Clean and welcoming with all the amenities, 15-20minute walk to the restaurants and shopping.

We met with Maria to get our keys and she was extremely welcoming and went over everything with detail. We enjoyed our time and would recommend. Maria also recommended a wonderful local restaurant for us to enjoy Sardinian fare and it was excellent! Thank you for the recommendations.

Clean and spacious apartment with views of the sea.

Within walking distance of the city. The apartment was clean and had a great sea view. It was relaxing in the evening to have a glass of wine, just watching the boats in the harbour. There is a bus service from the street outside to the city and to the beach. Great place to stay, I would recommend it highly. John.

Our first visit to Sardinia, it won't be our last

We had a wonderful vacation on this wonderful island. The apartment was perfect for us. We loved having our morning tea and coffee on the balcony overlooking the harbour, then enjoying a nightcap there in the evening. My fiance loves to cook, and the neighbourhood grocery store and the larger Gieffe were within an easy walk. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. And for the nights we ate out, so many restaurants to choose from! We visited several of the spectacular beaches, and also enjoyed the cultural aspect of the island by visiting the Roman ruins, churches, the World UNESCO Heritage site, etc. Andrea was very responsive to all our inquiries before the trip, and Maria was an absolute delight upon our arrival.

Very nice and well equipped apartment

The apartment is very well equipped. We found everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We received a very warm welcome from the landlord's mother and got a full explanation of the interior and how to handle it. Because we arrived on a Sunday and most of the shops were closed, the lady even drove us to the next supermarket by car. What a service! We felt very well looked after and every wish was fulfilled. The apartment is very idyllic between Cagliari downtown and Poetto beach and offers a wonderful view of the marina. We would come back anytime.

The perfect vacation flat

Our family of 5, ( 3 boys ranging from 15 - 21), my Partner and I stayed here for a wonderful week. The apartment was large enough for us all to move about, relax at the end of a long adventurous day, and cook meals together when we wanted to. Everything we needed to do that was supplied. It was squeeky clean and the balcony on the front was a great spot to start our morning with a map and a cup of coffee. The kids often slept in (ugh, they dont understand how short life is!!!) while we hopped in the car (parked across the street) and headed off to any number of wonderful places, from a half hour to 3 hours away. At night we all walked for Gelato, shared our day, and if we adults still had the energy, we went with the kids up the hill to the old city where the breeze was wonderful and the people were out and about and had a nightcap. The bus stop is right across the street so a day at the beach is a 10 minute bus ride. thursdays farmers market about 7 minutes walk was glorious! We bought figs, cheese, bread, veggies, meat,... Bring bags and fill them! Andrea and Maria are the most gracious hosts you will find. It was a fantastic vacation. Thank you.

Zentrale und gut aufgeteilte Stadtwohnung in Cagliari

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen den Urlaub in der Stadtwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und komplett ausgestattet. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig und mit dem Bus gut erreichbar. Ein grosser und kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich direkt gegenüber des Hauses an der viel befahrenen Viale Armando Diaz. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch gut als Ausgangspunkt für Enddeckungstouren in der Umgebung.

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung

Eine große, schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz an der anderen Straßenseite. Gute Busanbindung an die Innenstadt und an den Strand. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und haben viele nützliche Tipps bekommen. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Good location with great views and easy access to the many places of interest

The property is comfortably furnished with everything on hand . It was exceptionally clean and airy . We were warmly greeted by Maria (owner's mother ) who told us all we needed to know about the apartment and was most helpful and informative about places to visit . We loved the early evening flight of flamingos over the property . Although not essential a car is handy to visit more remote places .

Great location for access to city centre and Poetto beach. Lovely view of harbour and mountains.

Very good location. Although not in city centre the buses go right past the door, to the city in one direction and to Poetto beach in the other direction. Apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We would have preferred more up-to-date bed linen, duvets for example rather than sheets and blankets. Could also have done with an extra comfortable chair in living room if more than 2 people are staying. Also more wine glasses and cereal bowls perhaps? But these are minor points. Overall we enjoyed our 4-month stay very much.

A perfect base to discover Sardinia

We have just spent a wonderful 11 days at this apartment with our 2 boys, aged 3 and 8. This was our first visit to Sardinia, and the location was great to walk into the city (about 15 mins), and drive to nearby towns and beaches. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen for eating in. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the double bed so comfortable, and the balcony had a wonderful view of the marina and the flamingos flying overhead! Andrea was more than helpful before and during our stay, helping with local shops, transport and other information. He was always available at the end of a phone call or text and spoke perfect English. April was the perfect time to visit Sardinia, with temperatures at 22-25 degrees, beaches almost to ourselves, and Cagliari's shops and restaurants fully open. Our favourite day trip was to Nora, a 40 minute easy drive away where we visited the Roman and pre-Roman town, and relaxed on the most idyllic beach. Poetto was also a great beach, just 5 minutes away, and very family friendly with lots of beachside cafes and restaurants and children's playgrounds further along the beach away from the city. A note for any vegetarians reading - we found Cagliari to be AMAZING for us with many vegan and vegetarian restaurants. We loved Zupposofia (with children's play room), Terra di Mezzo, and Gintilla.

