FRISCH RENOVIERT!! Suchen Sie nicht weiter Ihren Traumurlaub! Meere der Tag liegt in der exklusiven Gated Golf-Front Gemeinschaft von Wasserrand angrenzenden Rosemary Beach entlang der höchst wünschenswert Scenic Highway 30A entfernt. Es verfügt über 5 Schlafzimmer und Bäder, die sich über drei Ebenen erstrecken, und verfügt über maßgeschneiderte Annehmlichkeiten wie hohe Decken, Holzböden, individuelle Schränke und Granit-Arbeitsplatten. Seas The Day bietet Platz für bis zu 14 Gäste und bietet kostenfreies WLAN.

Der private Pool zu Hause kann für eine Gebühr erhitzt werden, Genuss zu jeder Jahreszeit möglich ist. Die überdachte hintere Veranda hat einen Gas-Grill und Tisch für vier, mit Außendusche nebeneinander. Gleich hinter dem Pool-Bereich ein von Palmen gesäumten Fußgängerweg Strand Freilos 120 Meter entfernt an der Nachbarschaft führt. Mit nur 26 Standorten und einem Sicherheitstor hat Water’s Edge fast keinen Autoverkehr.

Die erste Etage hat eine offene, großzügige Wohnbereich mit Holzböden und hohen Decken. Es umfasst Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich, so dass für viele Familientreffen Platz. Reichlich Fenster in einer Fülle von natürlichem Licht und gehobene Ausstattung der Küsten Hütte Stimmung zu verbessern. Die Küche verfügt über großzügige Schränke und Ablageflächen, darunter eine Theke mit Sitzgelegenheiten für vier Personen. Der Tisch aus Kiefernholz bietet bequem Platz für acht Personen.

Das abgeschiedene Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett im ersten Stock verfügt über einen privaten Zugang zur Diele mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Standwaschbecken. Die zweite Etage verfügt über drei weitere Schlafzimmersuiten, ein Königschlafzimmer, ein zweites Königinschlafzimmer und einen Königmeister. Der Master verfügt über einen eigenen überdachten Balkon mit seitlichem Blick auf den Golf und ein luxuriöses Bad mit tiefen, Whirlpool und separater ebenerdiger Dusche. This home was perfect for family and friends. Our boys are almost getting too big for the bunks but they loved the bunk room and having their own porch and bathroom. I loved the main master over the pool. Every morning I would sit on the porch with our doodle and she would say hi to walkers by. It was October so I may have the pool heated next time but mid day it was awesome!So many great memories - 2nd time in waters edge and gated entrances are very much preferred. Great kitchen and large table for games and dinners! thank you.

Beautiful home and fabulous location. The home was thoughtfully laid out and the host thought of everything for families coming to stay a week at the beach. Superior property

We do an annual beach trip with our adult children and their partners and our dogs. This house is one of the best we’ve rented. Wonderful amenities, easy beach access, very clean. We will keep this house in mind when next we visit the 30A area.

Great Stay at Seas The Day

We loved our stay at Seas The Day. We had 8 adults and 6 kids and we fit great. Check in and out is very easy. The house is in a great location and is very comfortable. The kitchen is large enough that multiple people can be in there preparing a meal at the same time. We would definitely go back there.

Location, location, location!

Amazing property located in an ideal location in the Waters Edge neighborhood close to the beach and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the Pearl Hotel. We walked and biked everywhere! The beach was just a short walk with chair and umbrella service provided. Can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely rent again!

The location is amazing and the house was perfect. From super comfy bed to beach chairs to an amazing heated pool, we had a great week together. Great family location and beautiful house. This is an excellent property and we loved our stay here. Easy access to all that Rosemary Beach and Seacrest has to offer by foot or bicycle makes Waters Edge a prime location. The beach is wonderful, however steps down to the beach would make it somewhat challenging for elderly visitors. The outdoor area is perfect for all ages and everyone enjoyed the pool! The house itself is well equipped with all the basic necessities and the beds and bedding were the most comfortable we've experienced over years of renting We'll definitely be back to "Seas the Day" .

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could not get a better location. The place was well stocked- had everything we needed. Was not cleaned very well and furniture covers and rugs were dirty too.

Being on the beach side of 30A was a real plus! The bedrooms are comfortable and the living area easily accommodates a crowd. Loved it!
