Der beste Weg, um Loon 15 zu beschreiben, ist gemütlich und intim und preiswert. Dieses kleine Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern (1200 m²) eignet sich gleichermaßen für einen romantischen Kurzurlaub für zwei, eine kleine Familie mit Kindern und Haustieren (keine Katzen) oder drei Paare an einem Golfwochenende.

Der Deschutes River bietet die Kulisse für das Haus. Der Kardinal Landing Bridge ist nur wenige Schritte von der Rückseite Deck und lädt Sie ein, über dem nationalen Gesamtstruktur oder Spaziergang entlang des Flusses auf dem angrenzenden Radweg zu überqueren. Die Besitzer zücken ihre Kajaks an der Brücke nach einem gemütlichen float auf der Deschutes.

Im Winter knistert der Kamin mit einem freundlichen Holzfeuer und den Whirlpool durch Schnee lockt umgeben. Im Sommer liegt der Fokus der Achterdeck durch bewaldete Freifläche umgeben ist. Das knisternde Gasgrill wird dazu dienen, bis das Abendessen als Hirsch in den Blick schweifen und geschwätzig Gänse geringen Overhead fliegen. Eine neue Ping-Pong-Tisch wartet auf eine Familie Turnier in der Garage und bietet Spaß das ganze Jahr über.

Das Haus verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und zwei weitere Schlafzimmer, alle mit Queen-Size-Betten ausgestattet. Die voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Herd mit Backofen, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler. Der angrenzende Essbereich sechs für die Mahlzeiten ebenso wie die Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse sitzen.

Zur Ausstattung gehören: 2 Fernseher, DVD / CD-Player, hallo-Speed-Internet mit WIFI, 4 Fahrräder (zwei Kreuzer und zwei 10-fach) und Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Wäscherei / Schlamm Zimmer bietet ausreichend Platz für Skier oder Golfschläger. Es gibt eine Garage für 1 Auto und ausreichend Parkplätze abseits der Straße.

Perfect for a quick vacation!

House was very clean, furniture in living room and dining room were nice, would have preferred softer beds...emailed manager as hot tub did not heat past 90, but enjoyed our time away anyway! Loved the wildlife around the house: many deer (with babies!), squirrels and a cute little otter in the river.

Quiet Location

Overall house was good. Only thing that could have been better we’re new blinds for back slider. Obvious that they had broke several times and could not open blinds without the blind slats falling down.

The rental was perfect for the two of us and the location centrally located and near the river. Went to Bend, Sisters and spent time in the village enjoying the shops and restaurants. First trip to Sunriver

Bathrooms/kitchen very clean. Good house. Not as close to the river as listing alluded to. Really dusty bedrooms, lots of cobwebs. Hot tub was only 73 degrees when we showed up and there was dog hair on the floors but we didn’t bring a dog. For that expensive of a cleaning fee would have thought the house to be cleaner upon arrival.

I have reported the cleaning notes you included to our housekeeping dept. and because they "air out " the home between guests by opening all windows and doors for a few hours, sometimes dust has been an issue and we apologize for the dust! Hot tubs are drained and filled between guests and new water can take a bit to heat completely...We hope you'll come back and stay with us again!

The hot tub repair must have happened when we were out for a walk and unaware that he had come, so we actually called again. Ok

We booked excited for a relaxing hot tub/home. Hot tub doesn’t work properly. Older but maintained. Many bugs. Spider in my bed and in the bathroom. I know they can’t ensure no bugs but finding many spiders inside was not fun. Covered in bites. Some from the mosquitoes for sure bring your bug spray! TV wasn’t working my son was able to get it working but many parts were unplugged luckily he was able to fix it. We love Sunriver and come yearly. Wouldn’t book this one again.

Excellent stay!

Highly recommend for the price. Quiet, nice neighborhood, easy to get to Mt Bachealor and everything you need immediately within 15 minutes.

Small but nice

I only gave 3 stars because the hot tub was broken and the reason we rented this house was for the hot tub. Ping pong table wasn't use able do to the garage being to small to play in. The house was clean and we did like the large mud room.