Pour un excellent séjour près de la ville

l'appartement est très agréable et lumineux. On ne se lasse pas de la vue. Nous avons apprécié la propreté, la literie, la quantité et la qualité du le linge fourni, les produits d'entretien, le wifi, la proximité de la ville, les nombreuses prises avec adaptateurs, les placards, le chauffage, la gentillesse du propriétaire et de sa maman. qui nous a donné plein de bons conseils, le parking en face.... notre séjour de plus de 3 semaines a passé très vite ...on serait bien resté plus longtemps !

Très bel appartement bien situé

Placé à mi chemin entre le centre ville et la plage du Poetto, cette location propose un bon compromis. L’accueil est sympathique avec de bons conseils et on y retrouve toutes les commodités nécessaires: climatisation, 2 salles de bains... Très propre. De bons restos à deux pas et chose importante un parking gratuit juste en face. Belle vue sur le port de tourisme. La ville de Cagliari est à découvrir ainsi que les environs sublimes. Nous conseillons vivement !

Très bel appartement sur Cagliari !

Superbe appartement à mi chemin des plages et du centre ville. On y trouve tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour ( 2 salles de bains - clim - ascenseur etc...) L'accueil est sympathique avec plein d'infos pour découvrir cette superbe région. Un parking gratuit devant la location. Des restos sympas à quelques mètres. Une ville authentique qu'on ne se lasse pas de découvrir. On recommande vivement !

Wonderful apartment. Caring owner.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained. It had a wonderful view over looking the port. It was well supplied with all necessities. Showers were hot. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. We were offered a lift to the bus station which was much appreciated. We would recommend this apartment without reservation to our friends.

Confortevole sistemazione per visitare Cagliari

Buon appartamento dal punto di vista delle dotazioni, dei servizi e della pulizia, molto luminoso e pulito. La posizione è strategica per visitare la città o per raggiungere le spiagge, data la fermata dei bus proprio davanti alla casa, ed un grande parcheggio libero (per chi viene in macchina) prospicente la casa stessa. In ogni caso anche a piedi si raggiungono facilmente e il centro, e la Basilica di Bonaria, il Cimitero monumentale, ecc. ecc, nonchè buoni ristoranti e negozi dei dintorni. Le indicazioni e suggerimenti del proprietario, nonchè l'accoglienza della sua gentilissima Mamma, sono sicuramente da considerare molto favorevolmente. L'unica pecca è un certo disturbo arrecato dalla TV dei vicini (al piano di sotto) sempre accesa, anche se, mattino e sera, ad un livello più basso. Consiglierei di intervenire, e chuiedere una maggiore attenzione. In ogni caso lo consiglerei senz'altro, anche per un soggiorno più lungo.

Very comfortable and well located apartment

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view on the sea and the mountains behind, I highly recommand it. Poetto beach is easily accessible by bus, as is the center of the city (also reachable on foot thanks to a nice way along the sea). There is a convenient free parking in front of the apartment and the equipement is really good. Thanks again Andrea!

"Appartement tres propre en tres bon etat. Cuisine et sejour tres agreables avec belle vue sur le port. Dommage que le mobilier des chambres soit un peu heteroclite. Excellent apartment, completely refurbished and very well located. There's a free parking in front of the house, it's not far away from the centre and it's easy to access.

Hallo, ich bin Andreas ist ein Unternehmensberater im Bereich der Energie. Nach der Renovierung des Hauses habe ich beschlossen, es für diejenigen, die etwas Cagliari und Süden von Sardinien genießen wollen und ich die Gelegenheit nutzen, auch wenn das Haus nicht "gemietet, seit einigen Jahren lebt in Rom mieten. Ich war in Cagliari geboren, aber ich verließ, als ich 23, um zu studieren und dann im Ausland zu arbeiten. Ich habe die ganze Welt bereist, aber ich habe immer nach Cagliari auf Sardinien, die ich denke, und "Himmel auf Erden kommen oft zurück. Neuigkeiten! Ich habe gerade renoviert das Bauernhaus in der Farm der Familie, wo wir Agrumento und Olivenbäumen. Es ist eine Gelegenheit, "nur auf eine wilde und entspannten Urlaub abseits vom Trubel mit einer Chance" zu verbringen, um die Wälder, Bäche und alten Minen von Sardinien sowie die Strände der West entdecken (Piscinas Buggerru ...)

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Sardinien und "fantastisch ganze Jahr! ... 'Haus in der Sonne Seaview-Wohnung 5min vom Strand entfernt.
Die Wohnung "in meiner Familie seit 50 Jahren. Jetzt ist es renoviert worden ist bequem und angenehm, um die aktuellen Bedürfnisse derer, die sich zu entspannen, sondern auch in der Lage, in einem komfortablen und modernen arbeiten wollen gerecht zu machen.
