Willkommen im Paradies! Dieses Zwei-Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer Villa befindet sich im Herzen von Paradise Island, nur 30 Minuten mit dem Taxi Taxi vom Flughafen Nassau entfernt. Das Hotel liegt im Erdgeschoss, die Villa ist nur wenige Schritte vom Pool und hat einen schönen Blick auf das Meer.

Die Villa wurde vor dem Nichts zu ersparen vor kurzem renoviert und neu eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer haben beide sehr komfortabel Memory-Foam-Betten, luxuriöse Bettwäsche und Flachbild-TVs. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das zweite Zimmer verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, die zusammengestellt werden können, falls gewünscht, ein Kingsize-Bett zu bilden. Der Wohnbereich hat einen atemberaubenden, brandneuen Ledermöbel, einen Flachbild-TV und Roku 2 (Zugang zu Netflix, etc.) für Ihre Unterhaltung.

Für diejenigen, die das Gerät zu kochen will, ist mit einer voll ausgestatteten, aktualisiert Küche und einem Grill (Propan vorgesehen ist). Lebensmittel sind mit einem Lebensmittelgeschäft zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt für Ihre Grundbedürfnisse und für eine ausgefeiltere Auswahl leicht zugänglich; die Frische Mart ist eine kurze Taxi auf die andere Seite der Brücke fahren oder Sie in der Online-Lebensmittel-Lieferservice nutzen können. Ort - es gibt mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, wie Margaritavilla und The Green Parrot. Sie können auch durch die Vor-Ort-Restaurant, Viola, die bietet Mahlzeiten, Bar und Live-Unterhaltung beenden.

Der weltbekannte Atlantis Resort ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang auf der Straße mit Zugang zu den Casino, Restaurants und Geschäften. Tageskarten für den Wasserpark und Aquarium sind für den Kauf bei Atlantis zur Verfügung.

Ob Sie Lounge am Pool oder den Kopf lieber bis zum berühmten Cabbage Beach, Handtücher und einem 5-Gallonen Wasserkrug sind vorgesehen, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie in Ihrem Urlaub erfrischt und entspannt bleiben.

Sunrise Villas the Location was Perfect

The location in Paradise Island was perfect. Wished Violas was open. That was quite a bummer not having food nearby. Really need a taxi to get around and that was OK. The amount of people flooded Atlantis from the cruise ships was very annoying. The surface cleaning was very good, but being allergic to dust, the vents could use some attention. I would recommend this condo and would stay again, but communicate to visit sites after 4 pm.

Would definitely stay again

First off, this unit definitely deserves it's positive reviews. The unit itself was very nicely renovated and has just about everything you would need for your stay. We really enjoyed the outside patio, which is arguably in the best spot of the entire complex with a direct view of the ocean and just steps away from the pool. Jordan is a great host and is extremely responsive to questions or any issues you may have during your stay. Our issues were quite small and he actually did more than he needed to remedy these. The property is far enough from Atlantis to avoid the crowds, but close enough to take the 10 minute walk to enjoy dinner and nightly entertainment if that is your thing. We, our teenage son and his friend (both 16) always felt safe going back and forth (not to mention nice wide sidewalks). Aquaventure is a little further down but a great option for the boys when they were looking for some more fun. Having the beach close by was another plus (just a few steps from the pool and down the stairs). Not too crowded but always something going on. Lastly, cannot stress enough how friendly everyone was that we encountered- a good-natured conversation can go a long way and we made friends that will last a lifetime. In a nutshell, we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful villa right at the beach!

The property was exactly as listed. Big common areas for visiting and a spectacular location. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and modern and the poolside patio was awesome. The hosts were responsive and kind. We highly recommend this property.

Lovely Development

The condo we stayed in was on the ground floor which was needed due to health issues of one of our party. We probably chose the wrong time of year for our visit as the pool water and ocean were somewhat chilly. The condo itself was very nice. We were a bit surprised to find out although it had 2 bathrooms neither was en-suite. They were both down a little hallway. Big bonus was this was the first condo we had rented over many years with a generous amount of hangars. Paradise Island is a great place to vacation - lots of restaurants on and just over the. Food/dining is very expensive so you need to plan accordingly. We ate in a few more times than we might have normally.

