The location is perfect, very convenient. Rooms are clean. Fabiano let’s keep the luggage in the apartment until 3:30 pm which is a great help for us, because our train depart at 4 pm. We really appreciate that.

The host did a great job of helping us with local questions. The property was well-kept. We were glad for the size of the apartment and location to the traon stations amd vaporetto.

Perfect for Us

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Venice, close to the train station, yet very quiet. Be warned, the Vaporetto can be very, very crowded, but you can reach all the main tourist areas, by walk, in 35 minutes or less. Our host, Fabiano, was fantastic, he made sure everything went smoothly. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space

Great apartment

Fabiano makes you feel at home. Apartment has the basic needs for you to spend a few days. Venice can be challenging regarding where to stay. Apartment is within walking distance from the train station. Fabiano worked with us to keep our bags on the room until our night departure, we were lucky he had no guests coming in that day. Great base to explore the area and Fabiano takes pride in offering a good service.

Top Lage, super sauer, alles bestens!

Lage ist hervorragend, gerade wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Wir haben den Bootstransfer genutzt. Wenn man den richtigen wählt, muss man mit den Koffern nur ein kl. Stückchen laufen. Das Appartement hatte eine überdurchschnittliche Größe, somit sehr angenehm. Es war sehr sauber und sehr ruhig. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Saubere und ordentlich Wohnung unweit von St Lucia Bahnhof. Wohnung ist super gelegen und ausgestattet, alles war sauber und schön vorbereitet, alle Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Leider hat die Kommunikation zur Übergabe nicht so gut funktioniert, was aber an einem Missverständnis lag. Bitte beachten: die Wohnung ist nicht genau dort, wo sie auf der Karte angezeigt wird, sondern näher am Bahnhof.

Bellissimo appartamento

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento dispone di ogni comodita' e la disposizione su due livelli e' ottima. Anche la location e' ottimale, vicinissima al Canal Grande e alla stazione, oltre che ad ottimi ristoranti. Puntualissimo e gentile il padrone di casa.

Excellent Location

This listing was extremely convenient to the train station and bus stop. However, we were under the impression (listing picture) that there would be 3 beds upstairs instead of two and they were rather uncomfortable. Also, the walls are paper thin and everything can be heard on either side. It was fine for the couple of days we were there. I would stay again simply for location.

Nice cozy spot close to train station

The place is nice for a small group that needs a spot to use as home base. Very close to train station which is great because Venice is easy to get lost in when you're looking for something hard to find. AC works well and everything is clean and works well. Property manager is a super nice and helpful guy and met us on time and took a long time to walk us through everything.

Nice location close to the train station

This is a nice apartment close to the Venice train station. It was clean with a location that is close to the vaporetti stop at the train station. We were there in early May and the A/C hadn't been turned on yet, which made it pretty warm in the afternoon, but the mornings and evenings were pleasant. And also while the description says the apartment is on ground level, the bedroom is actually upstairs, so if you are handicapped or have trouble with stairs, you will be sleeping on the couch.

Le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour une famille. Il était trés propre à notre arrivée. Trés bien situé dans le quartier de Cannaregio, quartier trés vivant. Rien à redire si ce n'est le confort minimum des matelas.

Quiet but convenient

This apartment was quite close to the train so we did not have to travel far with our luggage and there was only one bridge to cross so we did not have to carry our luggage much either. The apartment was quiet and clean. Fabiano was friendly and helpful. We did only get one set of keys and a second set would have been helpful for our family of six. The kitchenette does not have a full sized fridge but it was adequate for our short stay. Our kids did complain about the springs in the sofa bed.

Great stay

VeneziaResidential flat is at great location, 3 mins walk from train station. within 20 mins you can walk to every major sites. not only in the center but also quite at night. The flat is spacious, kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals. Happy stay! We drove to the island and parked our car at Tronchetto. From Tronchetto take the people mover instead the water bus, it is much cheaper. Only one thing please pay attention: before your arrival please contact with the owner earlier, we waited more than 1 hour for someone to come and open the door for us. There are a lot of mosquito nearby the gate.

Wonderful 3 days of fairy tale in Venezia!

Fabiano is an amazing host and helpful indeed for disoriented and overwhelmed 1st time Venice travelers like we were. His spacious, modern, clean apartment with high ceilings and sunshine beams through the roof windows was a nice welcome, was just what we wanted! The best choice for a claustrophobic like myself:) The wi-fi worked well, there is a remote control for the window blinds. We were spoiled for choice of the rooms and bathrooms being just me and my 11 year old son, great value for money. I'd recommend it to friends. Grazie di tutto Fabiano!

Excellentissime séjour dans la sérénissime

Appartement très bien aménagé qui dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin.Même à 5 nous avons su trouver notre intimité. 2 salle de bains c'est le luxe surtout entre filles ! Calme et silencieux. Idéalement situé pour rejoindre rapidement tous les lieux importants de Venise en vaporetto ou à pied tout est à notre portée. Le propriétaire est une personne accueillante, très gentille et ultra disponible. Location pour découvrir Venise en toute sérénité. A recommander +++ nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

An excelent nice experience

Superb house, convenient, comfortable, very well treated and cleaned. Heating was perfect. Quality equipment. Machine clothing bosh. Perfect location for those arriving by train via Santa Luzia station or piazale rome, in a lively and cheerful area. Strongly advise. We are a family with 3 kids and the house of Priuli dei Cavaletti will always remain as a good memory. Congratulations Fabiano and Georgia. We will return ASAP.
