Our beautiful residence is very close to the 'Plaza de los Naranjos' in the heart of the old part of Marbella (Casco Antiguo).
It is a typical Spanish house, with views over the surrounding Andalusian roofs, being in the very center of the old part.
It is divided over four floors.
At the entrance there is a large hallway, a room with two sofas, bathroom and TV.
On the second floor a living room with dining room, typical Andalusian terrace kitchen.
On the third floor, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, terrace furnished with deck chairs and flower pots.
On the fourth floor a spacious bedroom, a bathroom with tub/shower and a small terrace adorned with flower plants.
It's perfect for 6 people. The structure is family-run and is also suitable for couples or small groups of friends, even for families with children
The beach is only 500 meters as the crow flies, about a 5-minute walk.
Not suitable for people with reduced mobility
