Die Marguerite-a-Villa ist renoviert und geschmackvoll mit tropischen Inselmöbeln eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, direkt am Strand und direkt am Meer. Sie bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Zuhauses - aber mit der Aufregung eines tropischen Urlaubs!

Einer Wohnanlage zwischen der St. - in Cowpet Westen Eingebettet Thomas Yacht Club und das Ritz Carlton Resort in St. Thomas 'wünschenswert East End - unsere Wohnung befindet sich über der privaten weißen Sandstrand von Cowpet Bay inmitten wunderschön gepflegten Gelände, üppig mit tropischen Blumen angelegt.

Entspannen Sie am Strand unter Marguerite-a-Villa, entspannt auf einer Liege oder in einer Hängematte unter der warmen tropischen Sonne. Oder wenn Sie bevorzugen, eine Lounge im kühlen Schatten unter einem der sanft wiegenden Palmen. Vielleicht nehmen Sie ein Bad im kristallklaren, warmen Wasser des Ozeans oder in den wunderschön angelegten Pool mit seinen blau-Stein Wasserfall und Grotte Jacuzzi. Werfen Sie einen Happen in unserem Strandrestaurant essen und genießen die kühle tropische Brise und einen faszinierenden Panoramablick. Vielleicht mieten Sie ein Kajak oder Schnorchelausrüstung am Strand-Shop und entdecken Sie die kristallklaren Wasser des Cowpet Bay. Dann genießen Sie einen Late-Day-Cocktail auf unserer Vorderdeck, hören auf die sanften Wellen unten, während Sie einen atemberaubenden Blick bis hin zur St. James Island!

Dann am Abend, den Kopf in Red Hook Dorf (5 Minuten) zu Abend essen, oder einfach nur, um durch die Stadt zu gehen und erleben Sie die facettenreichen Nuancen der Open-Air-Bars, Restaurants und Boutiquen - mit so vielen unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten - vor zurück nach Ihrem vollklimatisierte Wohnung für eine erholsame Nachtruhe vor Ihrer nächsten Tag Abenteuer.

Für einen aktiven Tag packen einen Kühler und verbringen Sie den Tag am Strand-Hopping zu den verschiedenen wunderschönen karibischen Stränden nur wenige Minuten von Marguerite-a-Villa. Oder chartern Sie ein Schnorchelausflug oder Tag segeln und erkunden Sie die Gewässer rund um St. Thomas und St. John. Oder unternehmen Sie einen Ausflug in die exotische und schöne Tortola, Virgin Gorda oder, oder die Partei Mitte der BVI, Jost VanDyke - alle leicht zu erreichen von unserem Red Hook Fähranleger, nur 5 Minuten entfernt!

Eine andere fabelhafte Tagesausflug ist, um eine schnelle, 15 Minuten Fahrt mit der Fähre über Pillsbury Sound im entspannten, aber unterhaltsamen St. genießen John auf eine oder mehrere der vielen unberührten, weißen Sandstrände der Insel zu besuchen. Als Ihr Fähranleger in Cruz Bay, werden Sie sehen, St. Johns vielen lebendigen und bunten Hafen Bars, Restaurants und Boutiquen. Genießen Cruz Bay am Wasser glückliche Stunden und / oder Shopping ist eine entspannende und unterhaltsame Art und Weise, um einen langen Tag am Strand zu beenden. Einen Tagesausflug nach St. John - oder ein Abend, Happy-Hour, Abendessen oder Ausflug Reise gibt, ist ein immer eine denkwürdige Weise, ein oder zwei Tage zu verbringen (und einige Abende!) beim Besuch Marguerite-a-Villa!

In einer Gated Community auf der begehrten East End der Insel, ist Marguerite-a-Villa angenehm geräumig für zwei Paare oder für eine Familie von 6.

Wir haben zwei, Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Das Schlafzimmer - dekoriert in Goldtönen und tropischen Kolonial Holz - hat einen Plüsch Kingsize-Bett und Glasschiebetüren auf einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das karibische Meer und Kleinen St. James Island. Unser Garten-Schlafzimmer - in Inselgrün und Korallen mit weißem Korb dekoriert - verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Ausziehbett, perfekt für 2 Kinder.

