Grazie!

A beautiful apartment. it is really great, spaceful and we felt very happy there. Perfect for us, 4 adults, one child. We found everything we needed in the flat. its really good equipped. The center of city is very very near. Also the marvellous biketrail and - not to forget - the public beach. The owner was treating us very friendly and helpful. Room maids are doing a really good job. everything very clean. Pretty place for visiting 5terre. Trainstation is near.

Ivana was a helpful and kind host during our month long stay. We thought the amount of space and the proximity to town made this apartment a great value. We were there during the most recent historic heatwave. The AC in the main large bedroom works very well and that room will sleep 3 on the queen and the twin together. Be aware the separate bedroom with two more twins will not cool as much even with all doors open. There is also a decent amount of road noise as the home sits on one of the main roads into downtown. That said, we thought it was a wonderful place to stay. The outdoor spaces including the front balcony and the shaded garden patio were very useful. We had apertivos on the balcony and frequent dinners on the patio. The home is extremely walkable to literally everything - like 5-15 minutes to all the main beaches, the bike path, great restaurants and cafes. There is a great small grocery store at the base of the hill like 5 minutes away for easy shopping and a great cafe across the street for coffee and pastries or gelato. The kitchen is new and well equipped including a dishwasher, coffee machines of all types and pots and pans. My only complaints are the knives are all very dull and the non-stick pan needs replacing. There is also an easy to use up to date washing machine with hanging lines for drying right out back. We loved our stay and thanks to Ivana for being a wonderful host.

Early 20th Century hillside mansion charming place, charming owner!

This is an old apartment built around 1911we were told. Very large rooms with the original high hand painted ceilings and ceramic mosaic floors. Just minutes on foot to the beautiful seaside town of Levanto. Close to the beach if weather permits, great restaurants and coffee shops and less than a 10 minute train ride to Monterosso the first of the Cinque Terre villages. We loved this place. Very helpful and friendly owners. Perfetto!

Lovely stay in Levanto!

We loved our week in Levanto at Villa Dahlia. The apartment was huge and wonderful. Ivana was helpful and welcoming. Location was perfect — close to Cinque Terre but away from crowds. Good food and friendly people in Levanto.

"The owner, Ivana, is very helpful and friendly. She rearranged the beds for us so our three daughters were able to share a room. The location is excellent; within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beach and the railway station. We really appreciated the balcony and terrace. The latter has a lot of privacy. There is also a DVD player which isn''t listed in the inventory. The apartment is very spacious and has character, with the original painted ceilings. The main room is a bit bare, some extra lights in the evening would make it even more atmospheric. We were there in the autumn and so had to spend more time indoors than you would probably do in the summer. We imgagine that it would be perfect in the summer since you can make a lot os use of the outdoors terrace and it would be nice and cool inside. We would be interested in going there again since we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."
