Great Beach View

The main feature of this unit is the wrap around balcony beach front view. Three bedrooms, nicely appointed. Short drive to many good restaurants. About a mile from a Gulf State Park Trail head. Perfect walking trails.

Happy place with amazing views

We stayed there for two weeks and it was great! We loved it! Easy drive to the property, easy access, a corner unit with big comer balcony and amazing view. Grocery stores were very close too - very convenient.

Family time

The property was everything we look for in a family vacation! The location was excellent and beach was never crowded even for mid June. The condo was very well stocked in a every room even for those that prepare a lot of meals themselves. Someone even came by after our arrival to ask if we needed extra towels, linens, etc. I was texted throughout the week to assure we had everything we needed. Not one complaint for the week. We will definitely return again soon.

Awesome, except this property uses keys rather than a keypad. Keys made check-in and check-out (and keeping track of the on the beach!) messy, but everything else was otherwise perfect!!!

Great Orange Beach Vacation

We loved the location of the property. It was nice to not have big condo's on either side. It definitely meant less people on the beach near us. The property is so close to Publix and other stores, literally across the street. We loved being on the 7th floor. It was the perfect view. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The carpet was worn but that didn't bother us at all. Everything was very clean. We loved the big balcony but the door was really hard to open, understandable because of the salt water wear and tear. All in all, we would stay here again on our next trip to the beach!

Good location that needs some tlc

We love the location. This unit overall was good, but needs some things fixed. The shower knob in guest bathroom was broken when we arrived. Contacted Liquid Life, but it still had not been assigned to a maintenance technician the next afternoon. My husband bought knob and fixed it himself because shower was unusable. TV's in bedrooms had nothing you could watch unless you had a streaming service and living room only had a few channels that kept cutting off. Unit had plenty of closet space, but could use some storage for clothing in bedrooms. Refrigerator drawer was broken. The balcony was great! Overall condo was good for our family. I just think it could be better with a few things fixed.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Summerchase many times, but this was the first time in 701. We were overall not pleased. The carpet was badly stained in the bedrooms. The wet bar countertop and sink was missing. It was laying in the master closet with random pieces of granite. I called about these issues as soon as we arrived, and were told they were entering a ticket. We never saw nor heard back. I sent many texts and pictures. On the final day I received an email saying we would get our cleaning fee back, which I did appreciate. We will not stay in Summerchase 701 again.

Needs some maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fabulous and since it is located as an end unit, but balcony was nice. Two TVs did not work when we arrived but when we called they arrived quickly. The only problem was the carpet in all 3 bedrooms were filthy. The had stains all over them. The hall bathroom's commode kept getting hung on the chain with the flapper and the master bathroom vent sounded terrible - we were afraid to use. I found the lost TV changer behind the nightstand in the twin bedroom along with a water bottle.

It was great. We have stayed in this unit several times. Love it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo layout was good and the appliances were good. However the carpets were stained and a dinning chair needs the cover repaired. Also had a lot of problems with the second toilet and it was worked on several times. The support team was very good when we had a problem. Before I would recommend this condo to a friend the problems need to be fixed.

Very nice condo, centrally located and a short drive to anywhere. Condo was clean and comfortable.