Marguerite-a-Villa attraktiven Wohn- und Essbereich verfügt über eine Wand aus Glas-Schiebetüren mit herrlichem Blick über dem strahlend blauen Wasser Cowpet Bay. Unsere Pantry-Küche bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten von zu Hause. Sollten Sie sich entscheiden, Sie würden gerne in einen ruhigen Abend, gibt es eine charmante Markt in Red Hook, um Ihre grundlegenden oder Gourmet-Lebensmittel kaufen, und wir haben eine gut ausgestattete Küche für das leibliche Wohl.

Neben unseren Indoor Esstisch mit sechs Sitzplätzen, bietet unser Meer Lanai ein Open-Air überdachten Galerie und ein Bistro-Set für intime, im Freien zu essen für zwei Personen.

Gorgeous accommodations - beautiful new kitchen, comfortable mattresses and a selection of seating on the patio. Perfect location right over the edge of the bay. Steps from the unit lead you directly onto the beach. Plenty of seating in loungers and short beach chairs. We love the fun, free-spirited service team and food at Sangria's the beach restaurant. Awesome cocktails, large portions and a wide selection to keep us all happy - from pizzas to burgers and fries, to fish tacos and a Mediterranean Salad with mahi or shrimp - delicious! With the in-unit laundry we found we could really pack light and that makes the departure easy with carry-ons only. The unit has a very comfortable feel in every room. The on-island property manager met us upon check-in at the unit and that was a welcoming and reassuring feeling to start our week. We traveled with our 12-year old daughter and we found the week both fun and relaxing, providing us some quality time to connect as a family. We loved our stay and look forward to booking again soon!

We had a lovely stay at Margaruete-a-villa. The condo was very clean, the view is outstanding and there was everything we needed for our stay-pool towels, plenty of bath towels, coolers, beach toys, well stocked kitchen, extremely comfortable beds. We appreciated all the little details that made it feel like home for the week. The location to the pool and the beach was great, only a few steps down. Communication before and during was also very good. Short ride to Red Hook for restaurants, shopping, the ferry and grocery store. We enjoyed eating at Sangria’s and the Fish Market. We rented snorkels at the beach and saw a couple of turtles, a starfish and some colorful fish with the water being calm for our visit. We 110% will stay here again on our next visit to St Thomas!

Great property, the views were amazing and the restaurants on the beach are both very good.The unit is exactly as described and more than enough room for our family of four. Fantastic trip

We had a great time at Marguerite-a-villa. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with whatever we needed. The beach was great and we enjoyed having all the amenities there that were very easy to get to. We would definitely return someday.

Marguerite-a-Ville is very nicely decorated, well stocked condo with everything we needed. There is a fabulous view of the bay from the balcony. Beach, pool and restaurant are only steps away. Marguerite and Brittany the property manager were extremely helpful and easy to contact

Outstanding Vacation Rental

We thought this was one of the best overall vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at. This was the perfect location for our family Christmas vacation. Marguerite has one of the best and most well and thoroughly stocked rentals that we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean and close to the red Hook area. Excellent dining very close to the home. The beach on the property and the pool at the Elysian were perfect for our kids. The snorkeling off of the Elysian beach was some of the best we saw on the island. She was an excellent communicator. We would definitely stay there again.

Exceptional!!!!

Our stay at Marguerite-a-Villa was exceptional!!! It was just a few steps from the beach. Very quiet!!! The local restaurants on the beach had great food. Great communication with the owners and manager Brittany. We highly recommend you stay here.

This place is beautiful!!

We had such a wonderful time here. Loved waking up to the sound of waves and the sunrise. Then got to eat breakfast on the balcony overlooking sailboats. We saw spotted eagle rays, a turtle and many fish right from the balcony. This place is beautiful!! Thank you for letting us stay here!!!

Beautiful place, stunning water and beaches and amazing owners

We stayed here with our 2 boys and Marguerite was wonderful with communication, ideas and helping us plan even with the hurricane damage to the island in the best way possible. The condo is beautiful and the location is great. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation given what you could control. We hope to go back when everything is back up and running entirely!

Best family getaway!!

Our family of 4 has not been on a family vacation since 2009. This was the best vacation we could have asked for! The condo was immaculate! The view was stunning! We cooked three times and the owners had every cooking pot, pan, and utensil we could have needed. This was truly the best vacation ever!