Perfect escape for a couple or family

We have stayed with Jordan a few times now. The resort and spacious condo has all what you need for a wonderful time. Just steps away to a private Cabbage beach area and the views are extraordinary. We look forward to many more vacations at Jordan's place.

Beautiful place. The villa is a two minute walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded at all. Villa was super quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again. Only recommendation would be if the villa had a beach umbrella to use. We had to pay $30 to use one.

Fantastic Villa in perfect location

We had a great vacation and would definitely stay at Sunrise Villas again. The location is central to everything and the location right on cabbage beach so amazing. It is truly one of the most gorgeous beaches I’ve ever seen. The owner was easy to contact and the unit was very clean. A great stay, would highly recommend!

Beautiful place, ideal location

Jordan's place was clean, and spacious. Just what we needed for a long weekend away. The proximity to all of the action was hard to beat. Right on the best beach, and close to the Four Seasons/Atlantis area -- all a short walk. Quiet place with a decent pool which felt secure. We did have a power outage for a few hours after we arrived, and Jordan was ultra responsive in dealing with it. Thankfully, we were in paradise and out by the pool and wandering around anyways. Thanks Jordan!

Family Get Away

Loved our stay, Jordan extremely helpful and responds quickly to all msgs. The villa was clean, beds very comfortable and loved our stay there. Pool directly out from our villa and beach just beyond. Cozy comfortable cottage

My family of four had a relaxing visit to Paradise Island with this cute condo being home base. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The owner, Jordan, was very easy to deal with and the beautiful beach and convenient pool were great for both my 8 and 3 year old to enjoy. An easy quick walk to Atlantis and the shops rounded out this great condo!

Great location

Perfect location for beach views from condo and easy beach access. Beach was great and not crowded. Unit was clean, spacious and owners were extremely attentive to a few small issues that happened during our stay. Easy walk to Atlantis with 11 and 8 yr old kids. Violas has good food but service could be better. Overall would recommend this Villa.

Spring break family vacation

We all really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It is a really special place and the best location. The beach is just beautiful and the pool is awesome. We spent our days going to the beach, pool, Atlantis (for Ben & Jerry's ice cream) then repeating until we could not walk anymore. The villa is so nice and clean and really had everything we needed. The guests & residents around the pool were so nice to chat with. The pool was never busy and we were often the only ones in the water. This is probably the best spot on the island. We hope to come back!

We had a wonderful stay here. Place was immaculate & quiet with comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, lots of bathroom & bedroom storage. Jordan's response to many of our emails was almost immediate. We were allowed an earlier check-in & when we told him that the beach chairs were broken, new ones were brought to us within 24 hours. We will be booking again. Good location! Fun experience!

Communication with owner was great! Very helpful. Location was also exceptional! Some of the condo features weren’t as described or need to be updated- a few outlets weren’t working, fire extinguisher was outdated, and landline wasn’t seen in condo (it wasn’t needed while we were there, thankfully.) Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The privacy was so valuable! Thanks for sharing Villa 11 with us.

Gem of a home

This property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean, Our condo immaculate & beautiful. Both bathrooms recently beautifully renovated. We particularly love the quiet location, with security gates surrounding the private villas. The owner was always quick to reply to each & every one of our emails. Beach chairs & cooler included with the rental. Large private outside patio with bar-b-que grill & with table & chairs was our spot for morning coffee, just steps from the crystal-clear pool. We walked to the Atlantis & also to the amazing Ocean Club with fantastic restaurant overlooking the ocean. This was our second stay here at this condo, we hope to book again. Thank you, Jordan! What a gem of a property!

