of the time!). We have 3 kids, Leia, Lily and Louis. All the children have been educated in Italy and are bilingual as is my wife. I speak Italian but not like them, unfortunately, being that I spend long periods of time working in Scotland, which is where we all originate from
We all ski, walk, ride bikes and generally enjoy the outdoors (even with the event of Snapchat, Instagram, WhatsAp and all the other social media that has been invented to ruin my family's time together...however, lets not complain) We are delighted to have had the opportunity to buy and rebuild Casa Zilli. It has changed our lives. We absolutely love it, my family are always at their happiest when we are together as a unit and staying there.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Casa Zilli came on the market in 2006, ruined from the outside and completely neglected on the interior. The price was not, however reflected! We took the plunge and decided to invest in what turns out to be a life changing decision. Having spent 5yrs off and on building a large extension and completely gutting the interior and starting again, we now have what can only be described as a wonderful mountain retreat in the summer and a fabulous base for a winter chalet . The surrounding area is really quite breathtaking in all weather. The changes through the seasons are quite incredible. From warm, balmy days in summer, ideal for walking, cycling and hiking, to freezing, clear blue-sky days with fresh white virgin snow in winter, a skiers paradise. That's why we bought this property and it hasn't disappointed yet!
