Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, loved the town, and was very close to the SHARC location for the use of the pool and other amenities. The lacking was the cleaning. The couch pillows had multiple different little stains. One had what seemed to be a small piece of food,and there was hair left on the couches, and back of pillow in the small loft bed. Also before we left I dropped my glasses under the bed to which I found a old moldy apple and some other things, which shows the underside of the master doesn't get attention. Just don’t do it

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Should have been rented as a haunted house with all the cobwebs around the house. Had a maintenance issue that was not dealt with well, poor communications from the company via the VRBO app. Couldn’t plug anything in with out fearing the plug would fall out. When I pointed this out to the maintenance guy he was not pleased. One of the outlets he replace was above my toiletries bag, he didn’t even move it, just let the dust and fall in my bag(and he left two screws on the counter as well) One of the screen doors was broken, which didn’t help the circulation at night trying to get cool air in the house. Just about one of the worst stays I’ve had anywhere.

Great cabin!

Kids absolutely adored the quaint cabin:) squirrels were fun to spot, cabin was accurate to listing, and was a great stay. Would’ve loved for patio and furniture to be swept, outlets not to be loose, and sound on loft tv to work, but overall great experience:)

Great location, cozy home!

We love coming to Sunriver! This property had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, clean kitchen and baths and a nice clean hot tub!! The location was amazing for morning coffee runs and afternoon trips to the pool! The house had plenty of space for all ages and activities! Thank you for a wonderful week of fun family time!

Great location

A nice place in great location with comfortable beds. The only drawback was not having air conditioning during a heatwave when it was 100 degrees. The decor is dated, but clean and in good condition. We would definitely return.

Great location, nice property

The house served our needs well. It's a good size and close to the village. The lighting in the master bedroom and bathroom is a bit dim, but that's really our only complaint, and it's a small one. They could install brighter light bulbs plus a dimmer switch, I think. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was plenty of room for both our families of 4. The back deck is nice. Hardly any mosquitos out. Train is rather loud but goes away quickly. I'd rather deal with the train noise than the mosquitos you get on the other side of Sunriver. SHARC is really easy to get to and we had plenty of passes. I would gladly stay here again.

Fit Our Needs

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Our stay

Check in was very simple enter the code and you are in . We couldn’t find the grill but after calling and asking about it they came and brought us a grill to us for our stay in 15 mins . Few kitchen items where broken tv upstairs had no sound while the kids were trying watch cartoons few things needs updating but overall clean and nice place 12 min walk to the center . I would stay here again .

Nice weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was really good except jacuzzi hot tub need some thorough cleaning because it smells like rotten cabbage.

Hi Losif. We are happy you enjoyed your stay here in Sunriver. I checked your stay and do not see that you called the office with the hot tub issue. We have a crew on standby 24/7 to take care of emergencies and/or complaints from guests during their stay. That hot tub should have been sparkling for you and I am so sorry it was not. Next time, please, give us a call in the office with ANY complaints during your stay and we will do our very best to fix things for you.
