Excellent Stay at Sunriver

Great location with easy access to bike paths and Fort Rock Park. Place had a nice deck area that was great to relax on in the mornings and evenings. Place was pet friendly and our golden retriever loved it.

Great vacation spot

We were impressed with how clean, comfortable and well stocked this unit is! Great location and amenities. My only recommendation is that you bring coffee and bath soaps for personal use. Otherwise, a great unit and we had a great time!

Enjoyed the house and the neighborhood, there was lots to do that kept our teens entertained (hot tub, plenty of games, puzzles, and bikes). The home does not have AC, but if you follow the host’s directions for keeping the house cool, it’ll be fine (it was in the 90’s and 80’s while we stayed). Only con was the lack of lighting near the hot tub - we needed to use our phone light to navigate the deck steps after dark.

Excellent Choice

The house was very clean. It had everything we needed. It was nice to have three bedrooms with different bed configurations in each room. The management company texted us to let us know that we could check in early and the departure instructions were short and easy.

Nice place but for cozy movies it misses comfy furniture.

Wonderfully clean and well equipped. It lacked personal touch. Definitely feels like a rental property. Loved the wood burning fireplace and stocked firewood. If it had a few small bean bag poufs it would help a lot.

Nice house with bikes in SunRiver

This house is very clean and well-equipped. It is quite dated, and a little dark, but maybe that's typical for a SunRiver rental home. Aside from the dated decor we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What made me choose this particular house was the fact that it included 4 bicycles for us to use - they were perfect! It was our first time in SunRiver, had no idea there were so many miles of bike path, riding those bikes was a highlight of the trip for us.

Great location, but we were a little disappointed with this rental.

This rental is in a great central location, but there were issues. First off, the white sheets had dog hair on them... enough that I had to buy lint rollers to clean it off. We’ve always rented pet friendly houses in Sunriver and have never had pet fur on the sheets. The upstairs toilet would get stuck and run and run. The dishwasher is so loud you can’t hear anything downstairs (including the TV) while it’s running. And the TVs really need to be replaced. We enjoyed the fireplace. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with every utensil or small appliance you might need. Overall we had fun, but this rental needs a little TLC and some updating.

Family reunion

Great place except for queen mattress in downstairs bedroom needs to be replaced. 2 people who slept there...one had a sore back, the other had a severe stiff neck. Appreciate the size of kitchen and garage/bikes availability.

Great but...

Awesome place! Loved the hot tub! The only bummer is that the TVs were pretty old flat screens. No Netflix or anything hooked up to them and you can’t use on demand to rent movies. If your gonna stay here I would recommend bringing an HDMI cable to connect your device or a few good DVDS.

Very comfortable getaway

Nice little house with a great location. Fort rock park nearby for walking our dogs. Lots of nice dishes and everything you can think of to have in a kitchen 😊 however the dishwasher was broken and in the master bathroom no heating element. It would be very uncomfortable when the weather turned cold .

We love SunRiver and we love Bennington Properties. You always make the experience so great. Overall the property was fine, it met our needs. There were few things about the house that need to be mentioned. There were only four of us which was perfect, but it would be tight quarters with more than that. The deck had a few soft spots that might need attention and one of the chairs on the loft balcony almost looked like it had melted? It was not useable. Bikes, hot tub and bbq were perfect. Thank you and we will see you next Summer!

We had a wonderful time and the house met our needs. However, when showering, the water either got very hot or very cold if someone was using another faucet. We had to announce we were showering so we could have a comfy shower. And the master bedroom was lovely except that there was no door. So no privacy and we could hear everyone downstairs.

Super clean, super comfy. We were there for our daughters 13th birthday and the rental company left us balloons, sparkling cider and a card. They were so welcoming and accommodating! So impressed with the house and Bennington, will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

comfortable, fully stocked, perfect location!

Many surprises of amenities we were not expecting. Most of all, we were very impressed with Bennington and how accommodating and responsive they were. We had our children and grandchildren with us, so it was a nice surprise to find that they would bring over 2 pack and plays, a high chair, and baby gate. They offered additional items we didn't think of!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all great place. On a scale from 1-10 , I would give it a 6. On a good note it was a very comfortable sleep, and the home was clean and it stayed very cool, during the hot days. The only suggestion, is the hot tub is very old, it did not work was like sitting in a hot bathtub. Location was good, although we were very bummed that the North pool was not available for us. Keep in mind , that not everyone has children, and would like a more quiter poolside environment.