Perfect location to everywhere! Loved it!

We Loved Marguerite-A-Villa!!!

This was our first trip to St. Thomas, and our stay at Marguerite-A-Villa was fantastic! Comfortable furniture, tasteful decor, a great view, and just a quick walk to the beach....what more could you ask for? We also enjoyed the east end of the island and spending time in Red Hook. Marguerite-A-Villa

Number one, the pictures posted online were current! Our stay at Marguerite-A-Villa was amazing! To have your own beach, pool, restaurant, and grill provided you with never having to leave the condo or the resort grounds. We would certainly rent there again. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about our 7 night 8 day stay.

Incredible Vacation

We made our first trip to St. Thomas December 4th to December 11th. This property was beyond our expectations. The condo was spacious and spotless. The location was breathtaking. The beach was private with very few people during our stay. Marguerite was great to work with and Brittany the property manager was very informative. Can't wait to go back next year. Would definitely pick this property again!

Outstanding!

We have stayed in many VRBO properties but this was the cleanest, best equipped, most comfortable, most convenient, property ever. The kitchen literally has more to offer than my own home and I’m a big cook. It’s obvious you go out of your way to accommodate and it is very appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about your place and St Thomas and St John. Our excursions were spot on! Thank you.

Wonderful week at Cowper Bay

This is our second time to To Cowpet Bay but our first time staying in Marguerite-a-ville. We loved our time in St Thomas and this condo was an excellent home base. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The view is priceless. We spent mornings and evenings out on the balcony. Nothing beats the sound of the water lapping up on the rocks right below the unit. Beach is spacious and relaxing. So glad Sangria’s is open again! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We cannot wait to come back and stay with you again!

Perfect home away from home.

The 2br condo was perfect for our family of four. The condo was supplied with everything we need. Property manager was very responsive. Do remember insect repellant as the mosquitoes will find you. Also I recommend taking trash out daily due to cockroaches. I grew up in South Florida, so I know the struggle to keep them out is an ongoing process. If we return to St Thomas, we would love to stay here again. Thank you!!!

Wish we could repeat this every year

2 couples - Had a wonderful week at this property. Beautiful setting on the beach, very helpful information ahead for arriving plus very helpful "Jane" on site to get us settled. Perfect for all of us with separate baths/bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen, and a lanai right on the water for total relaxing. We had a car for getting around the island but the roads are not easy to drive on, especially at night. We stayed on the property for all our evening meals. Good barbeque unit at front door and Moe's Market in Red Hook is close and has everything you need for food and wine and whatever. Sangria's restaurant is close and fun. Would highly recommend Marguerite-a-Villa.

Amazing condo on beautiful St Thomas

We just returned from an incredible trip to St Thomas. The condo was beautiful. Clean, spacious, well stocked and beautifully decorated. Brittany (house manager) greeted us and showed us around. A welcome basket with snacks and local rum was a major bonus! We slept peacefully, with the doors open so we could hear the crashing waves below each night. We watched the sunrise each morning with our breakfast and coffee. The owners have done an incredible job with recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, ferry information and of course the beautiful beaches. We did it all! We can’t wait to come back next year. We travelled with our two daughters ages 9 and 11 and it was our favorite family trip yet. They said it was even more fun than Disney!

Winter getaway

The condo was very nice, the pictures are accurate. What stood out the most to us was how quiet it was, so very relaxing. Also very close to Red Hook, but you definitely need a car. Our only complaint was the washer was not working properly, we notified the property manager and she said that the owner of the condo was aware, the lid would not lock so the clothes would not spin. Very frustrating! And the other thing was the balcony was loaded with ants, you couldn't put your feet down otherwise they were climbing up your legs.

