Ocean House 2306 ist eine 3 Schlafzimmer 3 Bad Ecke Westeinheit auf der 3. Etage mit Blick auf den Golf von Mexiko.
Das Master-Schlafzimmer und 2. Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten und das 3. Schlafzimmer hat 2 Sätze Twin-Size-Etagenbetten. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein Queen-Schlafsofa. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie das perfekte Bild Blick auf den Strand vom Balkon aus. Ob es für einen kurzen Wochenendtrip oder eine lange Woche, hat unsere Wohnung, was Sie suchen!

Ocean House II ist nur wenige Gehminuten von Fischrestaurants, Geschäfte und Gulf Shores Public Beach (aber Sie können auch direkt vor der Wohnung und an den Strand zu Fuß). Es gibt zahlreiche Golfplätze in der Umgebung mit praktischen Raten.

Great location

Had a great time, nice balcony and was in a great location, but probably would stay at a different place next time. Definitely needs updating especially kitchen and kitchen supplies.

The view was amazing. The condo was amazing. The access to beach and pool, amazing. 3br and 3ba come in handy when coming back from the beach. We loved it and will definitely rent again.

This condo is great! Plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The complex isn’t huge, so never had to wait on an elevator. They sell ice on site. Location is near the heart of Gulf Shores, but far enough down from 59 that the traffic isn’t crazy getting in and out. We did have to go somewhere else to get the key. Biggest down side. I’d rather not have to keep up with a key. Other than that. I will definitely be staying here again. Especially with a group.

Perfect spot

The condo was perfect for our trip. It was spacious and we enjoyed our stay and all amenities. Down side was the elevators need maintenance. They stopped working on our departure, and we had to use stairs to take luggage to vehicle. There also was no hot tub only a small kiddy pool. Overall it was a great condo and perfect for our stay.

Last Minute Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just returned home from a last minute 4 night trip and overall, the unit we had was adequate for the 4 of us ladies. The location was good, beach access was great, no trouble with parking and the complex was fairly quiet. The unit itself has been partially updated with the exception of the kitchen. The bedding was very comfortable and the unit was clean. Living area furniture was clean and comfortable. The kitchen does need some attention in that the appliances are older and the cookware definitely needs to be replaced.

The Kitchen needs some work. There was a cabinet that would not stay shut. The washing machine sounded like it was going to take off, it was loud. It worked for our vacation, as the place we had rented cancelled due to mechanical issues the day before we arrived. As far as clean, it could use a good cleaning. Sliding door was very hard to get open and shut. The front door always made a popping noise when you opened it. Security personnel was very friendly and helpful. Access to the beach and pool was easy. Overall, we were thankful for a place to stay.

Beach trip

Location of condo was great! Check in was completely through emails but the emails were answered promptly. Near restaurants and walked right out to beach. Pool area was very good and well kept; however, there were only chairs and no umbrellas. Elevators or stairs, ample parking. Lots of chairs on patio also. Beds were very comfortable also. Condo was very clean, but there were some issues that need to be addressed- there were only 6 towels for 6 guests! We had 2 teenage girls who took several baths a day so we were constantly washing towels-definitely need to have more towels! Warning-the washer is very loud. The kitchen was very small with only minimal pots and pans that definitely need updating- nothing matched, 1 champagne flute, a few mismatched coffee mugs. The master bedroom TV did not work and the closet was locked, but an area to hang up clothes was provided but there were no hangers anywhere or in any of the other closets. Bringing hangers is not something I usually bring with me on any vacation. This vacation could have been so much better with more attention paid to things like towels, hangers, updating kitchen supplies, working TV. I don’t know if I would stay at this unit again due to the issues I had.

Gulf Shores beach getaway

Very easy check in. Property is in perfect location, walking distance to lots of restaurants. The lobby where the elevator is was having an issue and the smell was horrible. We just avoided the area and took the stairs. The complex itself was well maintained with easy beach access and close parking.

Plenty of room. Great location.

This property served our needs well. There were four of us including myself, my sister, and my two teenage boys. Plenty of room for us. Easy access to the pool and beach. A couple of negatives..the metal bunk beds in the kids room were terribly squeaky. Any time they moved or rolled over the person in the bedroom next to theirs heard the squeaking. My youngest is a restless sleeper and woke his brother up several times with the noise. Also, the cookware was old and very limited. We didnt cook much so not a really big deal to us, but if you're planning to do a lot of cooking you would be disappointed. Overall a great condo just needs some attention to those details.

The layout of the condo was nice it was just old! The kitchen was old and small! The only upgrade was the bathrooms! The patio was nasty and the patio furniture should be thrown away! With rooms that large, one should of had a king size bed!! Not worth it for the price!

Ocean House

This property is great as far as location. Great pool and right out the gate to the beach. Can walk to quite a few things as well so centrally located. Plenty of room for our family...we have 7 in our group so it was spacious enough to not feel like we were living on top of each other. We’ve stayed at Ocean House several times and will continue.

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was a little out dated. Location was great and the view from the condo was awesome. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The floor was filthy dirty. They need pot holders and more dish towels in kitchen.
