Ruhige, charmante Lage am besten Strand von Delaware Seashores. Lage am Meer mit zwei großen abgeschirmten Veranden, zwei Schlafzimmern und 1 1/2 Bad. Für 7 Personen, Kingsize-Bett im Master, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett und ein Einzelbett, und es gibt ein Schlafsofa. Highspeed-Internet und Kabel, drei Flachbildfernseher, voll ausgestattete Küche, Geschirrspüler, Gasgrill und eine Außendusche. Wäschetrockner. Es gibt genügend Parkplätze und einen bequemen Spaziergang oder eine Radtour in die Stadt Rehoboth Beach oder Dewey Beach. Der Trolley fährt in der Chesapeake Street ab. Schöne Sonnenaufgänge und Sonnenuntergänge. Bringen Sie Ihre eigene Bettwäsche mit. Direkt vor der Strandwohnung befindet sich eine Mietstation für Sessel und Sonnenschirme. Bewachter Strand. Der Frühling und Herbst sind auch eine schöne Zeit, um an den Strand zu kommen. Alle Restaurants und Aktivitäten sind das ganze Jahr über geöffnet. Nice find!

Rented this home for a week for a family of 5. Location was perfect, parking for 2 cars was convenient, decor was darling. This home has amazing views of the beach. Hope to be back!

Disgraceful

As we walked to the front patio, there were weeds and broken terra cotta planters. The registers were covered with black mold and dripping condensate onto the beds. Many of the drawers were covered with mold. The screened in porch on the first level was filled with broken toys and a broken beach cart. The smoke detector didn't work. The shower drained onto the patio and had neither a shelf nor a hook for towels. The closet in the front entryway had severe chipping and peeling of paint - and since the house was built before 1978, there was most likely exposure to lead. We had two young children with us who have allergies and this was completely unacceptable. We left after a conversation with the owner, who is also a Realtor, and she guaranteed us a full return of our monies. If I had previewed the property I would have never booked a vacation there. If I were to rate my stay, I would have given NO stars, but since that is not a category - I had to check one star.

Fabulous August Vacation!

This was our third time staying in this townhouse and (as usual) we loved it! Morning coffee on the master bedroom deck, steps away from the beach, easy walks into Dewey and Rehoboth. Suzanne is wonderful to work with and very accommodating. We will be back!

Great little getaway!

We LOVE this place! This was our second visit and we loved it even more this time. Waking up to the sun rising over the ocean can't be beat! Location is incredible (easy walk to Dewey and a short bike ride into Rehoboth), and the layout of the home was perfect for our family of five. We put our older kids in the bunk beds and had our baby on the other side of the room divider. It was perfect! Suzanne is wonderful to work with--we will definitely be back!

Relaxing & Beautiful View

My husband and I wanted a weekend gateway and this was perfect. He was in the Dewey Triathlon and it was the prefect spot to walk down to the end of the street and watch! We enjoyed the two deck views and the quietness of the home! We will definitely be renting again! Thank you!

Amazing view and acess to the beach

This is our 3rd year returning to Suzanne's house. We love it, walking out the sliders to the beach is just amazing, no packing up your stuff and your family and paying to park somewhere for beach access. Suzanne is wonderful to deal with, can talk to her anytime for anything.

Always amazing

Our family has made Suzanne's beach house our go to location to kick off the summers. Love the cottage feel and stepping off the back porch right into the sand. We will continue going back every year as long as the house remains available.

Wonderful Vacation!!

This rental was the perfect beach get away for our family. The unit is very nicely decorated with a beachy feel, and plenty of space for our family of 4 (2 teenage boys) to spread out a little. It is tucked back away from other rentals so it was really a relaxing place to enjoy your vacation. You can see the beach clearly from the master bedroom. We loved the screened in porches on both levels. We stayed the middle of June and were pleasantly surprised that you could go out to the beach at noon and still get a front row space by the lifeguard. The beach didn't get that crowded which was an added bonus for us. You can walk to Dewey restaurants for some really nice food. There was a place that had steamed crabs and seafood where you can sit outside and pick crabs. We also enjoyed the Starboard restaurant which offered wraps, burgers, salads, and lite fare. Across from the Starboard, there is more upscale dining. We brought our bikes and were able to get to the Rehoboth boardwalk by riding past Silver Lake. It was a nice bike ride with a lot of beautiful scenery. I must say I believe this was our best family vacation to date. For those that want a laid back, relaxing beach vacation -- I would definitely recommend this rental!!

Lovely spot!

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in this Dewey Beach townhouse. Comfortable,well-equipped, and FABULOUS location. Watched sun rise over ocean from master bedroom. Lovely screened porches. We hope to return!

Great oceanfront views

The views from the living room and master bedroom were beautiful. The location is within walking distance to restaurants which was great for our family. Loved going out every evening for a walk on the beach. Would recommend to family's with children of all ages. It's great because you are located right on the beach. You don't have to walk across busy streets. Will go back again. Also, the owner is very easy to work with and very helpful.

Great Beach Front Property

Great property located right on the beach. It was also an easy walk to the bars and restaurants in dewey beach. Beautiful views from the both the living room and upstairs master bedroom and a great porch for enjoying dinner. Very reasonably priced and it was a great location for our girls weekend. Also the owner was nice and helpful with any concerns!

Nice Beach Front Townhouse

Lovely little place right on the beach, great for our family of 6! Cute beachy feel with open layout and whitewash boards. Walk out the screened porch and directly on to the dunes. Large windows and slider in master bedroom allowed for us to enjoy the sounds and breeze from the ocean all night long. Two issues that I hope are changed before we come back again (and we WILL be back) are updating of the mattresses and repairs to the screens on porch and doors. The master king is two twins with no cover, so I was constantly waking in the middle of the bed to the ridges of the two mattress.... :( Kids were happy in the bunk room which had twin bunks and a seperatly twin bed, with the added bonus of a divider to make it two smaller private rooms. Bathroom was small but cute and served it's purpose, and the 1/2 bath was helpful. We took advantage of the outdoor shower in the back, but the kids hated having to walk all the way around the blind to access it in the rear. Cute private patio at the entrance. Nice table and chairs on screened porch where we ate breakfast and relaxed. Enjoyed coffee in the am on the top porch at the master bedroom!

Great Beach House!

The beach house was great. With having easy beach access right in front of the house, it made our trips very easy. Also very close to restaurants and bars in Dewey. I would highly recommend!