GIrls getaway

We had a 5 day girls getaway. Was a great location. The unit was in one of the best locations on the property over looking the pool then the ocean in the distance. 30 seconds from the beach. The unit is really fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Great restaurant location on site. The complexe in general is a little outdated however it did not bother us whatsoever. Great value for your money. The beds are very comfortable which was a big bonus for me+++ We all slept well and this vacation was exactly what we needed. We would 100% stay again.

We LOVED this place and can't wait to go back!

My husband and I and our 19 & 15 year old kids stayed here for a week. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived at the villa. The owner met us there and walked us through the unit. It was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed: beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, an insulated cooler bag, rain umbrella (which we never needed!!), drinking water, plenty of toilet paper (we've rented other places that have only provided one roll), paper towels, extra blankets, sheets & towels, BBQ grill and so much more. Believe me, they have thought of everything for their guests! They also gave us some tips about local restaurants, grocery stores, etc. which was helpful because we did not rent a car for our vacation. The location was great and we walked everywhere either via the beach or the roads. We always felt safe and would highly recommend this villa to anyone!

A Paradise indeed!

My husband and I needed a little get-away after the holidays, and we were so lucky to end up in Jordan's villa on Paradise Island. It was way nicer than we expected. Check-in was super easy, and all the staff were so friendly and kind. The villa was immaculate and so comfortable, especially the bed. It has a great little kitchen with everything you need. Plenty of towels and beach towels. The location is perfect, with one of the most beautiful, clean sand beaches I have ever visited just a staircase away from the villa. The pool right outside our door was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings away from the very busy Atlantis area. Jordan was great to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't think of a thing that was lacking. Well, yes, we fell in love with the island and we want to come back next year. We'll be booking at Jordan's again!!

Perfect Getaway

This villa was the perfect getaway spot! It was cozy, clean and comfortable. Stocked very well. Beautiful view of the beach from the patio, only a few steps to actually get down to the beach. Jordan was very helpful, answered all our questions promptly. Atllantis is to the left, it is within walking distance,and all the shops and restaurants are close. If you turn right and walk about 10 minutes, the beach is pristine, quiet, and great for snorkeling. There is a village shopping center with a small grocery, restaurant and a liquor/wine shop a close walk away. If you need to stop for provisions, I suggest you do it on the way from the airport to the villa. That will save an additional fare for a taxi which can add up quickly. There is also a restaurant on site- Viola's. The food was good and it was very convenient if you just wanted a quick bite to eat. One of the best restaurants we visited was called The Poop Deck. The food was awesome! I will definitely be returning to Sunrise Beach Villas. Thanks for a great vacation!

Paradise on the beach

This villa is situated on Paradise Island, Bahamas with very easy access to Nassau, Atlantis, and has its own private beach for the complex that it was in. The interior of this villa was very clean, and had modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen and the outside grill saved us a ton of money on food by preparing it ourselves. Don't forget to shop in the grocery store on your way from the airport to the villa. The bathrooms needed an update, and the owner is doing that and other remodeling during this summer. I can't wait to see it again after the remodel. Jordan, the owner, will respond immediately if you have any problems with the villa. As I said, the villa is in a perfect place to see the island and it's attractions and adventures. Very easy to hail a cab, or even walk to see them all. I couldn't believe how friendly the people of the Bahamas are. They will go out of their way to recommend dining, attractions, and adventures. We are a family of four who have frequently visited Nassau. We began coming here on cruise ships and quickly fell in love. Being from Northern Ontario, Canada we find Paradise Island to be the perfect escape from the winter weather. Prior to purchasing this unit, we spent time at various rental properties throughout Nassau before deciding that Paradise Island was where we prefer to be.

We fell in love with this property because of its proximity to all of the attractions of Paradise Island. It is in a beautiful Villa complex, just steps away from the world renowned Cabbage Beach. Everything is within walking distance from restaurants, bars, shopping, Atlantis, etc.

The unique benefits are that the villa is poolside with an ocean view. There is no better thing to wake up to then the view of the beautiful white sand and turquoise water.

The villa complex has everything that you would need for a relaxing, fun vacation. From hammocks to Viola's bar/restaurant - there is something for everyone.
