Our family really enjoyed our stay! The condo is well stocked with most everything you could need while on vacation - bug spray, suntan lotion, shampoo, conditioner, condiments, spices & seasonings, plenty of paper towels & toilet paper (as opposed to a starter role) beach chairs, a cooler & beach towels. This is the most well stocked condo we have ever rented. The condo was very clean with modern decor & comfortable furnishings. It's a lovely place to stay and is close proximity to the pool and beach.

This condo was the perfect location on Cowpet Bay. It was right next door to the pool. It was nice that there were two restaurants right next to us, too! The condo was so well stocked. We had everything we could possibly need while we were there for the week. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach! We are ready to go back!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful spacious upscale condo! Balcony view of the beach. There is a beautiful tree that slightly obstructs the view but still a great view. Owners were responsive and very gracious with the use of items in the condo. Beautiful pool and hot tub at property next door for our use. I highly recommend this condo.

Gorgeous house in a lovely spot

We had the most relaxing and best time staying at this condo. It was absolutely stunning and provided space for everyone with each room having a comfortable king bed and a full bath. The beautifully furnished home away from home was tucked in a quiet area that was a short drive to Red Hook. The beach was small but accommodated the other residents and was protected from the terrible sargassum grass that plagued many of the other beaches in the area. The condo had EVERYTHING you would ever need from coolers, cooking utensils including cups for the beach, to beach chairs and toys. I also want to applaud Tanji for her prompt and friendly responses. We look forward to staying there again!

We had a wonderful week at this condo. It is completely renovated and just lovely and very clean. . The kitchen is amazing and although we didn’t do much cooking it was a fun space. The host has stocked the house and kitchen with everything you could possibly need from snorkel equipment, coolers, towels, beach chairs, and even bandaids and bug spray. We thoroughly enjoyed the property. My kids snorkeled by the rocks and saw turtles and even some fish and coral that we hadn’t seen at any other beach. We ate at the Caribbean fish market which was great although expensive and grabbed lunch and dinner from Sangrias which was also very good- especially enjoyed the Korean wings.The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Awesome!!!

I just want to express my gratitude to Colleen for providing such wonderful accommodations. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything I would have had at home. Rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable and a great location. Beach was right in front of us. St. Thomas is beautiful. Locals recommended Magens Bay beach and it is a beautiful beach. Excellent property and great location

This property is excellent! Very nicely updated and spacious. Extremely well stocked. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated how well stocked this condo was. We had 3 adults and two children and had plenty of space. Great views and a 90 second walk to the water. Right around the corner from the Ritz. Colleen was a gracious host and very responsive. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking.

Great property and location

We loved our stay, Colleen was an incredible host and her condo was great. She even found us a pack and play for our toddler! St Thomas is pretty small so nothing was further than 30 min away which was nice. The beach the condo is on is a bit rocky so bring swim shoes if you plan on using it. The condo itself was fully stocked, and everything was very well thought out. Can’t wait for our next trip back!

Great stay in St. Thomas near Red Hook

Our family stayed at this lovely condo in June. The inside of condo is beautifully decorated and updated. The kitchen provided everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfy and bathrooms are well appointed. We loved the location and being on the beach. Bonus to have a few restaurants within walking distance. The condo complex itself is a little dated but the inside of the condo is fabulous. Property manager was great about answering questions and promptly fixed an issue with the water heater when we pointed it out. So nice to have a grill to use as well.

10/10 Would Recommend

This was our first time visiting the islands and our goal was to find a place to fit our family of 6 comfortably. We found just the place! Ed and Colleen thought of everything. A lot of the items we packed were already stocked in the house. It was the perfect place and when we weren’t spending time at the beaches or island hopping, our kids were happy to hang at the house playing games (provided), walking the beach outside, and swimming at the pool next door. There were a few days they even wanted to “go home” just to hang out.The kitchen had everything we needed to make multiple meals and the additional pool chairs, floats were an added bonus at the beaches. We raced out for our flight home leaving a bag of charge cords on the counter and it was shipped to our home within 2 days of returning. If vacation takes us back to the islands we look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful, welcoming, convenient villa

