Nice vila and stay in Uggiano la Chiesa

We 4 families (14 people) booked all the apartments (the complete villa) for one week (Ester time). The location is great. All of the important sightseeing places in Salento (Lecce, Otranto, Leuca, Gallipoli, and all the famous beaches) can be reached in a short time. Rooms very good and comfortable with a separate bathroom in each apartment. The terrace is great for a big company and barbecue. The 3 restaurants recommended by Luana in Uggiano la Chiesa have different categories but with very good food and much cheaper compared to restaurants at the same category in Otranto or Lecce. The owner Luana and her friend Antonio are very polite young and handsome couple. We have had really very nice holidays and highly recommend this villa.

Posto bellissimo

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è molto accogliente e pulita. La proprietaria é disponibilissima e molto gentile. La casa si trova in un paesino con poca confusione ma a 10 minuti dal mare con la macchina.

Fantastica vacanza

Abbiamo trascorso io e la mia famiglia tre settimane ad agosto dal 6/8 al 27/8/16 ad Uggiano la Chiesa piccolo paese vicino Otranto , dove quello che cerchi trovi soprattutto dal punto di vista culinario e non solo. La signora Luana proprietaria dell'appartamento da noi affittato è gentilissima è disponibile, l'immobile rispecchiava alla perfezione le caratteristiche descritte all'atto della nostra prenotazione ,il terrazzo con gazebo e barbecue FANTASTICO!!!!!! L'appartamento è attrezzato perfettamente, non manca nulla, tutto nuovo e soprattutto ci ha impressionato la pulizia al nostro arrivo. Consigliamo le spiagge dei Laghi Alimini , un po' delusi da Porto Badisco perché invaso da turisti e spazio vitale di spiaggia minimo. Abbiamo seguito i consigli della signora Luana in merito ai locali dove poter assaporare la cucina pugliese e cosa dire....... Abbiamo mangiato divinamente ed a costi da lasciarci a bocca aperta quanto sia stato conveniente. Ci torneremo perché abbiamo vissuto una vera e propria vacanza all'insegna del relax e del gusto. La vacanza perfetta

Bellissima! Poca una settimana! Rimanete di più!

Luana gentilissima, e sempre disponibile! Al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito le migliori informazioni per muoverci al meglio, consigliandoci sia luoghi bellissimi da vedere che tragitti migliori per arrivarci. La casa era pulitissima. Abbiamo alloggiato all'appartamento piano terra, con un retro fantastico, attrezzato di barbecue e atmosfera suggestiva per delle cene da ricordare. In cucina non mancava nulla, cosa difficile da trovare. La posizione è ottima, a 5 minuti di macchina da Otranto e dalla via di collegamento ai maggiori punti di interesse, sia in direzione sud che nord. Assolutamente consigliatissimo! Non si può rimanere delusi!

ottima soluzione per una vacanza in salento

Bellissimo monolocale, recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con gusto, pulito con massima cura e fornito di tutto ciò che può servire. Posto in una zona tranquilla, con la possibilità di lasciare l'auto davanti l'appartamento, è in posizione perfetta per chi vuole girare le città e le meravigliose spiagge del salento. La signora Luana è stata gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato: Assolutamente SI!!

Location super !

Location idéale pour deux familles. Maison sur deux étages composée de deux appartements similaires sur chaque niveau. Une grande terrasse au rez de chaussée et une grande terrasse sur le toit. Maison fonctionnelle, très propre et accueillante, décoration au goût du jour. Endroit très calme. Village de Uggiano très sympathique et dynamique (fête de Santa Madalena pendant 3 jours. ).Idéalement placé pour visiter la région du Salento dans les Pouilles. Porto Badisco est à 5min en voiture. La propriétaire est soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans cette région magnifique.

Grazioso monolocale a pochissimi km da Otranto

Monolocale molto carino, appena ristrutturato, dotato di mobili ed elettrodomestici nuovi, pulito con estrema cura e situato in una zona tranquilla, a pochissimi km da Otranto. Da sottolineare l'accoglienza di Luana, che si distingue per gentilezza e grande disponibilitá.

Sentirsi a casa lontano da casa

Bellissima settimana trascorsa nel monolocale di Luana, a pochissimi km da Otranto. Situato in una zona tranquilla, appena ristrutturato, rifinito con gusto ed eleganza, estremamente pulito, dotato di ogni comfort e di un bel giardino con ingresso indipendente. Da rimarcare la gentilezza e la disponibilitá di Luana. Assolutamente consigliato!

nice appartment and terrace

We were very happy with the apartment and the big terrace above the village with a nice view. also luana was very nice and very helpful. the apartment is modern and well located close to otranto and porto badisco. everything reachable in 10 min by car. thanks luana for the nice stay.

Colazione in terrazza... Cena in veranda!!!

In 13 ragazzi/e siamo stati 4 giorni ospiti della casa di Luana... E non ci saremmo mai aspettati di poterci godere così tanto questo breve soggiorno. Dislocati sui 2 appartamenti dotati di tutte le necessità e comodità, per non parlare della posizione veramente strategica per poter raggiungere facilmente tutti i luoghi che volevamo visitare, cambiando un paio di spiagge al.giorno senza dover fare troppa strada o perdere tempo in auto. È la quarta volta che personalmente torno in Salento e ogni volta è una gioia!! Fantastiche le colazioni in terrazza con vista mare (2km) e la cena in veranda con un bel barbecue ed una cucina attrezzata anche per sfamare 13 persone. Il paese inoltre è molto carino e grande la gentilezza e la disponibilità della sua gente, cosi come di Luana, gentile e professionale. Le foto... Non rendono giustizia... Tutto comodo anche in tanti!!! Da provare assolutamente per una vacanza perfetta!!