We are so glad you liked our condo and found it relaxing! And that you recommended it as a great spot for a "Romantic Getaway" :) Thanks so much!! But I have to say that we have NEVER in three years had a complaint about ants on the balcony (or any bug problem), so I was very sorry to hear that was your experience. I can only imagine that something sweet might have accidentally been left on the balcony floor, attracting the ants. We have never had to spray wholesale and chose not to because of spray's negative effects, especially on children and the environment. However, we do leave bug spray in the condo for guests who choose to use it. I also was sorry to read about your problem with our new washer/dryer! I was so glad to hear from my manager Brittany that she was able to help you get the spin cycle to work! The machine is a high-end, high-efficiency, washer/dryer less than a year old and still under warranty, so the problem you experienced should never have happened. It is being addressed. My apologies. Our Honeymoon

We could not have been happier with our stay!! The villa was spacious, gorgeous and spotless. We felt right at home even bringing our two small children. Everything you need is provided…beach towels, sand toys, coolers, detailed information on the area and a very well stocked kitchen. Brittany who met us upon arrival was wonderful. We traveled and explored during our 9 day stay, but loved our little beach right at the room the best. It was very private, provided shade for good beach napping and we saw all sorts of amazing wildlife while snorkeling. Sea turtles, starfish, crabs, coral, sting ray and many types of colorful fish. The restaurants and pool bar were delicious with great customer service. The kids loved the iguanas, chickens and kitties that roam the property. We can’t wait to return!! Thank you for so many wonderful memories in paradise

Fabulous beach view!

We had a fabulous vacation at Marguerite-a-villa. It was very relaxing and the villa was comfortable with gorgeous views. Marguerite, the owner and Jane, the property manager were wonderful to work it. We enjoyed eating at the restaurants on site and enjoyed using the gas grill provided to fix dinners as well. The beds and bedrooms are very comfortable however the bathrooms are a little small. The balcony looks right over the ocean and you can hear the waves breaking. It was conveniently located to the beach. We had previously been to St. Thomas, and the Red Hook area is our favorite. We rented a car and feel you need one to completely enjoy the island and the Red Hook area. You are close to the Red Hook marina which is the gateway to explore the other islands. The condo and area would be great for all ages. We look forward to returning.

No Need to Look Further_Paradise Awaits

I cannot say enough about the property, the location and the owners communication. All are TOP notch!! Marguerite worked hard to get us in a day early when a snow storm threatened to delay our arrival and she made it happen. This was the perfect place to stay with our two adult children as we each had our own bathrooms. The beach right outside the condo is amazing and one day we decided to just relax and stay there, it was one of our favorite days. The restaurant in the Elysian right by the beach is really good and we ended up eating there three times! St thomas is so beautiful and this condo and the setting it's located in makes it all just perfect. A five minute drive to RedHook for dinners if you don't want to cook. But the kitchen is totally stocked so cook at home if you want. I can only be so lucky to return again! thanks for sharing your home with us.

Marguerite and George are professionals living in the New York metro area who have been vacationing in the Virgin Islands since 1994. Our entire family, including our three children and our extended family, all love the islands -- and our eldest son was even married here in 2009!

While we have vacationed on many Caribbean islands, we always found ourselves returning here to the Virgin Islands. We fell in love with Cowpet Bay about 4 years ago because it had everything we wanted in a Caribbean vacation: Cowpet has an uncrowded, white sand, beautifully palm-fringed beach where we could relax in the Caribbean quiet and have privacy. Yet within minutes of Cowpet is a vibrant little town and and all kinds of exciting activities and adventures. Cowpet has one of the best beaches on the island, has beautifully landscaped grounds, wonderful cooling breezes, and spectacular views of the Caribbean!

We love waking up to the stunning views out to St. James Island, while sipping coffee on the lanai watching the little boats dock next door at the Yacht Club. Some mornings we stroll down to the quiet beach and flop on beach chairs with our coffee and books while we decide what adventure we'd like to plan for the day.

We also love the convenience of Cowpet Bay's location just minutes to a variety of other beautiful beaches, and 5 minutes to Red Hook with its varied collection of bars and restaurants, and a ferry dock that can take us to so many different islands and so many different adventures -- all at our fingertips.

If you are the kind of person who might decide while you are swimming at 4:00 that you'd like to grab a quick shower and hop the 5:00 ferry to St. John for happy hour along the waterfront, then this is the place for you! Or if you're the kind of person who likes to stay on the beach til it's dark, then cook a quiet meal when the sun goes down, this is still the place for you! And that's what we love about our condo -- it offers a wonderful mix of serene quiet, tropical beauty, or a party atmosphere -- depending on your mood and personality!