We stayed for a week with 2 adults and 3 kids (10, 10, 8) and had a wonderful vacation. The unit was equipped with every essential and everything else, too! Full beach chairs, towels, and snorkel gear for the whole family, toys, games, watch and phone chargers, coffee, condiments, bug spray, you name it! The condo was beautifully remodeled and decorated, three king beds and spacious full baths. Immediate proximity to beach and pool, great resort privileges at the adjacent Elysian property, great snorkeling at Cowpet Bay and 3 minutes from our favorite beach on the island, Secret Harbor. Only recommendation if you're a family traveling with children, check out each room before determining the "primary suite" as the intended suite has a very firm mattress and the most noise from the property water pump which runs 24/7. Wonderful stay, A communication from the host, great property. Definitely recommend!

Great place, great location, great host!

We had a terrific week in this gorgeous three-bedroom condo! It might be the best equipped I've seen - everything from band-aids to high quality kitchen equipment to snorkel gear. It also has all of the benefits of a privately owned condo, but by being literally next door to a resort you also get those amenities - beach bar, restaurant, water sports rentals, beach chairs, and so on. Best of both worlds! The location is just outside of Red Hook on a lovely bay with calm waters and fantastic snorkeling. The condo is a few steps and a sloped driveway down to the beach - easily managed by the oldest member of our group and close enough to let me keep an eye on our teens from the beautiful waterfront balcony. We had one tiny issue while there and Colleen responded as SO quickly. She was so responsive and helpful both before and during our stay and I was grateful for her advice throughout. We will be back!

Best Location on the Island

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s absolutely gorgeous! It’s just a short walk to the beach. There is no other condo that is as close to the water. The pool is just around the corner. We were all over the island and this one is situated close to Red Hook where there were plenty of restaurants and bars. The ferry to St John is also in Red Hook, it’s a must see on your to do list if you coming to St Thomas. The condo was equipped with everything you need for the week. It’s been recently renovated with high end furnishings. It’s absolutely stunning! Communicating with the host was a breeze. Very prompt to respond to any questions. We felt right at home here. It was so clean. Beds were so comfortable, best of any the places we have ever stayed at. Kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked several meals for the week. Be prepared groceries are very expensive here on the island but still cheaper than eating out for every meal. If you’re looking for excursions. We highly recommend the Someday tours to Buck Island and the Snuba scooters. Mountain Top lookout is awesome for souvenirs. It was a bucket list vacation here and you will not be disappointed with this property. I could go on and on.. Thanks Collen and Ed for a fantastic vacation.

Great stocked condo & location

Here for a week & loved the condo setup. The living room was very comfortable, there were board games in the cabinet & books to read. There is everything that you could need. All the rooms were clean,well stocked & decorated nicely. There was even a supply of sunscreen, bottled water, detergent, paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, snorkel equipment, floats & lots of beach towels. A small wine fridge Colleen said that we can help ourselves to with beer & some soda. The refrigerator had several condiments that was nice to not have to go & purchase as groceries on the island are expensive. The condo view out to the beach has gotten a bit obstucted as the tree in the picture has tripled its size but the view is still very pretty. The long balcony is a lovely place to sit & relax in the morning & at the end of the day. We loved just walking out and being on the beach in a minute. There are chairs already at the beach with extra in the condo and the pool was very nice too. We ate at the two restaurants next door several times and all the food was great. Driving to several beaches & other restaurants in the area are within 20 minutes. The only thing that was bothersome to me is that you can hear from under the condo the water tanks pumping water to the building. I happen to be a very light sleeper so this probably will not bother most people. When you have the air conditioning running & dehumidifier it does muffel out the sound.

We moved to St. Thomas from Chicago. Once our 3 kids went to college we decided to make a change and relocate to the USVI. We love to go out on boat days, take walks throughout our neighborhood, exercising, and hiking on St. John.

Cowpet Bay West is a private gated community located near Red Hook, the ferry to St. John, the St. Thomas Yacht Club, and the Ritz Carlton. The beach doesn’t get cruise ship crowds, and is well maintained. We wanted a place of convenience with space for our family when they visit.

We love our location to the beach of Cowpet Bay. We enjoy sitting on our patio, watching the boats and the views of Christmas Cove. We renovated our unit to be an open concept for everyone to gather, while having privacy in the three bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Evening meals on the beach side patio are fantastic.