Vacanza Relax!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento al piano terra nella prima settimana di settembre. Periodo ideale per rilassarsi evitando la confusione di agosto. Temperatura perfetta. La casa è accogliente, molto pulita e fresca. Si trova in un paesino tranquillo, ma nello stesso tempo con tutti i servizi e a pochi minuti dal mare, da Otranto, Castro, Leuca e altre località turistiche. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto il letto molto comodo e lo spazio sul retro della casa: ideale per cenare e fare colazione. Sono stati utilissimi i consigli della proprietaria per scoprire le mete che solo i locali conoscono. Davvero consigliato in settembre. Silvio e Andrea

Perfect holidays in a perfect place

We highly recommend this part of Italy, "Il Salento". we came there from august 31th to septembre 11th, the weather was great: 35 degrees everyday. Sun, sea, food, poeple, so many good moments... We rented the appartment of Luana in Uggiano La Chiesa for 11 days, warm welcome by Antonio, the place is just perfect. We were 2 in that appartment but you can come with friens, there are 2 rooms and the possibility to sleep in the living room. There's a bathroom with all commodities and also a washing machine and that is great! The kitchen is really fonctional and there's that balcony on the roof with a 360 degrees view. We highly recommend this appartment, the owners are really nice people, the village is near the sea, near the city of Otranto and other many places to visit. (all the coast to Leuca, Otranto, Alimini, Gallipolli, Lecce and the Ionian coast) Sure we'll come again in the future, thanks to Luana and Antonio.

Ottima soluzione

Siamo stati ospiti della signora Luana che sin da subito è stata davvero gentilissima. Appena siamo arrivati ci ha accolti con un rinfresco e subito dopo ci ha mostrato l'appartamento, ben arredato e soprattutto pulito. Nonostante sia ad Uggiano è molto vicina al mare (3minuti in macchina) e ad Otranto centro (5minuti). Siamo contenti della nostra scelta. In una sola parola: Consigliatissima! Ruim apportement met mooi dakterras

Ruim en modern appartement. Bestaat uit twee delen en een mooi zeer groot dakterras. Plus nog een eigen balkon. Ruime schone badkamer. Gelegen in een rustige buurt aan de rand van het dorp, met uitzicht op landerijen. 10 minuten rijden naar Baya Badisco, een heel fijn strandje aan een kleine baai. Gunstig gelegen voor Otranto, Lecce en de mooie kustweg naar Lueca.

Excellent niveau de confort !

L'appartement de Luana est d'un excellent niveau de confort, spacieux et trè bien équipé. L'accueil est chaleureux, et des bicylettes sont même gracieusement mises à disposition. Les terrasses sont très agréables et ombragées. La mer est quelques kilomètres. Un lieu de vacances à recommander sans hésitation.

La nostra vacanza nel Salento

Casa vacanza n.6386558 Uggiano La Chiesa. Appartamento in villa in ottime condizioni pulito e ben attrezzato a pochi chilometri dalle più belle spiagge e dai più bei paesaggi salentini. La cordialità e simpatia della proprietaria ha contribuito a rendere piacevole la nostra vacanza.

Splendida vacanza

Abbiamo fatto una splendida vacanza in Puglia, il Salento è bellissimo. La casa in cui abbiamo soggiornato era comoda, fresca e con un comodo garage per l'auto che così rimaneva sempre all'ombra. Luana, la proprietaria gentilissima e cordiale. Uggiano non è proprio sulla costa però è facilmente raggiungibile e tutto sommato comodo. Grazie Puglia Marco

Excellent séjour, excellent accueil.

Un séjour extra dans les pouilles. L'appartement était très propre, et très fonctionnel, nous avions l'appartement situé à l'étage, soit 2 chambres plus un lit dans le salon. Très spacieux, un parking couvert, et une magnifique terrasse ouverte à 360° sur le toit du batiment (terrasse privative). L'appartement est fonctionnel, il manque seulement quelques ustensiles de cuisine comme un ouvre boite ou une râpe à pécorino. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuse, le ménage inclus est un plus, et l'environnement est vivant malgré que nous soyons en retrait du village. Pour la situation, 3 kilomètres de la mer (en courant, il fait chaud attention) 5 kilomètres de la magnifique ville d'OTRANTO. On a le choix des plages du nord d'otranto ou des côtes rocheuses de San Césaréa jusqu'à Santa Maria Di Leuca. Extrèmement bien situé, la ville de Uggiano est typique et très jolie. Il faudrait ajouter à mon avis, des informations (comment avoir internet, excursions en bateaux, ....) Excellent choix et excellent accueil, nous espérons revenir très vite. Merci et à bientot

vacanza perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana, e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Eravamo 13 ragazzi, e devo dire che abbiamo trovato tuti i servizi del caso ( griglia, terrazzo con gazzebo..). I due appartamenti erano ben forniti,puliti, spaziosi. Prezzo giusto per i servizi offerti, proprietaria disponibile per tutto, e anche se la zona in un primo momento sembra lontano da tutto ,ci si muove molte facilmente avendo un Conad a 10 minuti a piedi e il mare a soli 4 km,molto bello. Da tornarci.

bel appartement meublé

L'appartement est très bien équipé, bien meublé et est doté de très bons matelas.les persiennes laissent passer un courant d'air rafraichissant... il y a une belle terrasse panoramique au dessus. Durant la semaine du 19/07 au 26/07, nous avons eu la chance d'assister à la fête religieuse, ainsi qu aux concerts et manèges (pour notre enfant qui s'est régalé). l'appartement est à 5 kms d'otranto, soit 10 minutes en voiture. il y a une belle petite plage à otranto avec une mer sublime, très apprécié par notre enfant. Comme dans toute la région, prévoir les produits anti-moustiques...
