It's a bit out dated but still really nice! It's the best location, close/walking distance to the larger Beach Club pool with bar and restaurant. Maid service everyday was a nice bonus and Nancy the concierge was incredible. She was kind and helpful when things came up and always quick to respond. She had great dinner recommendations, and helped us arrange our golf cart and shuttles and excursions. Nancy get's an A+++++! Our family had a great stay!

The condo was extremely comfortable and clean. It was furnished with everything we wanted or needed. HRG was fantastic to work with. We had a tire that was going flat because of a screw upon arrival at the rental office. Unsolicited one of the employees jumped in and changed our tire and took us to a local fixit tire repair shop. The tire was completely fixed and we were back on the road in minutes. I tell that to illustrate just how customer service oriented HRG is. They were immediately responsive to any an all requests we may have made. I will definitely rent from them again. I already recommended them to friends who are coming next month. I also recommend them to you.

Unforgettable and One-of-a-Kind Experience at Los Sueños

It became a reality through the ample condo, the attentive staff, and the surrounding areas + property. We loved the private pool so near-by our condo and regularly visited along with the Los Sueños pool bar/main pool which has an incredible, picturesque view. Meli, Adrian, Kenneth, and Maricarmen at the pool bar are stars!We rented a golf cart for our stay which was fun to hop on and off of when we traveled around the property - whether it was to have breakfast at Dolce Vita or pick-up snacks at Jimmy T's Provision - it was handy to rent. The management and entire team were courteous, professional, and present. The amenities and layout of 6C was spacious with two beautiful balconies, a large window-facing kitchen, and high ceilings. We had room service each day and thank Tatiana for her sweet services + amiable spirit.Lastly, it wouldn't have been the trip it was if it wasn't for the Head Concierge, Harold! Who was there whenever we had a question and who handled our stay with a youthful spirit.We look forward to visiting again!

Bella Vista July 2017

The condo was very well furnished, maid service was great. We did have a dryer problem but Luis had a serviceman there in a very short time. I was a bit disappointed with the unit being "handicapped accessible". There were three sets of steps to get to the elevator. The family loved Costa Rica went to Tortuga (great success), the Zipline/ATV's, and of course loved the pools. I recommend food at Los Suenos and also Jaco has some great shops and restaurants. Most of all are the people, so friendly and helpful.

We LOVED staying at the Bella Vista condo - it was above and beyond. Gorgeous, well appointed, housekeeping was ON POINT and Luis was a valuable asset as our Concierge. THANK YOU for allowing our family to experience this place that felt much like our own home.

Amazing stay

I had an amazing time at Los Suenos thanks to HRG. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made everything a perfect trip for my friends and me. We were totally pampered and treated like VIPs! The property was stunning and had every amenity I could ask for. I would highly recommend HRG!

Loved Los Suenos!

The location is perfect for any adventure you may want to experience. There is a golf course on the property, as well as a first class marina with shopping. At Jimmie T's provisions you can get anything you may want to create gourmet meals. Our condo was lovely and very spacious. There were seven adults in our party and we never felt crowded. We also liked the location of the Bella Vista condos. We were very close to the Beach Club, which was great, as well as the marina and Marriott. We rented a golf cart which made getting around the property easy and fun!The staff at HRG were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the refrigerator the first day, and maintenance was there almost immediately after our call. HRG also arranged some of our excursions, which was also nice.Everyone agreed that it was the best vacation yet. We hope to return next year and stay in the same condo!
