Ein Legacy Villas Studio im Obergeschoss mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einer Minibar, einem Kamin, einem kompletten Badezimmer und einem eigenen Balkon wird Ihren nächsten Aufenthalt in La Quinta komfortabel und angenehm machen. Das Schlafzimmer öffnet sich zu einem privaten Balkon mit Blick auf einen Brunnen und den Innenhof der Legacy Villas Community. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ausreichend Wohnraum mit Schrank, Schreibtisch und Kommode. Die Minibar verfügt über einen Mini-Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Einwegutensilien und Geschirr befinden sich in einem Schrank über der Minibar. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und eine separate Badewanne mit ausreichend Bettwäsche, die Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts nutzen können. Die Wohnung ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom gemeinschaftlichen Fitnesscenter, Clubhaus, Legacy Grille sowie dem Gemeinschaftspool und Spa entfernt. Die Villa kann mit LV102 (Legacy Villas Delight im Obergeschoss mit einem Schlafzimmer) kombiniert werden, um eine geräumige Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Master-Suiten zu schaffen (je nach Verfügbarkeit).

Get out of the snow

We were looking for a quick getaway with warmer temperatures for my sister and I. This was the perfect spot, close to everything we needed. The property far exceeded our expectations with a beautiful setting and lots of pools and hot tubs to use. Easy access to hiking and public pickleball courts. Had a great time and would go back again anytime.

Would have liked a few extra inexpensive things to improve immenities, specifically a bath mat and a kitchenette garbage container. There are BBQ grills but we had to buy long matches to light with and a spatula to flip and remove foods. We were told there were dishes available but there weren't so we bought paper plates, cups and plastic utensils. Despite these added costs the rental overall was clean, lovely and in nice location.

The room was dirty with stains on the dust ruffle. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep the first night. The pillows and comforter were very lumpy. I got my own so didn’t use theirs. The bedside lamp was broken and only stood up by leaning on the wall. The room was rundown.

Many pools closed , especially the main so called adult pool that let children in anyway. The air mattress for the third person was good for camping-not a hotel room. The cafe was closed the entire time (during a busy week). The tv remotes needed batteries and the screen was the size of a good computer. The door didn't close well and the refrigerator was too warm. Security was good!

Thank you for staying with us and leaving this review. There are no pools in the community marked as "adult pools". All pools are family friendly. Legacy Villas has 12 pools. The main pool has been fully remodeled about 3 months ago and is gorgeous. I'm assuming that the guest is referring to the lap pool. The remodeling construction was just finished there. The unit is a studio with a king bed and an air mattress that can accommodate a child. We don't recommend this unit for 3 adults, they would be better suited at our one or two bedroom properties. Legacy Grille is open on Saturdays and Sundays in the season. Please check on this once you get to the community, if you are interested. La Quinta Resort is about 10-15 minute walk, and there you will find excellent restaurants and a very nice coffee shop, open year round. The guest never reported any issues with the TV, remote control or the mini fridge during his stay. We are happy to help our guests with anything they need during their stay.

I asked to check in an hour early, and Joy handled it smoothly, with ease, and with perfect customer service. The employees at the gate were very friendly. The mini fridge, microwave, a.c., and other little touches were wonderful. Bed w as comfy, great soaking tub, plenty of linens. The one thing that I would say needs a little clarification is the parking. There are garages for some of the rentals, some reserved spots, and the rest is open parking. The open spots are exactly like the reserved ones, they just don't say reseved, which sounds like common sense. But when I first arrived, I was unsure if those spots were actually reserved or not.

A wonderful week at Legacy Villas in La Quinta

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Since we retired we take a three week trip every February to get a break from winter in Wisconsin. This year we travelled southwest and spent eight days at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. It was a perfect beginning to our trip! Legacy Villas is a beautiful gated community with close set, but still very private units of various sizes. We chose a second floor 'studio' unit without kitchen facilities which was fine for our purposes although it would have been nice if the under-counter refrigerator uin t had had a freezer section to store some ice. We had trouble with the electronic coded lock when we arrived and getting connected to the internet, but Quinn from California Vacations was readily available and took care of the problems. The unit was clean and very bright, and we spent most of our time on the small patio enjoying the lovely weather. Legacy Villas is right against the mountains in a beautiful setting. They had some severe damage due to flooding from a five inch rain last September, but you would never know it. The grounds are beautiful and the main poll is absolutely fantastic! There are many great restaurants within an easy drive (Roy's, Cliff House, Stuft Pizza, Beer Hunter) as well as a Von's and Trader Joe's nearby for groceries. We are not golfers, but there are many other things to do in the desert cities (Indian Canyons, Living Desert, Joshua Tree). Working with California Vacations was fantastic and I would highly recommend Legacy Villas. We hope to return, perhaps for a longer stay in a unit with kitchen facilities.

Lack of responsiveness by management

The location here was fine for me. Once I got into the unit the large trashcan near the hamper was completely full and had not been emptied. The Internet did not work and I could not get it reset. I sent multiple messages and made four or five phone calls. Staff was not able to fix the Internet but gave me a secondary connection that worked during the day but it did not work at night. Of course this meant I could not connect to Netflix and other things on the television that required Internet. The air conditioning rattled from the ceiling from the minute it turned on until the minute it turned off. This complaint had been lodged in prior reviews. The desk chair was broken and was not able to be used. Due to the fact that management was not responsive to the calls or messages sent no one helped me as it’s related to the trash rattling air conditioning broken chair. There was some satisfaction with the Internet working for a short time and that team member was very Helpful. I feel most bad for the owner of the unit as the management failed them and me the gas this time. I have rentals with management companies that are certainly more responsive.

Home away from home, and then some

Wonderful stay! The property and it’s amenities are fabulous, we felt like we were at an exclusive resort. The room setup was perfect and what a treat to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee listening to the fountains and watching the palm trees sway. We will definitely be coming back!

Love the area

We love Legacy Villas; it’s a beautiful area. This particular one is in a great location overlooking a fountain. Cons: some maintenance issues that tell me the property manager is overwhelmed, but trying. The door connecting it to the unit next door is thin, so dealt with neighbor noise. I would not suggest a studio again.

Beautiful condo complex in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very much enjoyed our stay especially walking around this condo complex. Clean condo and all went well. Toaster and safe were both inoperable however.
