Roberto is the most gracious host. Our room was located in a great area close to quaint restaurants and shopping and walking distance to the Spanish Steps. Very easy to get around from this location.

Great Host - everything you need

Excellent location & accommodations

Beautiful apartment with everything needed for comfort. Surprisingly quiet for being in the city. Walking distance to so many attractions. Roberto was extremely helpful in getting us acquainted with the apartment & our surroundings, even made excellent restaurant suggestions. Highly recommend!!!!

Fantastic apartment in primo location!

Our stay at Mellini 34 was excellent. It’s spacious and has great A/C! All the utensils & items needed to cook a meal are in the kitchen. There are few staples in the cabinet like oil, coffee, salt & pepper. We were able to walk to many places & monuments. Definitely a gem of a place. We look forward to coming back again in future visit.

Perfect Place to stay while visiting Rome

This place was a fraction of the price of hotels in the area and SO MUCH NICER. It was perfect. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. AND Roberto was such a great host.

Great stay in Rome

Residenza Mellini was the perfect home base during our 5 day visit to Rome. The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was wonderful. We were welcomed by our host Roberto, who gave us great tips on nearby restaurants, where to get the best pizza, and how to find our way around this beautiful city. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Rome..

Very nice apartment for an authentic Roman experience

The furniture was sparse but adequate, the bed comfortable. Could have used more bath towels and dish towels to dry dishes. The tv was just a computer monitor, but who goes to Rome to watch tv? The elevator was a trip! Tiny and antique. It was a fun place to stay, great location. I would stay there again. The host, Roberto, was wonderful.

Excellent location, great host, adequate accommodation

Property location is excellent. Most points of interest are within walking (up to 30 minutes) distance. There is adequate space for sleeping, cooking, and other essential activities. The host Roberto is very friendly and accommodating. He helped us find transportation, provided recommendations, etc.

Roberto was great communicating, nice location

Roberto was very helpful with our check in. We arrived later in evening. He helped arrange a taxi ahead of time for us. Checked in several times through out the week to make sure we had everything we needed. Apartment was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. I appreciated being able to cross the river and get away from the crowds at the end of the day.

Great place to stay in Prati

Place has undergone upgrades, has a modern feel to it, and it's situated in the fantastic Prati neighborhood, very close to the Vatican and great for shopping and Roman dining. Roberto was great in communicating with us throughout the process and we also met him in person and he is very pleasant, responsive and professional. We highly recommend this spot for anyone staying in Rome.

I can not say enough about Roberto and his apartment. My daughter and I stayed from July 7-10, 2025. He allowed us to check in early, took his time to explain where things were, provided water for us when we arrived, checked on us to make sure we were ok, and brought his dog for us to meet the last day. He is such a gentleman and an amazing host. His apartment was immaculate and had everything that we needed and more. I hope to bring my husband next summer to meet Roberto and stay at his place. I would give him 10 stars him I could.

Amazing Experience :)

Property was very clean. They have a little elevator in the building which was very convenient! Roberto was extremely welcoming and made sure to find time to meet us. He came by and told us all the good places to eat and explained everything in detail with a map. The apartment was just across the river from everything, so the walk was pretty and short. Roberto was very accommodating and urged us to text him if we needed anything at all. At the end of our stay he stopped by to call a taxi for us and say goodbye. I definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely accommodations

Our host made sure check in and accommodations were to our needs. I chose the location because of its proximity to the Vatican as we had early morning tour and breakfast tickets. The Vatican was walking distance. We also utilized the restaurant that was very close by. Our stay was very comfortable and we sooo appreciated the air conditioning. I would stay here again

Prati Area Rome

The apartment was well appointed, clean and comfy. The location was perfect .... within walking distance to many of the main attractions and in a great neighborhood for bars and restaurants. The host, Roberto, was very attentive and available for any of our needs. I highly recommend this property and will certainly plan to stay there again.

Rome Stay

Great place overall. Very clean and was larger than expected. Easily accommodated 3 people. Location was within walking distance to many of the main attractions and was accessible with public transit. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Bonus has an elevator to access unit which was a welcomed surprise. Would highly recommend staying here.
